Megan Fox is an American actress and model best known for her role as Sydney Shanowski in the television series Hope & Faith, from 2006-2006.

She started on the show in the second season, replacing Nicole Paggi in the role.

She also had a three-episode recurring role on The Help in 2004 and on Ocean Ave. in 2002, and has made guest appearances on What I Like About You and Two And A Half Men.

Her screen debut was in the 2001 direct-to-video release Holiday In The Sun, as the spoiled heiress and rival of Ashley Olsen. She had a supporting role in her feature film debut, 2004's Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen.

In 2004 she had a role in the made-for-TV movie Crimes Of Fashion. In 2007 she will appear in her second feature film, Transformers, as the female lead, Mikaela.

Fox was born in Memphis, Tennessee. She began her training in drama and dance at the age of five, and at the age of 10 moved to Florida, where she continued her training and finished school.

She began acting and modeling at the age of 13 after winning several awards at the 1999 American Modeling and Talent Convention in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina.

Fox appeared in a five-page spread for the November 2005 issue of the popular men's magazine FHM. She was ranked number 68 on the FHM 100 Sexiest Women of 2006.

Fox also posed for the March 2007 issue of FHM.

She is currently engaged to and living with actor Brian Austin Green.
