Miles and Lucilla are positive about the year ahead, and hopeful that S'bu will be alright.
Franco and Sbu bond and tell Ron that 2011 is the year of Genaro.

Episode 912Lucilla continues to miss Buhle. Miles tells her that Franco's case challenging the will is being heard today, and that if he wins, as he expects he will, the threat against Buhle will fall away.
Gail is concerned that S'bu's devotion to Franco will cause him to forget his duty to his father. Sbu gets a surprise visit from a cop.
Dylan is not adjusting to township life.
Suffocate and Fats go to Hotplate in drag to wait on customers, in terms of the bet they lost.

Episode 913Miles tells Lucilla that they can bring Buhle home this weekend.
The judge throws Franco's challenge to David's will out of court and Franco is left with no option but to kill Buhle.
Miles reassures S'bu that his lawyer will keep him out of trouble. There's trouble in paradise for Dylan and Tshidi.
Suffocate doesn't know how long he can keep Dylan on as a barman. Gail and Pitso make a New Year's resolution to get their working relationship back to where it was.

Episode 914Franco is under pressure to do something about Buhle, the one obstacle that stands between him and his estate.
Ronald is worried about what this would require him to do. Franco uses Sbu's legal troubles as an opportunity to alienate him from Miles.
Sbu tells Franco he needs a confession from Dr Balthazar. Dylan feels the pressure of the upcoming wedding and impending fatherhood.

Episode 915The search for Balthazar continues. S'bu's lawyer's getting increasingly desperate.
Miles flips when he finds out that Franco is offering Sbu legal advice. DJ Pitso continues his mind games with Gail.
Tshidi and Dylan are doing their best to stay positive, but it's not easy after Kop asks Dylan for rent.
The township is abuzz with the story of a white boy living with the Khuses.
Lucilla demands that Miles protects his child from the evil Genaro. Miles visits Franco and gives him an ultimatum.

Episode 916Mamokete stresses about the oncoming meeting with Dylan's parents.
Meanwhile, Tshidi and Dylan anticipate the upcoming meeting between their parents to discuss the wedding. They late watch with some despair as their parents squabble over wedding details.
Franco hints to Sbu that Miles has been useless is helping him sort out his problems. He thinks Sbu's making a mistake trusting himself in the hands of both Miles and his half-baked lawyer.

Episode 917S'bu is having terrible self-doubt and guilt about Thembi's death, and is beginning to wonder whether the prosecution isn't fair justice.
Mamokete is beginning to stress over the wedding and Tshidi is starting to feel the control slipping away ...
Pitso admits to Gail that he's deliberately sabotaging her and dares her to stop him.
Dylan and Tshidi confess to their friends that they are having doubts.
Franco gets serious about the threat to baby Buhle and Miles makes a serious decision about Franco

Episode 918S'bu asks Thembi to help him make the right decision. He agrees to make a statement to the press. This sets off alarm bells with Miles, who thinks S'bu is taking serious strain.
Miles meets Ivan Tshinawa, who says he has found a professional hitman. Tshidi and Dylan are unsettled by their interview with Pastor Desmond, who revealed to them just how unprepared they are for marriage.
Gail comes up with an idea involving an electrician to give Pitso his comeuppance.

Episode 919Miles is finding it more and more difficult to hide his turmoil over ordering the hit on Franco's life.
Tshidi and Dylan painfully confess to each other that they are not ready for parenthood and marriage.
Pitso tricks Gail into revealing his true colours, live on air. S'bu appeals to Dr Matthews to withdraw the complaint against him.
Dr Matthews agrees, but S'bu's troubles have only begun. The police inform him that the public prosecutor is charging him with murder.

Episode 920Franco and Ronald discuss the prosecutor Suarez Baloyi's decision to charge S'bu with murder. Franco swears that he'll make this go away and create an even stronger bond between him and S'bu.
His meeting with Suarez Baloyi goes wrong. Baloyi swears she's going to prosecute S'bu.
Miles meets with Tshinawa, who says he has found just the man for Miles. Tshidi and Dylan agree that they're not simply going to do what their families wish them to do.

Episode 921Tshidi and Dylan are feeling guilty about their decision, and are trying to keep it from Mamokete.
Franco reveals to S'bu that he has a plan of action with Suarez Baloyi, and then puts it into action.
Gail is becoming more and more impressed with Franco.
Tshidi and Dylan begin implementing their plan. Lucilla decides to get to the bottom of what Miles is up to - and has a meeting with Ivan Tshinawa.

Episode 922Miles tries to connect with S'bu in the guise of discussing the charges levelled against him, but S'bu makes it clear that he is exploring other options. Miles warns him against aligning himself with Franco.
S'bu finds out that Suarez Baloyi has decided to drop the charges against him. Sbu goes and thanks her but discovers that she is gunning for him.
Franco denies that he had anything to do with it. Tshidi takes the pills. Dylan, Mamokete and Kop race Tshidi to the clinic, but of course it's too late.
Mamokete takes it very badly.

Episode 923The charges of murder against S'bu are finally dropped.
Miles is furious that Franco stole his thunder but feels better knowing that Genaro is finally going to get what he deserves.
Miles eventually tells Lucilla what he's been up to.
It's the day after the "miscarriage" and Tshidi and Dylan are trying to come to terms with what they did.
Sis Bee tells Tshidi that her miscarriage looked like an abortion. Mamokete suffers a double blow, losing her grandchild and now not being nominated as choir conductor.

Episode 924
Tshidi comes clean to Sis Bee about the miscarriage, and then swears her to secrecy.
Miles anxiously digs for a reaction from a noncommittal Lucilla.
Franco boasts to Ronald that his plan for S'bu is coming together nicely, and a dark cloud hangs over Buhle.
Mamokete determinedly investigates her betrayer at the church. Lu eventually surprises Miles by saying she's 100% behind him & Franco must die.

Episode 925
Things have shifted in the Vilakazi household now they know they are co-conspirators in a planned murder.
Excitement returns to Miles and Lucilla's relationship. Miles tells Franco he is bringing Buhle home.
Seymour Sargassian, the outgoing President of the South African Music & Affiliates Association, asks Miles if he would consider taking over from him.
Tshidi tells Puleng about the miscarriage and Dylan tells Thula. They tell everyone they've called off the marriage.

Episode 926Lucilla is eager to know more details about the hit that Miles has arranged on Franco. Miles realises he can't speed up the hit, but goes to fetch Buhle from Mafikeng.
S'bu offers Thula a partnership in Hustle. Thula accepts enthusiastically.
Tshidi and Dylan try to get their lives back on course. She urges him not to tell anyone about her abortion but under subtle interrogation he tells his mother that Tshidi's "miscarriage" was induced - and swears her to secrecy.
Mamokete decides to return to her church in a spirit of forgiveness but marches out when Rose accuses her of lying.

Episode 927Miles has arrived bringing their baby back home and Lucilla is ecstatic to have her family under one roof again. Kop calls for calm as Mamokete threatens to leave the church.
Miles decides to get heavy security for Buhle.
Mamokete and Kop comfort Tshidi about the loss of her baby. Tshidi is racked with guilt.
S'bu persuades Franco to stand against Miles for the presidency of the Music Association.

Episode 928
Lucilla works hard to keep Miles on track about killing Franco. Meanwhile Franco and Ronald are at loggerheads about killing a child.
Thula on the other hand is frustrated when his attempts to get new talent for Hustle prove futile.
Mamokete is happy about the newly-found bond between her and Tshidi. However, on the church front, things come to a head after Rose goads her.
Franco makes another move to steal Miles's limelight: he tells Seymour that he wants to run as president.

Episode 929Miles freaks when he hears that Franco is standing against him for president.
The hitman, Suzuki surprises Miles in the middle of the night and gives him a warning. On top of everything, Miles learns that S'bu is endorsing Franco's bid for the presidency.
Thula meets a hot young recording star at a party.
The two choirs at Mamokete's church are still deadlocked, and Pastor Desmond has an innovative idea to resolve the clash.
Mamokete learns the truth about Tshidi's miscarriage ... and the consequences are dramatic.

Episode 930
Mamokete is angry at Tshidi and it doesn't look like she will ever get over the abortion. Tshidi is struggling to forgive Dylan for letting their secret slip to his mother.
Miles is trying to contain his rage at S'bu for supporting Franco over him in the upcoming election. Franco has a growing feeling that his life is in danger.
S'bu is discouraging Thula from his dream of signing X9. The shock to the Khuse family deals a blow to the plans of getting the new choir off the ground, as does the seeming lack of interest from the community.

Episode 931Franco tells Ronald to see if Miles is up to something. He decides that he will kill Buhle himself.
In the meantime, Miles's determination to kill Franco is stiffened by Lucilla. He throws himself into the campaign to win the presidency of the music association.
Mamokete can't stop herself from berating her daughter for having aborted - "murdered" - her grandchild. Tshidi can't take Mamokete's judgement, so she decides to move out.
Fats introduces Nana and the other potential choristers to Mamokete.
