Lindelani can you just announce your winner next week PLEASE – the show is becoming tedious now. The so called surprises are so predictable. If you want the viewers to be surprised just announce the winner next week and save us from the torture of having to watch Lungisani embarrass himself week after week.
Guest judges were Pastor Benjamin Dube (so predictable), Gospel Gold Presenter Steven what-what (what the hell was that man saying?) and Nosipho Daniels (famous for something I care less to know); in fact she was the only judge who said something meaningful during the episode.
Theme
The show was recorded at Mosaic Church somewhere in Jozi. The theme was many things, 1st I heard Lindelani saying “Why they (contestants) think they should win” and I also heard him saying “They should show their heritage side of things” –
what the hell does that mean? And I also heard him saying “Show your roots”. This is the part that confused the living hell out of me.
Big ups to Nomsa, the contestants looked good except for Thabo’s outfit. Why did he divert from the dress code?
I hate to say it, but Kgotso received the most number of votes second week in a row. Not surprising to a certain extent but the people with the least number of votes were Lungisani, Thabisa and Siphumele.
Before we get to the performances, I just need clarity from the producers of the show. Can someone please explain to me why would I receive the most votes for 2 weeks in a row and in the third and fourth week I find myself in the bottom 3? Please don’t tell me Granny’s airtime is finished cause I don’t buy that. This has been bugging me and one thing that came to mind was to conclude that the show is “staged”. Who are the auditors of the voting process? How do we as a public know that the voting results are authentic? If the show has no auditors can the producers please reveal the number of votes each contestant receives. At least some shows have the decency to tell us the auditors of the voting process. Again I’m not trying to be controversial; I’m just making sure we are doing the right thing, after all this is a show about praising God.
Performances 
Lungisani singing Bayethe– To prove that this boy is a joke, Thabo was laughing while he was performing. My thoughts about his performance – He needs to go home.
Siphumelele singing Ziyamazi umelusi.
She should have opened the show. If I have to purely judge her on the theme and following instructions – she deserved 10/10 no question about it. Siphumelele is winning my vote these days, I don’t know if she has me on some “
lightening” from Limpopo, but her performance was great.
Thabisa singing unoThixo omkhulu 
Just for the choice of the song 10/10. Thabisa sang as if she knew she was going out. Or should I say “
sanged” – LOL. I have lower grade English but come on Carino how are we suppose to learn if you don’t correct our mistakes? English is “
hardest” I’m telling you. Ok getting back to Thabisa – she gave an awesome performance. uSisi was very lively.
Mara I think it’s an insult to be likened to a 50 year old’s mother. Really now Lindelani, did you really had to say Thabisa reminded you of your mother? As for that dodgy character called Steven stealing the children’s limelight by his ludicrous comments. To say Thabisa reminds you of Zimkhitha is an insult and worse than telling her she looks like Harry Berry (no offence intended). Lindelani where do you get these IDIOTO judges from? That Steven is the worse of the lot.
Charisma singing Hy Haal my uit. 
Excellent performance (I hope the judges understood the language). Her performance reminded me of the 5 years I spent in the dusty streets of Hanover Park in cape Flats. For the first time in the competition I could recognize with her and she enjoyed her own performance.
Kgotso singing na ke Bomang
The jeans were too tight Bhuti for a Pastor. There were not Hollywood antics no imitating the late Vuyo Mokoena or Keke. I think for the first time we were introduced to Kgotso’s real voice, and boy
HE SUCKED. I really didn’t feel Kgotso’s performance and without the Generation’s theatrics – there’s nothing wonderful or good about this boy’s singing. For the second time I fully agree with Lindelani’s comments, Kgotso was not that good at all. Now that we know his voice, can we vote him OUT by no voting for him PLEASE.
Mzo singing loJesu yingakalala. 
Not ever again will I defend people’s xxxxxxxx especially people I don’t know. I hated the song. Ok Mzo is a child and his voice proved so last night. When he performed I thought I was in Sunday school again worse I felt I was in a Primary School mass choir. Child you were exposed of your immaturity as far as your voice is concerned. Please go home and write your matric exams. (
TVSA ladies and Sobza please don’t kill me) but this boy is not coming to the party at all.
Berlinda, Shannon, Lusanda and Tshepiso performed Ndikhokele. 
This was the best moment of the night for me. Shannon and Berlinda looked Amazing. Can someone tell me why is Shannon not on the Top 5? Because we didn’t vote for her. Tshepiso sang better than Kgotso and Lungisani, kanti why did he wait to be eliminated b4 he started to show his talent. The 4 eliminated performed well.
Eliminated
Unfairly eliminated Thabisa outperformed the boring Lungisani. Ok people its official Lindelani does read this blog (Lindelani - Thabisa was suppose to be eliminated last week not this week because she performed way better than some people this week. Kanti what’s wrong with you? Should I call Luksta to come and sort you out?
So called surprise Wild card will be given to one of the 5 eliminated contestants in 2 weeks time. The viewers have to vote for the person they want to see come back.
Voting Process this week: 1. Vote 4 the top 5 (Mzo, Charisma, Kgotso, Siphumelele and Lungisani)
2. You must also vote 4 the contestant you want to see back in 2 weeks time. (
Shannon, Berlinda, Lusanda, Tshepiso or Thabisa) – You all know that you must vote for

Next week – 2 contestants will be eliminated (
