Season 3

O-Access is a South African hip hop and R&B music magazine show produced by Bounce Back Media and hosted by Nonhle Thema (Seasons 1-4) and Dineo Moeketsi (Seasons 5 and 6) for Channel O. Shot entirely on location, the show interviews some of the music industry's biggest stars.

The series originally aired on DStv's Channel O channel from 4 March, 2007 to 29 May, 2012. There are 78 half-hour episodes in six seasons. The series later aired on DStv's Mzansi Wethu channel, beginning with Season 5. See "Seasons" below for seasonal broadcast dates and times.

Synopsis

Interviewing and hobnobbing with some of the entertainment industry's biggest stars, hosts Nonhle Thema (2007-2010) and Dineo Moeketsi (2011-2012) go on location in exotic destinations like New York City, Los Angeles, Toronto, Madrid, Miami and Jamaica in search of the hottest behind-the-scenes gossip.

The aim of the show is to "get under the skin of the entertainment world's biggest stars in a uniquely African way".

Stars inteviewed for the show include 50 Cent, Craig David, Rihanna, John Legend, Alicia Keys, Beyoncé, Nelly Furtado, TI, Ne-yo and Jamie Foxx.

During the location shoots the host keeps viewers up-to-date with their encounters in Los Angeles, Las Vegas and other cities through the O-Boma Social Networking platform.

Nonhle left the show after four seasons prompting a nationwide presenter search in 2010, which was won by actress and singer Dineo Moeketsi. Dineo hosted the final two seasons.
