Friday, 1 August 2008Episode 8725 Lily stops by Kevin's apartment to give Daniel their divorce papers and finds Amber and Daniel scantily clad. Lily and Daniel sign their divorce papers. Brad offers his support when Sharon tells him about the tape scandal. Colleen consoles a distraught Lily and offers to throw her a divorce party.
Amber and Daniel decide to rent Ji Min's former room to search for the stolen money. Cane hires J.T. to investigate the thefts at the Clear Springs construction site. Jack and Brad argue, and Jack warns Brad to stay away from Sharon.
Heather tells Adrian that she was the roommate of the student who committed suicide. Amber finds the money in the air-vent of Ji Min's room.
Monday, 4 August 2008 Episode 8726 Michael tells Gloria that unless Amber pays back her portion of the missing money, Kevin and Daniel will go to jail. Amber's good side and bad side argue over what to do with the stolen money.
John's ghost appears as Jack is lying to Noah about the tape recording. Amber lies to Daniel that she was unable to find the money.
David gives Nikki a silver card holder for the key card to his hotel room. Sharon expresses to Jack her disappointment in him for lying to Noah. Victoria witnesses Victor and Nikki's angry confrontation at the gym.
Gloria offers to give Amber a loan for her portion of the money, but Amber refuses. Nikki and David make love. Amber returns to Ji Min's room for the money and finds Carson waiting for her.
Tuesday, 5 August 2008 Episode 8727 Amber's evil alter ego convinces her to keep the money for herself. Victoria comforts a distraught Nick as he tries to contact Phyllis.
At the coffeehouse, Colleen notices Cane checking Lily out. Nikki misses a meeting with her family to spend the day with David.
Nick and Victoria decide to hold an intervention with their parents. Amber buys a bag of shredded currency to mix with the stolen hundred dollar bills. Victor is furious when Nikki fails to show up for the intervention. Cane invites Heather to Colleen and Lily's party.
Amber places the currency with the burnt hundreds in the air-vent of Ji Min's room and starts a fire. Jill is trapped in the steam room as the fire alarm is going off, but Amber hears her cry for help and manages to save her.
Wednesday, 6 August 2008 Episode 8728 Adrian and Colleen put the finishing touches on Lily's divorce party at Indigo. A reporter interviews Amber and Jill about the fire. Neil asks Karen to accompany him to Lily's divorce party. J.T. and Paul devise a plan for J.T. to go undercover at Clear Springs.
Kevin lets it slip to Amber and Daniel that Cane is attending Lily's divorce party. At the party, Devon and Roxanne dance together. Amber and Daniel arrive to see Cane and Lily kiss at the divorce party. Paul and J.T. get into a feigned fight at Indigo and J.T. 'quits.' Jana tells Kevin that their relationship is over.
Thursday, 7 August 2008 Episode 8729Amber and Daniel are devastated as Cane kisses Lily. Colleen demands that Amber and Daniel leave the divorce party, but Amber refuses. Neil and Karen nearly kiss, until the moment is interrupted. Daniel finds Lily alone and they reminisce about their life together. Feeling queasy after accidentally drinking alcohol, Lily runs off.
Devon advises Neil to pursue Karen if that's what he wants. Cane is charming and flirtatious as he offers to help Lily. Daniel tries to stop Amber as she takes off to find Cane. Karen finds Neil in his office at Indigo and he finally kisses her.
Heather informs Daniel, Kevin and Amber that the missing money was found in the ashes of the GCAC fire.Lily thanks Cane for his help and they agree be 'friends.'
Friday, August 2008Episode 8730Jill learns that the missing money was found in Ji Min's hotel room. Nick promises Phyllis he'll watch out for Daniel while he's on trial. Jack continues to feel Sharon's disappointment in him. Kay comforts Jill about Ji Min.
Michael convinces Cane to testify against Agent Bonacheck to get Amber, Daniel and Kevin immunity. Jill is determined to find out what happened to Ji Min. Daniel becomes angry when Heather refuses to help Nick get into see Phyllis.
When questioned by a reporter, Sharon continues to support Jack. Michael pressures Heather into giving Daniel, Amber and Kevin immunity in exchange for testifying against Bonacheck. Daniel visits Phyllis in jail and tells her he won't be going to prison.
Amber thanks Cane for his help and he tells her they are even now. Gloria coaxes Kevin into releasing the video of Jack from the Jabot security cameras.
Monday, 11 August 2008 Episode 8731 Victor tells Neil that he is certain Jack will pay for his crimes. Phyllis advises Jack to listen to Sharon and come clean about the Jabot scandal. Brad confronts Sharon about their mutual feelings, and begs her not to compromise who she is for her husband.
Victor calls state officials to pressure them to investigate Jack. Jack informs Sharon that he is going to publicly confess that he owned Jabot. Sharon is elated about Jack's decision and the two make love. Victor tells Phyllis that he could get her an early release if she to testifies against Jack.
Brad orders Sharon a gift from a 'secret admirer.' Gloria offers to give Victor the video footage to make sure Jack pays for his crimes.
Tuesday, 12 August 2008 Episode 8732Gloria tells Kevin she plans to give Victor the tape of Jack confessing he owned Jabot. Nick is ecstatic to learn that Phyllis' privileges have been reinstated. Lily and Cane flirt at the GCAC.
Brad asks Colleen to go to synagogue with him. Brad apologizes to Colleen, Victor and Sharon to atone for his sins on Yom Kippur. Noah becomes angry at the prison warden for not allowing Nick to visit Phyllis. Sharon overhears Nick telling the warden how much he loves Phyllis. Nick is allowed to visit Phyllis in jail, and is furious to learn that Victor offered to help her if she testifies against Jack.
Colleen tells Brad that she'll go with him to synagogue tonight. Surprised to learn that Lily is only 20 years old, Cane calls off their date. Brad tells Sharon that he regrets marrying Victoria.
Michael catches Kevin and Gloria scrubbing Kevin's computer hard drive. Nick confronts Victor and demands that he do whatever he can to get Phyllis out of jail.
Wednesday, 13 August 2008 Episode 8733 Nick lashes out at Victor because of his offer to Phyllis. Noah is suspended from school after getting into a fight over Jack's misdeeds. Jack admits to Noah that he has been lying to the public, but will hold a press conference to tell the truth.
Victoria is appalled to learn about the deal Victor offered Phyllis. J.T. admits to Paul his fears about his relationship with Victoria. Victoria and Nick discuss their intense feelings for J.T. and Phyllis. Victoria asks Victor to apologize and make things right with Nick.
Victor tells Nick that he has made some calls to try to help Phyllis. J.T. and Victoria make love. Karen invites Neil to dinner. Sharon and Jack watch in horror as the leaked tape of Jack and Ji Min's conversation plays on television.
Thursday, 14 August 2008 Episode 8734 Nikki and David turn on the TV and hear the audio tape of Jack and Ji Min's deal. Jack insists he will go ahead with the press conference to tell the truth. Furious, Jack wonders who leaked the tape of his conversation with Ji Min.
Kevin visits Jana in the state prison, and she tells him that being kept away from him is the punishment she deserves. Kay demands that Jack state she had no knowledge of him owning Jabot. Phyllis calls Jack to wish him good luck at the press conference.
Traci and Colleen arrive at the GCAC to support Jack during his press conference. Jack gives a speech admitting his guilt. Jack is suspicious when he sees Gloria and Victor do a champagne toast.
Kay tells Gloria that she needs to speak with Michael about the tainted Jabot skin cream. Nikki's Clear Springs investors begin pulling out because of Jack's scandal. Jana is overjoyed to run into Phyllis in prison.
Friday, 15 August 2008 Episode 8735Gloria and Kevin frantically try to hide evidence that they hacked into the Jabot security system. Kay and Jill wonder if Gloria tapped into their security system. J.T. gives Victoria a mix tape of a song he wrote for her baby.
Jack and Sharon ask Daniel if Kevin could have hacked into the security system. Jill panics after realising there is security footage of her and Ji Min making love. Paul refuses to investigate the security breach for Jack.
Reporters grill Kay and Jill about the security breach at Jabot. Jeff tells Gloria he received a package of mementoes from William, including a container of Jabot cream. Maggie questions Jack and Sharon about Ji Min's planned interview.
Monday, 18 August 2008 Episode 8736Sharon and Jack are shocked to read a scathing newspaper article about Sharon. Lauren lashes out at Gloria and Michael about Gloria's latest scheme, which is affecting Clear Springs.
In the prison, Jana annoys Phyllis by pointing out all the similarities they share. Victor warns the reporter never to attack Sharon in print again. Nikki, David, Victoria and Lauren meet to discuss Clear Springs. Phyllis asks the prison warden to move her to a cell away from Jana. After seeing Phyllis break a prison rule, the warden moves her into Jana's cell.
Jeff shows Gloria some of William's childhood letters. Reporters interview Nikki and Victoria about Clear Springs. Brad pushes an intercom button to make sure Jack overhears Sharon admit she kissed Nick. David meets with a reporter to place suspicion on Jack for Ji Min's death.
Tuesday, 19 August 2008 Episode 8737 Brad is surprised by Jack's calm reaction to overhearing Sharon admit she kissed Nick. Nick talks to Noah about the importance of owning up to one's mistakes. Maggie tells Jill that Ji Min may have been murdered. Jack speaks aloud to John, asking him for guidance about Sharon's betrayal.
Jana tells Kevin that she's writing a letter of apology to Carmen's family. Maggie questions Cane, who admits he grabbed Ji Min's arm and threatened him. Jana helps Phyllis call Nick by lending her a debit calling card.
Jack angrily confronts Sharon about kissing Nick. Jack warns Brad to stay away from Sharon, then shoves him into the elevator. In the parking garage, Sharon cries in Brad arms.
At the jail, Phyllis tells Nick and Daniel that she's nervous about sharing a cell with Jana.
Wednesday, 20 August 2008 Episode 8738J.T. invites Victoria to go away with him to Clear Springs. Jana promises Phyllis that they will become good friends while in prison. Noah gives Jack a CD of family photos. Jack tells Sharon that he has nothing to say to her since she betrayed him.
Phyllis is upset when Nick admits he kissed Sharon in the bank vault. Neil interrupts Karen at work and asks her for a rematch at the gym. Phyllis calls Sharon and demands that she visit her first thing tomorrow.
Neil and Karen spar equally well at the gym and flirt relentlessly. Jack visits Phyllis at the prison and they agree to forgive their spouses. J.T. calls a hotel to set up a romantic getaway to propose to Victoria.
Thursday, 21 August 2008 Episode 8739Jack, Sharon and Noah eat dinner, but all Jack can think about is Sharon and Nick's kiss. Neil invites Karen out to a nice dinner after work. Adrian advises Colleen not to invite Brad for dinner, but Colleen does it anyway. At the Abbott mansion, Nick and Jack argue about Nick and Sharon's kiss.
Neil postpones dinner with Karen to meet with a troubled Sharon. Cane helps Lily work on her lifting form at the gym. Cane suggests that he be Lily's 'trainer,' and they agree to meet up for some 'non-date' dates.
Sharon spills everything to Neil about her kiss with Nick, and Neil comforts her. Adrian and Brad argue as Colleen hosts a disastrous dinner for them.
Friday, 22 August 2008 Episode 8740Colleen suggests that Lily pretend to work on a paper about Australia to get closer to Cane. Abby asks Brad and Victoria awkward questions about Victoria's baby. Worried about the budget, Nikki tells Cane to halt construction at Clear Springs.
Sharon visits Phyllis in jail and apologizes for the kiss. Phyllis questions Sharon's true feelings for Jack. Nikki gives Victoria some new baby clothes, but she refuses to take them because of her previous miscarriage.
Lily nervously interviews Cane about Australia for her 'school project.' Victoria begins to cry while looking through baby clothes, and Brad comforts her. Cane flirts with Heather and asks her out.
Sharon and Noah give Jack a MP3 player loaded with all of this favorite music. Jack thanks Sharon and Noah, and pulls Sharon into a close embrace.
Monday, 25 August 2008 Episode 8741 Sharon tries to set-up a romantic dinner, but Jack turns her down. Kevin refuses to help Gloria as she schemes to get the bottle of Jabot cream away from Jeff.
As Cane works-out, Lily gives him a music CD. Neil invites Cane and Karen to dinner at the Winters' home. Jeff questions Jill about the Jabot cream scandal. Jack apologizes to Sharon for blowing off the romantic dinner she planned.
Lily is thrown off-guard when Cane arrives at the Winters' home for dinner. Michael pleads with Gloria to stay away from Jeff. Cane tells Lily he is meeting Heather for coffee later and both become self-conscious.
Jeff gives Gloria a fake container after secretly switching it with the Jabot cream.Gloria panics when Michael suggests that Jeff might have switched the container. Brad anonymously calls the tabloids to tell them about Sharon and Nick's kiss.
Tuesday, 26 August 2008 Episode 8742 J.T. prepares a special evening for Victoria at the Clear Springs B&B. Victor bids good-bye to Victoria as she leaves for Clear Springs. David informs a shocked Nikki that Victor owns the drilling and mineral rights at Clear Springs. Nikki angrily confronts Victor about his plan for Clear Springs.
After a vicious argument, Victor and Nikki sadly agree to start divorce proceedings. Amber is upset to see Cane on a date with Heather.
J.T. and Victoria share a romantic evening at Clear Springs. J.T. surprises Victoria with a marriage proposal, and after some thought, she agrees. Amber, Cane, Colleen and Lily are surprised to run into each other at the GCAC.
Wednesday, 27 August 2008 Episode 8743Daniel reads the gossip column and is furious to learn that Nick and Sharon kissed. David tells Maggie and Paul that Jack tried to convince Ji Min to back out of the interview. Nikki asks Victor to keep the news of their divorce quiet, but he refuses. Daniel confronts Nick about cheating on Phyllis. Victor confides to Neil that his marriage is over.
Sharon is furious about the newspaper article about her kiss with Nick. Nikki worries to David that she might not find an investor to cover her payments to Victor. Victor learns that the methane fields in Clear Springs are bigger than he thought.
In jail, Phyllis tells Daniel she's worried about how the article will affect Jack. Brad and Nick argue over who has hurt Sharon more. A reporter questions Jack about the kiss and Jack responds by kissing Sharon.
Maggie tells Jack to meet her at the police station for more questioning about Ji Min. At Clear Springs, J.T. watches a suspicious man.
Thursday, 28 August 2008 Episode 8744 Neil invites Karen to 'ice cream night' at his house. Cane gives Lily a book to help with her research paper. Lily and Colleen are excited about the note Cane wrote in Lily's book. Jack asks Katherine to profess his innocence with the D.A. Jack makes a deal with Heather to avoid any charges related to the Jabot scandal.
Maggie asks Jill if she or Ji Min had any pets. Lily and Devon are disappointed that Karen is joining them for 'ice cream night.' Karen shocks the Winters family when she arrives wearing one of Dru's hats. Maggie questions Jack about how he convinced Ji Min to cancel the interview. Maggie reveals to Jack and Sharon that Ji Min may have died in a fight.
Neil reprimands Lily and Devon for their rude treatment of Karen. Maggie tells Paul that she took a sample of dog hair from Jack's dog to see if it matches the hair found on Ji Min's body.
Friday, 29 August 2008 Episode 8745Victoria excitedly tells Nick about her engagement to J.T. Paul is dubious about J.T.'s engagement to Victoria. Colleen is concerned when the dean offers Adrian a position at GCU. Brad gives Colleen a check to cover her tuition, and promises never to cut her off financially again.
Victor and Nikki break the news of their divorce to Nick and Victoria. Nick decides that he wants to step in as co-CEO at Newman again. At the GCAC Heather defends Colleen when a customer is rude to her.
Adrian accepts the teaching position, and is given permission by the dean to date Colleen. J.T. has a beer with David and they bond over dating Newman women. Brad is angry when Victoria refers to her baby as J.T.'s.
