I love this. Uzalo is just much, much better than Generations. I hope this will stay like this permanently. Mfundi Vundla is too arrogant.

Congratulations for Uzalo for claiming the number1 spot again .I suspect Mfundi vundla saw uzalo was really beating him in terms of viewership .dats why he is shaking things up ,by letting go of cast members who are not performing .

Interesting figures. As long as Gen dominates the 8pm slot, SABC is delighted. But will we ever see competition against Uzalo for that 8:30 slot? ETV should come up with some interesting show for that slot. Maybe Vundla's bitter trolls will get off his back.

Not amazed that Checkpoint is in the top three. It has been uncovering shameful but interesting mishaps of this country. Wow, Scandal has reached 4 mil. The best show ETV has ever had. I really love it. Dintle has been pulling some strings recently. There has been a lot of improvement for many shows.

Scandal is great .I just love the new Gontse shem .@robyn I agree with u this ratings take a lot of time to come through .now we are talking about things that happened at beginning of the month .its exhausting

congrats uzalo! let xulu rise from dead and you might stay @ the top because you don't have much competition with your 8:30 slot compared to the legacy. The legacy is doing well with the competition!

@Robyn We get the figures from the Broadcast Research Council and we have to wait for them to make them available. They only make them available later because they go through a series of checks before being released.

I so wish that GOLD DIGGERS can have atleast 1 million more viewers than ASHES TO ASHES, then GENERATIONS will never see number one again. ISIDINGO no comment. I just cant wait to see SKEEM SAAM on week 28 viewership figures (The Lelo & Enhle incident got people talking). SCANDAL reaches 4 million great

max85
21 Jul 2015 17:32

I don't think Gold diggers can get 2million viewers .the only drawing card for ashes2ashes was that their main cast was from the old Generations .so far the only person that is joining GG is Menzi Ngubane .Gen has a loyal following ,6 million viewers is a lot in SA .

congra to uzalo...bt generations will remain the most watched program in S.A ...those people who say it sucks they just haterz and are in denial...credit must be given to the crew behing generations the legacy...with the twist/shake-up (that karishma will be back and pregnant)that will win many viewers
