Morris Mugisha (29) is a Ugandan photographer and model from Kampala best known as one of the 12 housemates on the third season of the reality television competition Big Brother Africa, in 2008.
Morris holds a Bachelor of Arts degree as well as diplomas in Performing Arts and Media Studies.
A father of one (a daughter), Morris is straight-forward about his dislikes of racism, war mongering, hypocrisy and failure. Most proud of the fact that he obtained a scholarship to finish his studies, the 29-year-old is aiming to pursue a Masters Degree soon.
Asked about the best place to visit in Uganda, Morris highlights the Jinja Nile Resort and if he could visit one place in the world, he’d head to Hollywood in the United States.
His favourite movie is the moving drama The Pursuit of Happyness, he enjoys the television series Punk’d and he loves the music of British superstars UB40.
Morris says audiences should tune in to watch him on Big Brother because he’s team orientated and he plans to use the series to "elevate myself more in terms of my profession to tap into the international market."
Sometimes irritable, Morris says that the best advice he ever received was to choose his friends wisely.
