As you all know that the past weekend was the
J&B Met weekend that always takes place in Cape Town at Kenilworth Racecourse. All celebs made their way to Cape Town for this event. In this event we always see people wearing clothes or costumes that they will never walk the streets wearing them. This year’s theme was
“Larger than Life” which I think allowed them to go as crazy as they wished.
You can tell by some people’s outfits that they didn’t get this “Larger than Life” theme but others got it right. Somizi and Uyanda Mbuli were one of them. They even won best dressed couple. I must say even though Somizi’s outfit won I was ROTFL when I saw it. Kuli Roberts was one of the people who had an outfit that made people speechless. I won’t write much folks I’m not a fashionista. Lawd have mercy konje what is Winnie Khumalo wearing??!! Gosh can someone help her please. She always gets it so wrong it's no even funny now. Can her friends advice a sister this can't be right if she doesn't have a friend stylist are always there bathong! I don't feel that dress what so ever ausi obviously you do coz you're wearing it but its a no no shem.
YFM twins Hlelo (dunno why they always say Lelo in other publications) and Ntando wore their feathers outfits. I like the green one and I think they should keep these hairstyles and save us from those hideous ones they had in the past few months as seen on Mzansi Insider.
RGB presenter and Heart 104.9 Dj Phat Joe with Justcurious owner/ editor Lelo Boyana aka Brown Shuga. With that Phat Joe belt and pants (well I'll call it a belt since I dunno what it is called) their outfits were matching like they arrived together. Lelo was wearing a Gert Johan Coetze design. It has a bird on the shoulder which she said its a sign that she loves Twitter so much. She looked hot and peeps liked her booty lol.
Felicia Mabuza's daughter Lindiwe Suttle apparently she's a singer.
Somizi Mhlongo and Bonang Matheba with thier friend. I liked Bonang's dress she looked stunning she really always gets it right. Gert knows her very well. I see she decided to show her hairline as people say it is gone. I see it is still there and I like the new her do. It made her look youngish lol.

Theo Kgosinkwe of Mafikizolo with Gugu, Mafikizolo dancer/ choreographer as seen on So You Think You Dance with her man and baby daddy popular Dj Tira. I like Gugu and Tira I think they make a nice couple compared to the ex-wife. But I am not sure about Gugu's dress it's too shiny like those suits that guys like. Dj Tira's trousers kanti what's up. Theo always looks good for me I like his outfit.

Thembi Seete and her man BO of boy group Demin. I wonder what made Thembi change her mind about not being seen with her man in socail events and in media. That's what she said ruined her relationship with Tshepo Mabona maybe this one will not be ruined after all. They look good together. I see this year she decided to tone it down but she still looks elegant. Last year she won best dressed female. She was dressed by Gert Johan Coetze.

Stoan and his friend Speedy. I think Speedy is being stubborn now with that towel how many times must people comment about it for him to stop it. And those outifs? Hayi nie bhuti maan I think some growing up is needed. Have you ever heard of change? I know it's not easy but it's worth the try.
His towel became a trending topic on Twitter which I didn't find humour in it. I tried to read the tweets but I couldn't finish them. But ke some tweeps had fun shem with Speedy's towel. It even has a twitter account and Dj Sbu read the tweets about it in his show. They were so cracking up.
