Exclusive: the little girl forced to live in a dog cage

oprah 10 june 2011In 2000, The Oprah Show shared a chilling story of child abuse. It began in the quiet town of Brillion, Wisconsin, where police discovered that Michael and Angeline Rogers had been brutally beating and starving their daughter.

The little girl was forced to live in a dog cage. Now, she comes forward for the first time.
