Tristan rocks the family boat again by disappointing Kate and Amber, ultimately bringing them closer to Jack.
Lelo and Zoe are committed to bringing down their common foe, Rosie. And problems begin to mount for Itumeleng as he faces formidable and unexpected challenges from Tiro, and RraTladi.

Episode 70
When Modise is sent to the lodge to do damage control, Mama Rose fully understands the implications of RraTladi's dream of the "Danger from Within".
Kate is in denial about her feelings for Jack but when Poppy propositions him, she realises the true extent of her jealousy.
Rosie draws Lelo deeper into her web and suggests that there is something big on Lelo's horizon.

Episode 71 Modise realises he has been brought here to keep an eye on Itumeleng. RraTladi lets Mama Rose in on his thoughts about the future of the chieftaincy, and they are dark.
Rosie makes a surprise visit and stuns Lelo and Tiro with two separate offers. Lelo also stands up to Marang.
Kate begs Tristan to come home but he has his own bad news to deal with. Meanwhile Jack continues to circle.

Episode 72
Kate and Tristan drift farther apart leading her to do the unthinkable with Jack. Marang confesses her betrayal to Tiro.
Lelo confronts Rosie about her attempts to seduce Tiro, and a slighted Itumeleng lashes out at RraTladi, causing his father to suffer greatly.

Episode 73
Itumeleng refuses to right his wrongs and go to his ailing father's bedside. Kate and Jack fall for each other even further, while Tristan begins to suspect something is up.
Lelo swallows her pride and returns to work.

Episode 74
Kate tries to deal with her guilty conscience. Her guilt impacts on her relationship with Tristan, and she breaks it off with Jack. Tiro calls off his campaign against Itumeleng, at the request of Marang.
Itumeleng, overcome with guilt at his role in his father's illness, keeps his distance from his family causing the community to question his love for his father.

Episode 75
Itumeleng receives exactly what he wanted, at precisely the wrong time. Kate and Jack reinstate their affair on the day that Tristan's dream comes to fruition.
Tiro tries to make Lelo understand why he is so connected to this land, and why he wants to change and make his life out here, but the pull of the city gets in the way.

Episode 76
Modise agrees to help Itumeleng but lays down some ground rules that shift the balance of power in their relationship.
Kate encourages Tristan to spend time with Eva, his new lioness, to make her feel less guilty about her affair with Jack.
Meanwhile Karel senses that something is up with Kate and confronts Tristan about it.
Lelo knows that she can't have both, and may have to choose between Tiro and the magazine.

Episode 77 Modise starts to show more and more leadership qualities. Karel reveals his suspicions of her affair to Kate.
Rratladi ponders his own mortality and the future of his family and community. And Lelo and Tiro put their relationship on hold.

Episode 78
RraTladi continues to recover, but confides that the future of the community is still uncertain. Although experiencing private doubts about his successor, he firmly endorses Itumeleng as future chief.
Tiro embarks on a campaign to undermine Itumeleng's succession. Lelo is torn between her career and Tiro.
Kate manages to convince Karel that his fears about her infidelities are unfounded, while continuing her affair with Jack. Then Lindsay discovers the affair.

Episode 79
Tiro gives Lelo the space she needs to make a crucial career decision. He refuses to get involved in the decision and they agree she has to make it on her own. But help arrives from an unexpected source.
Modise proposes a new venture that he hopes will unite all three families, but Tristan has other ideas. Bernie and Lindsay confront Jack and try and force him to end the affair with Kate.

Episode 80 Lelo resigns from Chic. Bernie and Lindsay threaten to expose Jack and Kate. After hitting brick walls with Jack and Isaac, Modise presents Itumeleng with evidence of illegal hunting at Dinaledi.

Episode 81
Modise reveals that he is a better man than Itumeleng when he organises a clan feast in honour of RraTladi. Marang's antagonism grows when Tiro refuses to attend RraTladi's feast.
When Lindsay discovers that Kate has ignored her ultimatum she confronts her. Kate stands strong and accuses Lindsay of wanting to destroy her marriage because she has the hots for her husband.

Itumeleng continues to distance himself from his father, while Modise becomes closer to the old man.

Episode 83 Khumo decides it's high time he was promoted to General Manager of the lodge. Karel talks Kate out of coming clean to Tristan, and instead she blurts out that she's going to have a boy.
Marang looks to Itumeleng for help about the Lelo problem. While Isaac and Modise strengthen their positions in the Tladi family, Itumeleng becomes more of an outsider.

Episode 84
Itumeleng is distracted from the party preparations by Khumo's bid for promotion, and Jack's threats to expose him.
Under pressure, Jack still plans to flee Dinaledi, and pushes Kate to join him. RraTladi finally confides to Mama Rose that he doesn't want Itumeleng to be chief.
The chief and Itumeleng have an explosive confrontation at the party.

Episode 85
Having watched while his father died, Itumeleng tries to assert his control over the community, then Modise starts asking questions about what really happened in the moments before his father's death.
Jack survives the shooting and manages to get help on Kate's doorstep. Mama Rose doesn't know how she'll survive without the man she loved.
The Lebone's fear the LeboneTladi feud will flare up again.

Episode 86
Modise can't shake the feeling that his father's death was far from natural. Khumo and Diksie find it hard to conceal their possible pregnancy.
Jack's presence in the Van Reenen home unsettles both Karel and Tristan, while he tries to figure out who shot him. Mama Rose confides in her son about the Tladi's true heir apparent.

Episode 87 Diksie comes to terms with how much she wants a baby. RraTladi's body is returned home and Bernie turns Itumeleng down when he tries to seduce her.
