Rock bottom alert!
The meltdown's been happening for months already and now things have officially plunged to the point where it's no longer possible to set DStv's PVR to record SABC1.
Things plunged to the new all-time low yesterday (Monday, 20 January, 2014) and the situation's the same today. As you'll have seen if you've tuned in, there's absolutely
no schedule for SABC1 on the PVR which means that it's impossible to set up recording anything on the channel. You can manually hit record and it'll tape whatever's happening at the moment but other than that you can't use the PVR functionality to organise your viewing.
SABC1's EPG schedule was already very dismal last year - it was crammed with errors and last minute changes - but this really is an all-time new low for sure.
Clearly the person at SABC1 who's responsible for submitting the info to DStv has gone on an extended holiday of epic proportions and has no intention of ever returning. If they care so little about what's happening with the channel on the PVR there's
no ways they care enough to return to work.
