My best was how loooong Sis Ribs went on for - Mfundi was obviously so pleased to get her on the show he let her sing for half the episode!

What a contrast! Back then the story line was WOW.
All the women definitely needed a lipgloss. Look at their lips - what's up wit the cheap red lipstick? Even Karabo's hair looks dry! And Priscilla's oganza - is that it was called neh?
And Busang bathong? He did look like a struggling artist!
Jah those were the days!
But now, they are so stylish but their story line is whack, period!
I think most of us watch Generations because we don't have a choice.
P.S. ACE should be given more role. He should be the villain and stop sucking up to a man who tormented him bossffff! I mean who is that nice in real life?

This is to show how we as south african has improved over the last 15yrs, technology and fashion. Atchie was hadsome with those tight pants and Karabo for the beautifull stunning woman she is now, wow, OMG. Did Connie have a nose job.

Where was Queen, i thought they said yena le karabo were there from the beginning.... saying the character name and seeing the character are two different things..... eish i was imagining her without eyelashes extentions..would have loved to see that.

karabo's acting really improved with the years while archie's is dropping along with the loooks. the brother was hot hott back then, mustard pants or not.......

There was this Mkhulu on Gen last night, i dont know the name there, but he was Ntate Moroka's friend, he was also on APCH (a place called home) last night, acting as a publisher. Eintlek how old is that man mara? he has always been old mos, he had a white beared back then, even now??? it just like Somizi's mother, i've never seen the younger version of her. |

If my memory serves me right Queen showed up in about episode 14. She had just arrived from Italy and was engaged to a Italian prince who was going to pay 100 cows for her lobola and there was a big hupala in Soweto about it. It was around the jam making business between her mother and makhi.
Queen back then was a go getter, man eating vamp. She and her mother plotted for her to get Archie at some stage. The airhead we see now kinda morphed out of nowhere.

Yebonine!!!!!! Kutsiwani nje negliloko laRibs (Anyone noticed Ribs dress/ two piece) and those tiny legs, The same was the small number worn by Archies babes .
We were treated yesterday and I laughed by A#$@ out till the end of the show, it was interesting kobona kutsi sichamukaphi, cha, kona sisuka kudze impele Hawu.
Lillian'Makhi' Dube's earings were the best ever even though they were bigger than the ear, wonder if anyone noticed the red earing.
Wonder if it can be possible for Mfundi to sell the then episods in DVD's it can sell like hot cakes ngiyetsemba futsi. |

Who ever came up with the idea to show the first episode deserves a medal. Gene back then was so full of promise it's sad how it's just gone in the direction it has.
I was surprised that Cavendish Bank came on board back then. The only other things that have survived in the story are New Horizons, Karabo and Queen.
Sadly for me Connie's acting was pathetic back then and now after 15 years it's just average |

It was really good to go back and see what Generations was all about. Tina and Vinilia over acted their seens. Karabo was lame. I must admit their story lines were much better than what they are feeding us now. |
