This story centres round three characters: Boomba the fat man; TT the lean, mean serious partner and Mapule, the sexy receptionist with the big afro. The two private investigators (Boomba and TT) are loosely based on Budd Spencer and Terence Hill combination in their films of the 70’s.
This show borrows from the age-old clichés found in the cop and private detective shows of the 70's. Think ‘Men In Black’ meets ‘Shaft’, with the coolness of Terrence Hill and sometimes the clumsiness of Budd Spencer.
In the first episode, Boomba and TT hear through their not so sophisticated communication means that there is a robbery happening at a local spaza. A series of these robberies unfold which Boomba and TT investigate.
