Thabiso only deposits R60 000 of the money into Bulelwa’s account, forcing her to meet with him again. Thabiso says that Bulelwa would be happier with him than with Fats.
Niki tries to share her concerns that Suffo is spending more and more time with Puleng. Lerato comes to ask Doc for advice on how to handle the Bongani situation.

Niki is upset with Suffo for spending the night with Puleng and for neglecting Busi. Lerato organises a press conference and makes a public apology on Bongani's behalf. The press conference goes awry. Fats gets furious when he finds out that Thabiso proposed to Bulelwa.

Fats goes in to fight for what’s his. David continues to rebrand Brenda into an elite service provider, but makes a shocking discovery. Niki resigns in her efforts to fight for Suffocate’s affection. Lerato and Doc have a special connection that not even Bongi can deny.

Episode 2239
Bulelwa is in a state of shock after Fats’ arrest. Thabiso threatens Bulelwa against marrying Fats. Fats is waiting for Bulelwa at the altar, but Jamaica enters with a note. David meets Dolly, Brenda’s “Madam” and the owner of the block of flats. She is very suspicious about David’s presence and warns him not to encroach on her turf.

After spending the whole day searching for Bulelwa, Fats is upset with what he finds. When Dolly makes it clear that she means business, David realises that it’s time to get crafty and play dirty. Desperate to save her job as Solomon’s PA, Lerato enlists Jamaica’s help to solve the problem that is Bongani.

Chris the curator is starting to give Suffo a headache. Fats swears never to see Bulelwa again. David’s belittlement continues, as he sinks to a new low. Lerato works with Jamaica to blackmail Bongani.

Things get even stranger for Puleng at home when she finds dead flies in her milk. Cuba has an awful dream about her unborn grandchild. They both feel that something strange is going on, but neither is willing to tell the other, or Suffocate.
Dolly isn’t pleased when David takes initiative at the flats and punishes him. Solomon rewards Lerato for managing to get Bongani to apologise.

Dolly makes David an offer he wishes he could refuse. Suffocate and Niki are shocked to find out that David’s shares are already on the market. Puleng and her mother fight over Cuba’s presence in the house. Bongi tries to make inroads with her daughter by playing cupid in Zinzi’s non-existent love life.

David drums up the courage to sleep with Dolly. Niki visits Puleng and gives her a housewarming gift. When Cuba later finds hundreds of flies stuck to the fly traps, she accuses Niki of having put a curse on them. Zinzi is angry with Bongi for inviting Tumelo over without her knowing.

Zinzi invites Tumelo over to her place. Cuba is convinced Niki is using muti against Puleng and her unborn baby. Themba cruises back into town and he’s running a business that Bash is desperate to get into. David and Brenda launch their new business.

Bongi worries about her future in the Dandala house. The stokvel guys put more pressure on Suffocate to come up with money. Busi comes down with a fever and Niki suspects Cuba has done something in retaliation. When Dolly plays hardball, David decides to offer free sex to attract clients.

Bongi goes to speak to Tumelo, then learns the truth about what happened with him and Zinzi. Niki panics over Busi’s illness and blames Puleng and Cuba for witchcraft.
Suffo is running into increasing financial difficulties, and his home situation is crumbling too. David descends further into the mire with Dolly. Themba lures Bash into a caper.

Cuba tells Puleng to make Suffocate kick Ntombizodwa out of the house because of a dream she had. Bongi is afraid that she might be kicked out of the house if Doc finds out about Zinzi and Tumelo. David informs Dolly that he does not want to play games anymore.

Suffo and Cuba are worried when Puleng overworks herself. Themba proposes a heist deal to Bash. Zinzi shows up at school drunk and picks a fight with Sindiswa.

Bongi makes Zinzi’s situation at school worse when she goes to see the headmaster. Bash lands Suffo in further financial trouble. Bash asks for more details about the heist from Themba. Emmanuel makes music on Reneilwe’s laptop.

Suffo finds a solution to his money problems from an unlikely source. Zinzi is forced to face her attacker on her own when Bongi abandons her at the last minute. Emanuel and Reneilwe decide to collaborate on a new venture.

Episode 2252
After her collapse, the doctor tells Puleng to get bed rest and avoid stress. She begs Suffocate to pull out of the heist. Doc finds out about all the drama that happened at Zinzi's school and all hell breaks loose. David discovers that the hookers have been overcharging for drugs and keeping the profit for themselves. The social worker discovers that Sabelo doesn’t actually have a job.

Puleng tells Suffo that she thinks there’s something supernatural going on in the house. David makes a start on cleaning out the apartment block. Sabelo’s dissatisfaction at finding out that they have slipped down the allocations list for an RDP home threatens to spill over into violence.

David shows Dolly just how resourceful he is. An angry Sabelo wreaks havoc in the neighbourhood. Suffocate learns that someone within the group is working against him, and manages to find out who it is.

Episode 2255
Niki and Suffocate are on an adrenalin-high at the prospect of making quick cash, and end up having sex in David’s lounge. When Suffo arrives home late, Puleng is suspicious of his high spirits and good mood.
Mapula freaks out when the social worker returns and the threat of state care escalates. Lerato wants to resurrect a once-famous 90s star’s career, and gets Doc’s buy-in.

Lerato’s gig is an absolute failure and makes her a laughing stock. After Brenda is attacked by a john, David enacts vengeance. Mapula’s long-lost aunt quickly endears herself to Mapula and the children. After the successful heist, Themba starts to get ideas - that don’t include Suffo.
