Season 6

Mike Delfino's bride will finally be revealed. Will it be Katherine... or will recent events be enough to bring him and Susan back together?

Lynette faces the reality of another pregnancy; Bree struggles to break free from Orson and her inhibitions; Gaby is put to the test by Carlos' teenaged niece, now in their care; and a new family with a dark past moves to Wisteria Lane.

The four protagonists - Susan Mayer (Teri Hatcher), Lynette Scavo (Felicity Huffman), Bree Hodge (Marcia Cross) and Gabrielle Solis (Eva Longoria Parker) - as well as the series' narrator, Mary Alice Young (Brenda Strong), are all returning as regular cast members.

Housewife Katherine Mayfair (Dana Delany) also returns. Nicollette Sheridan (Edie Britt) has left the series, as her character was killed off last season.

Drea de Matteo is joining the principal cast, playing newest housewife Angie Bolen. Alongside her, Jeffrey Nordling and Beau Mirchoff join the cast, playing Angie's husband, Nick Bolen, and son, Danny Bolen, respectively.

Also continuing as series regulars are Ricardo Antonio Chavira (Carlos Solis), Doug Savant (Tom Scavo), Kyle MacLachlan (Orson Hodge) and James Denton (Mike Delfino).

Additionally, Charlie Carver (Porter Scavo), Joshua Logan Moore (Parker Scavo) and Kendall Applegate (Penny Scavo) all remain, while Max Carver (Preston Scavo) has left the series, as his character has left for Europe.

Shawn Pyfrom (Andrew Van de Kamp) is not returning as a regular; he will instead be making guest appearances.

Furthermore, Andrea Bowen has re-joined the principal cast as Julie Mayer, and long-time supporting actress Kathryn Joosten (Karen McCluskey) has been promoted to a series regular, along with child actors Madison De La Garza (Juanita Solis) and Mason Vale Cotton (M.J. Delfino).

Maiara Walsh has also joined the regular cast in the role of Ana Solis, Carlos Solis's teenage niece, who, in the last season finale, moved onto Wisteria Lane to live with the Solis family.

Established guest stars Daniella Baltodano (Celia Solis), Richard Burgi (Karl Mayer), Kevin Rahm (Lee McDermott) and Tuc Watkins (Bob Hunter) have all returned for season six.

Additionally, former regular cast members Jesse Metcalfe and Lyndsy Fonseca have reprised their roles as John Rowland (in two episodes) and Dylan Mayfair (in one episode) respectively.

Orson Bean has been cast in the recurring role of Mrs. McCluskey's new love interest, Roy Bender.
