Survivor Exile Island: Examining The Exiles

Survivor: Exile Island will soon be here and I am unbelievably excited about it. There are two new twists, one in particular which sounds very juicy and game-altering. This is the Exile twist.

Remember how Janu from Palau was left to rot on an island one time when she lost an Immunity Challenge? Once again, we will see a contestant get sent to fend for themselves on some godforsaken island only this time it will on a much more regular basis.

This season also sees the return of another familiar face. No, I'm not talking about Stephenie, come to compete for and lose a million for the third straight time. I'm talking about the Hidden Immunity Idol which saved Gary's skin one Tribal Council last season.

If you're not yet drooling in anticipation, then just take a gander at the cast. Mark Burnett has outdone himself in casting if these interesting-looking contestants are anything to go by. Along with the usual assortment of schmodels and barkeeps, this cast features an astronaut, fighter pilot, female lumberjack, rocket scientist, circus-performer, kitsch country singer and Karate expert.

Hooray for the return of famewhoring Americans dumped on an island

I have carefully examined the cast bios and used a combination of psychoanalysis, body language study and statistics to provide objective and totally accurate profiles on each of the contestants. Read on for the lowdown.

Austin: The Author

Bobby: The Ghetto Lawyer

Bruce: The Karate Master
