2017 SAFTAs call for entries

The National Film and Video Foundation has put out a call for entries for the 2017 SAFTAs.

Entries opened on Friday, 26 August and close on different dates for the feature film and all other categories. The feature film categories close on Saturday, 31 December and all other categories close on Monday 3 October.

The entry process involves online submissions again this year so the SAFTAs website includes an Encoding Guidelines document on how to upload your entries to the site. You'll find it at the bottom of the registration home page which you can get to here: SAFTAs Online.

You'll also find an updated entry guidelines document next to it which outlines the important ins and outs of the entry process.

Here's a direct link to it: 2017 SAFTA entry guidelines.

Good luck!

Hi everyone - a note that all of the closing dates were incorrect on the SAFTAs website yesterday. We've updated the article to reflect the correct ones - you'll see the dates are different for feature films and all the other categories.
