Hold on, what is this? She’s been married to someone called Frank Shea for ten years? Really? Well then. There’s a lesson about stereotypes in there somewhere but I’ll be damned if I’m going to go all Aesop on everybody. I have my pride, you know.
Anyway, she says her greatest asset is motivating people to do things and says she has leadership ability. This is good for her if it’s true but it’s also possible ‘motivating people’ is code for being a bossy boots and ordering people to do things. Physically she should do well though.
