Episode 244/1398Pippa asks Elise to do some administrative tasks for her and Sonja tries to protect both Malan and At - but her tactics do not work.
Stefanie finds out with a shock that At is back to run the hospital. Elise defends Jan's employment towards Quinton.

Sonja realises that Malan is ready to leave again, and asks At to stop him. Otto wants to see Elise immediately and Stefanie makes another shocking discovery about her powers in the running of the hospital.

Episode 247/1401 Daleen asks for Pippa's help with the Otto-debacle while Conrad and Gustav make a mean team in the ER. Kallie tells Malan about his observations, and Elise has it in for Daleen.
Stefanie prepares herself for the boardmeeting and Bea is the one who seems to be able to get through to someone.

Sonja decides to leave and At struggles to show her his true feelings. Tertius and Daleen prepare for his voyage, but both are dreading the goodbye. At finds a way to get rid of Stefanie, but he needs Jennifer's help.
Jan finds out there is a new position available at Binneland. Elise undermines Stefanie and this sends her round the bend.

At is distraught when he realizes that Sonja is on her way to Cape Town. Stefanie tries to reconnect with old friends, but gets the same reaction from everyone.
