Mzansi Footballers is a South African lifestyle reality show which goes inside the lives of some of South Africa's top football stars to find out what they are like in their downtime.
The show follows in the footsteps of the globe-trotting Goal Diggerz, which gave viewers a peek into the lives of African football stars around the world. This show invites viewers to kick back and chill with their favourite stars during their downtime.
Presented by Lungile Radu, Mzansi Footballers takes us into the lives of hotshot dribblers such as Benni McCarthy, Kagisho Dikgacoi, Thuso Phala and Keagan Dolly, among others.
The series is not just about the glamorous side of football – how the players live and play - but also about the hard times they've gone through and relentless work they've put in to get to where they are.
Have you ever wondered who is a secret master chef? Who likes fashion and accessories more than they let on? And which soccer star is a down-low mall rat or club hopper? Let Lungile take you into the homes and lives of these athletic greats and see what comes tumbling out.
