Britt Robertson is an American actress best known for her starring television roles as Lux Cassidy in Life Unexpected (2010-2011) and as Cassie Blake in The Secret Circle, from 2011-2012.

She also has a starring role as Angie McAlister, a waitress and candy striper with dreams of escaping Chester's Mill, in the science fiction horror television series Under the Dome, based on the novel by Stephen King.

Britt is also known for her starring role as Samantha Saxton in the short-lived drama series Swingtown, in 2008.

Robertson's feature film credits include Dan in Real Life, Keeping Up with the Steins and Mother and Child, directed by Rodrigo Garcia, starring Naomi Watts and Annette Bening. Her independent films include From Within and Driving Lessons.

Her television credits include Swingtown as a series regular, along with lead roles in the television movies Jesse Stone: Night Passage and the critically acclaimed The Tenth Circle.

Born in Charlotte, North Carolina, Robertson splits her time between Greenville, South Carolina and Los Angeles, California. She lived in Vancouver, British Columbia, during the filming of Life Unexpected.
