Survivor Malaysia : Episode WTF

NO FRIKKEN WAY!!!

How the HEY?

I cannot believe they did that.

How can they leave us hanging on the edge of our seats like this?
It is one of the most crucial votes ever – and they don’t tell us who’s voted off!

DAMN YOU ENDEMOL, and M-Net and Vodacom and any other sponsors you might have.

I was literally on edge with this vote. I saw Lorette struggling with her thoughts and I was wondering if she was actually going to vote against her Hein-god.
And I thought that if she does vote for Angie, she’ll be screwed because it will be Lorette 4 Hein 3 and Angie 1.
But nope, luckily for her she stuck to her alliance and now it’s a tie….  between Hein-god and Lorette

Hein Lorette

I’m so pissed I can hardly type.

What I do know is that they should have voted for Angie and Amanda.

Those 2 are still working on my last nerve. And how rich was Angie moaning about all that talking??? Bwahahahahhaha, the shoe doesn’t fit so snug on the other foot now does it?

Well after the merge it was blah blah blah and then Mandla yadda yadda yadda and slept in the whatever.

Everything that happened before is now so overshadowed by the continuation.

The new island is cool though. And how clever was I (and grudgingly AMANDA) about that root being Tapioca???

I’m not totally back to hating Dick yet either. At first I thought he was conceited thinking that they were going to vote him out because he was a threat but then I realised that his head really was on the chopping block.

And then he was awesome in the immunity challenge again…. Although THANK THE SURVIVOR GODS he’s starting to look scruffy, so any delusional thoughts of him being remotely attractive have disappeared completely.

Dick Dick 2 Dick Van Dyke

And it’s not so much that I want him to stay. It’s that I want the others gone. Like Amanda and Angie. And Grant.

How surprised was the oh so clever lawyer when they didn’t vote for Mandla? And why didn’t they vote for him? I understand that Lorette was a threat to the women, but if the girls can’t beat Lorette how the hell are they going to beat Mandla?

So Amanda, Angie & grant are still pigs. And I have no current favourite except Mark. I was literally drooling over him as he smiled at everyone at TC. The man is FINE.

SIGH – so it seems the one team is actually the original 2 ones. Iban and Bajau are still very much alive… And we’ll have to wait until next week to see which team is the more dominant one

I’m not sure who I want to leave. Lorette hasn’t done anything much to impress me, but if Hein doesn’t go now, he might just win this.

And I’m still not sure who I want to win…. What do you guys think of Angela? Think she's sneaky enough to slip in under the radar and steal this thing?

3 words .. WTF!!!!!!!

Firstly how can they end such an important episode like that and secondly counting to 30!?!?!?! Have you ever heard of such rubbish! I wonder if they'll both count in Afrikaans ......

And you don't like Grant : ( He's good man! There are so many aspects to being a true winner in this game, one is brains and strategy and I think he def has that! He may not be strong like Mandla (who is also pretty sharp BTW) but he has his strengths.

Shame poor Lorette, I really like her, she's also got brains and seems to know what's what in this game.

I must say that this season the Survivors seem to be on the strategy ball this time round, it makes the show very entertaining.

Sorry, I always end up typing too much .... but I LOVE this show! And I'm missing out on my American dose of it because I just cannot miss Ugly Betty (and always forget to watch on a Saturday)!

I'm not angry, but I'm really disappointed that they ended it like that.  Seriously.  I took the fact that they interrupted the immunity challenges with a pinch of salt and was like.. yes, yes, they need to make up some money from their sponsors, fair enough.. its not the end of the world.

This though - its just stupid.  Rather than creating suspense, it makes me lose interest.  QUICKLY.

Jayps - even the whole ad break during the challenge was too long this week. I nearly completely forgot what i was watching If they must shove ads in, please make them short and sweet.

>>wonder if they'll both count in Afrikaans ...... << HEEE racey. It didn't even occur to me until you mentioned it. I would be SO FAR OFF the 30 seconds if I had to count in Afrikaans. AND type as much as you want :) Space is not an option here

How could they do that to us, though I must admit for me, it does not make me lose interest, on the contrary it will definitely have me tuning in next week, its such a vital vote and I'm kinda hoping Hein will win.

Bring on next week already! Shew Survivor SA and Survivor Cook Islands is really heating up now.

hey, I am kinda rooting for Angela . She is kinda annoying at times - but who on this tribe isn't?

I just saw this on news24 ... anyone know about it?

"MNet show who goes

I was watching the GO channel on DSTV afterward the survivor episode. Elana Afrika had Mark Bayly on and after the discussions they showed a clip with highlights from the next episode. In this clip, you could clearly see which of the two contestants in the one-off challenge makes it through. I couldn't believe what I had just seen - I was dumbstruck! According to Mark, the idea to stretch the tribal council by a week was to generate interest and debate about the program. So much for that! - Ryan Read "

Whew - soo relieved to hear it Ama!

Re - their move to get rid of Lorette instead, as much as it stabs me to give them any credit whasoever  - it was the best decision they could have made I think. The surprise factor was a biggie in terms of sending Grant and co. into a spin plus they knew it was gonna come down to a challenge and must have reckoned that Hein would have a better chance of beating Lorette at whatever was thrown at them than if he were up against Mandla.

The challenge's hysterical - it's impossible to count down seconds without thinking about the fact that you have to do it right and musn't take too quick or too long without forgetting where you were!

MNet show who goes
It's a VERY good thing i didn't switch to Go then.
and it's not the KNOWING that would have upset me. it's a case of the hype falling flat.
They have done a pretty good job witht the production this year (bar one or 2 errors) and for them to mess up a "suspense" episode because of bad editing is just not conceivable....

TASHI - RE: the reason they chose Lorette - u're so right. It didnt even cross my mind :) but ur reasoning makes perfect sense.
Do u think they were playing the girls then? Getting them to vote for Lorette for the girls sake, while it was just to protect Hein? Becasue if Angie had crossed over to their side, they were willing to give her a place in the top 3......
