As spilt on TVSA last month: Big Brother Africa returns with a double dare season in May and wants housemates to enter with partners. Siblings, husbands, wives, besties, collegues - anyone known to each other.

Entries opened yesterday (5 February) and we have the entry forms right here.

To grab the form click "Enter now!" below and an online entry form will open in a new window.

Once you've completed it, click "Submit" and your entry will go through the selectors.

Important: Both you and your partner need to fill in the form. You'll see it makes provision for two applicants - "Applicant 2" appears half way through it.
