TopTV ditches Q Music for BOX TV

BOX TV is all about showcasing the biggest selling single from R ’n’ B, Hip Hop and the very best of African music. The channel, available on TopTV, spans many of the exciting genres of Sub Saharan and South African music including Kwaito and Nigerian Hip Hop.

Launched today (2 July) on TopTV (channel 503), BOX caters to the 20-somethings market who enjoy the latest music, know all the latest trends and are first in line at the hottest club.

TopTV subscribers can look forward to many music genres including Kwaito, Hip Hop from Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya and SA, Hip Life, Afropop, Reggae, Rap, R ‘n’ B and Grime.

best music channel you (could) get in Africa?  who's dumb idea was it to replace it with a vapidly annoying Channel O/ MTV Base/ knock off? Shame on you, TopTV.  I have cancelled my subscription!
