Mpiyakhe declares an end to violence and plans for peace. On the other hand, Mkabayi does not agree - she decides to go behind his back to win support but causes more tension.
Lerato nearly discovers Iris and Jackson. Iris draws Lerato into her web. Thandeka and S'bu cannot keep away from each other.

Episode 10
Thandeka and S'bu grow closer. Samson is suspicious about what his son is up to. Mpiyakhe convinces his association that peace is profitable but his drivers do not share his enthusiasm. The cheating Iris continues to lure Lerato by spoiling her, Shadrack is not pleased.

Episode 11 Mpiyakhe needs to find a way to calm his drivers and prevent a battle starting. Thandeka finds an excuse to stay in KZN and be close to S’bu. Iris and Jabu are remorseful, Mpiyakhe makes peace with them.

Episode 12 Thrill seeking Iris plays with fire. Mpiyakhe wins over his taxi association but takes a big risk to make a deal with the west. Thandeka and S'bu continue to meet in secret, despite their parents wishes.

Episode 13 While Samson looks forward to reaping the benefits of Mpiyakhe’s deal, will Mkabayi find it in her heart to support her brother? Iris reels in shock when Shadrack confronts her with what he witnessed the night before. The two lovers Thandeka and S’bu are drawn closer and closer together.

Episode 14 As Mpiyakhe and Samson go head-to-head in negotiations, Jackson gets more than he bargained for. How will Mpiyakhe react when he discovers Thandeka is in love with his enemy’s son? Will Shadrack tell Mpiyakhe what he knows? Iris attempts to seduce Shadrack into seeing things her way.

Episode 15 Finally Mpiyakhe celebrates making a deal, but a terrible betrayal awaits him at home. Jabu manages to manipulate Lerato into some illicit behaviour. While Thandeka hopes for her father’s approval, she and S’bu look forward to consummating their love.

Episode 16 Mpiyakhe exiles Iris but, undaunted, she declares war against Shadrack. Jackson and Iris collude in a terrible plan. Now that the peace is signed, finally S’bu and Thandeka can publicly declare their love, but tragedy sends their world and everyone else’s spinning out of control.

Episode 17
Thandeka and the family are in shock and grieve at the senseless tragedy but Mkabayi questions whether it was an accident. S’bu is desperate to comfort Thandeka but his father prevents him.
What will happen to Buhle when Iris discovers that she burnt her favourite blouse? Fezile and Shadrack worry about how to maintain calm among the men.

Episode 18
Thandeka blames herself for the death in their family while Iris and Jabu arrive like fish out of water in the valley. Fezile nearly triggers a war but surprisingly Samson uses it as an opportunity to maintain peace. S’bu tells Thandeka about a conversation overheard - they are meant to be together.

Episode 19
Mkabayi punishes Fezile and angers Samson when she makes it clear that she will be chair of the UTA. The Sangoma warns Mkabayi that she’s going to be faced with dark opposition.
Thandeka fails to win the family’s blessings for her relationship with S’bu - but Iris offers support. Jabu makes a new friend, and discovers a tape of his father playing Maskandi.

Episode 20 As the valley mourns, Mkabayi continues to suspect foul play and Samson attempts to cosy up to the MEC. S’bu won’t be kept away from the funeral by his father. Ntandane's horrified when he's chosen to watch over the grave. Finally Mkabayi’s worst fears are realized.

WhileMimi investigates Mpiyakhe’s murder she plants seeds of suspicion in Thandeka’s mind. Will Mkabayi be able to put Mpiyakhe’s vision of peace before her need for revenge? Iris continues to scheme, while Jabu secretly finds a way to escape the valley.

Episode 22
Mkabayi struggles with the responsibility of leading the family business without Mpiyakhe. Lerato is disappointed when Jabu fails to remember the night before.
Thandeka’s grief continues to drive a wedge between her and S’bu. Jackson is surprised when Mimi confronts him with the knowledge of his affair with Iris.

Episode 23
Thandeka decides to leave the valley and Samson intercepts her note for S’bu. Iris feels pressure from Mimi, and Jackson attempts to take matters into his own hands. Despite Buhle’s rejection Ntandane refuses to give up hope.

Episode 24Iris pulls the children close while she continues to plot with Jackson. While Thandeka is embarrassed her new bodyguard Fezile, S’bu is determined not to give up on their love. Will Buhle respond to Ntandane’s advances?

Episode 25
S’bu risks everything to see Thandeka. Jackson and Iris are determined to deal with Shadrack. Ntandane is crushed when he discovers the secret Buhle has been hiding from him. While Samson is determined to lead the UTA, Bheki tries to convince Mkabayi that he should be the chair.

Episode 26 Shadrack tries to warn Mkabayi about Iris but she's too busy dealing with the threat of Samson. Samson instructs Duma to spy on S’bu who won’t be frightened away from Thandeka. Ntandane tells Buhle that he will wait for her, however long it takes.
