The National Film and Video Foundation (NFVF) has put out their annual call to South African productions to submit entries for the 2016 South African Film and Television Awards (SAFTAs).
The awards will be in their 10th year next year and are happening in March.
Productions are able to enter online this year for the first time via a registration process on the SAFTAs website:

The basic guidelines for the eligibility of entries are as follows:
- For TV fiction, non-fiction, student films and TV animation: only South African films and television shows that have been produced and publicly exhibited or broadcast between the 1st of August 2014 and the 31st of July 2015 are eligible to enter.
- For feature film and feature length animation, only South African films produced and publicly exhibited or broadcast between the 1st of January 2015 and the 31st of December 2015 are eligible to enter. Only productions that are entered will be eligible for consideration.
Entries opened on Thursday, 13 August 2015 and will close on
Friday, 18 September 2015 at 16h00. Only Feature Film submissions will be extended to
Friday, 16 October 2015.
