Tuesday 1 June 2010 Episode 551Antonio has a nightmare about whether Gabi killed Francesca. Gabi is just about to leave to retrieve the tape from Francesca's room when Ricardo catches her. He wants to make love, but she manages to duck him. Ricardo finds Gabi's note telling him that she has to go to work.
After Antonio arrives, Ricardo calls the station but Gabi is not there. Ricardo asks Antonio to come by the station later to talk about Francesca. However, when Ricardo says that he is going to Francesca's room, Antonio comes up with an excuse to go with Ricardo and talk to him about Francesca on their way.
Gabi sends Ruiz, who was standing guard over Francesca's room, to get some coffee, offering to watch the room for him. Ruiz argues that he should not leave his post, but Gabi convinces him to go.
Wednesday 2 June 2010 Episode 552Tim convinces Sara that he meant to tell Casey everything that she's ever kept from him, and tells her that he needs all of the information that she can provide about Benjy.
Maria tells Carmen that she does not want to tell her what is going on, she wants her to tell her what she saw. The first card she pulls is "the Sun," which Maria assumes stands for Benjy. When Carmen tells her that "The Sun" stands for marital happiness, Maria tells her about Benjy.
Carmen admits that she has not seen a child in the cards, but has chosen to believe that Benjy is Maria and Ben's child. Maria vows that she will find out one way or another.
Thursday 3 June 2010 Episode 553Gabi and Antonio watch Ruiz put one of the unlabeled tapes in a VCR. Ricardo tells Cole that they found a gun in his car.
When Benjy is reluctant to let Tyus take his blood, Ben calms his fears. Tyus tells them that he will have the test results later that day. Ben offers to let Benjy stay with them. Ben treats Meg to a romantic picnic by the ocean.
Maria tells Annie about Benjy. Annie asks Maria to find out if Ricardo suspects Cole of murdering Francesca. Maria refuses because she won't be able to ask her brother straight out - she will have to manipulate him to give her that information.
Monday 7 June 2010 Episode 554Bette points out how guilty Olivia looks because of all of the times she threatened to kill her if she ever interfered with Caitlin and Cole's relationship.
AJ comes to see Olivia, telling her that he knows that she kept the truth about Trey a secret because she'd do anything for her son - just like he would for his. AJ asks Olivia where she is coming from when they run into each other at the Inn.
Caitlin promises Trey that she only did what she had to do and that she'd never let anyone take him away from her. She sees Cole, who asks her to stop if what they had had ever been important to her.
Tuesday 8 June 2010 Episode 555Just as Ricardo starts to play the tape, Gabi stops him. When Ricardo asks Gabi why she stopped him, she replies that a clever defence attorney might use the fact that she and Antonio were in the room when he saw the tape to get the evidence dismissed.
Ricardo takes the tapes home with him. When Gabi finds out, she and Antonio take off after him.
AJ questions Olivia about her reasons for being at the Inn the night that Francesca was shot. When AJ tries to convince Olivia that the importance is because Cole might go to jail for Francesca's murder, Olivia recounts some of the suspicious things that AJ did that night, like saying that he never felt better than he did at that instant.
Gabi and Antonio arrive just as Ricardo begins playing the tape.
Wednesday 9 June 2010 Episode 556Caitlin confronts Annie about the disintegration of the Richards family. Gregory walks in on them. Gregory tells Caitlin that he is staying married to Annie because it would look bad to divorce her in the middle of the custody battle.
Cole overhears Caitlin admit that she hates and loves him. Olivia gets a call from a friend, Barbara Birch, who advises her not to get mad or to get even - to get everything.
Olivia makes a phone call, telling whoever it is that Barbara Birch asked her to call. She tells Gregory that this time she is ready for him.
Thursday 10 June 2010 Episode 557 Meg confesses her concerns about the family that Ben might have with Maria and that they'd never be just them again. Gabi comes to see Meg.
Maria asks Antonio why he is still spending so much time with Gabi, since she's marrying Ricardo. Gabi and Antonio agree that the other one wants to put this whole thing behind them. Antonio asks Gabi to make a pact with him to never mention their being lovers again. She says that they can put this behind them until they find the tape.
Maria calls and tells Antonio that she is waiting for Benjy's paternity test results, and asks him to come to the hospital.
Olivia is making plans for the nursery for Trey when Cole arrives, asking her not to do it.
Monday 14 June 2010 Episode 558Casey says that Sara is the best thing that ever happened to him. Hank and Joan return home and tell Sara and Casey about the test results. When Tim calls, Sara admits that she'll get the goods on Tess because she's as curious about her as Tim is.
Ricardo gets Francesca's cell phone records and all of the suspects are on Francesca's cell phone bill. So is Ricardo's apartment. He asks Gabi if she ever talked to Francesca on the phone while at his apartment.
Cole sees Caitlin with Trey and vows to make sure that she gets to keep Trey.
Tuesday 15 June 2010 Episode 559When Ricardo asks Gabi why she didn't tell him that she spoke to Francesca, Gabi sears that she didn't speak to Francesca. Ricardo says that Francesca was on for several minutes, wondering who she spoke to.
Finally, Antonio claims that he, not Gabi, was the one who talked to Francesca. Sean tells Caitlin that they both know that Olivia isn't the person who killed Francesca. Caitlin tells him that Olivia wants to keep her from ever seeing Trey again.
Bette asks Olivia how she can take Trey from Caitlin after letting Caitlin have Trey for so long.
Wednesday 16 June 2010 Episode 560Caitlin fantasizes about being the chief witness against her mother. She bumps into Cole, who admits that he was following her. When he tries to explain why Olivia is behaving the way she is, Caitlin realises that he'd been eavesdropping on her confrontation with Olivia at Gregory's house.
Caitlin says that she doen't want him arrested for breaking and entering if Gregory ever finds out that Cole had been in his house.
Caitlin says that she is helping Gregory because he can help her keep Trey.
Thursday 17 June 2010 Episode 561Meg tells Sara that Maria will still be part of Benjy's life. Sara asks Meg if she's sure that Tess and Maria didn't fix the paternity test.
Meg asks Sara why she is so concerned - like she has a stake in this herself - and asks her to leave her alone. Sara has a "That Girl" fantasy, which ends in Casey and Meg running off together.
Meg tries to make Hank understand that helping Ben make a home for Benjy is the right thing for her to do. Ben tries to convince Maria that it would be a mistake for her to move in with them, but she claims that everything changed when she found out about Benjy.
Emily says that she thought that she was losing Sean; Bette says that she'd throw a romantic dinner for her daughter and her boyfriend. Bette and Emily leave for the grocery store. Someone puts a gun behind one of the cushions on the sofa.
Monday 21 June 2010 Episode 562AJ rescues Caitlin from reporters asking her questions about Francesca's murder. Sean tells Emily that he has to get back to her about her dinner invitation.
Cole corners Sean to tell him that Olivia has a restraining order against him, saying that Olivia will pay - permanently.
Sean loses his temper at Cole for sleeping with Olivia. Cole reminds Sean that if Olivia wins full custody, she'll keep Caitlin from ever seeing Trey again.
Tuesday 22 June 2010 Episode 563When Brad admits that he hasn't seen Olivia before they arrived at Grenadine's, Amy admits that she had lied and told Ricardo that Olivia had pressured her into lying.
Amy identifies the necklace he found in Francesca's room as belonging to Bette.
Ricardo gets an anonymous tip telling him that the gun is at Olivia's house. AJ tells Olivia that he knoww that she threatened Francesca with a gun.
Wednesday 23 June 2010 Episode 564 Sara overhears Hank asking Casey to invite Meg to move back into Surf Central. Sara confesses to Joan about her suspicions regarding Tess's honesty.
Maria and Meg have a confrontation when Maria moves in. Maria leaves, taking Tess and Benjy to meet Carmen, allowing Ben and Meg to have some time alone. Meg tells Ben that she doesn't think that she has to like the fact that Maria is moving in.
When Sara comes over, she resists the temptation to tell Meg her suspicions about Tess.
Thursday 24 June 2010 Episode 565When Tess catches her snooping, Sara apologizes, saying that she didn't know that it was Tess's room. Tess asks what she is doing with the box.
Sara asks Tess where she is from originally. When Tess gets defensive, Sara leaves the room.
Maria and Meg have a confrontation about whether Maria's using Benjy to hang on to Ben. Maria and Tess compare notes about Sara. Maria says that Sara thinks that Tess and herself cooked up Benjy to separate Ben and Meg.
Maria decides to find out why Sara acts as if she had a stake in Ben and Meg's relationship.
Monday 28 June 2010 Episode 566 Maria tells Meg that she is willing to take Benjy and move out. Caitlin walks in while the pair are arguing. She says that she csn't stop thinking of Trey as her son, which helps Meg and Maria focus on what's really important - Benjy.
When Gregory gets a phone call that Olivia was taken in for questioning, he tells Ben that he isn't surprised.
Even though Gregory explains the problems he's been having with Olivia, Ben doesn't believe that she was capable of murder.
Tuesday 29 June 2010 Episode 567Casey tells Michael that he fell in love with Sara the day he saved her from drowning. Michael admits that he still loves Vanessa, but says that he doesn't know if he can trust her again. Michael and Vanessa arrive to meet someone for an interview, who turns out to be each other.
Gabi brings the credit card records to Antonio. The first place that Gabi tries to reach is a realtor. Gabi realises that the realtor might be the person who rented the cabin to Francesca.
Wednesday 30 June 2010 Episode 568Michael suggests that Vanessa might have taken the assignment in order to talk to him, because he knows that she is too good to really have been assigned to their story.
He tells her how flattered he is that she went to the effort to arrange the interview. She asks him where he got such a big ego, telling him the truth about why she was interviewing him - her demotion for her article on Francesca's murder.
He apologizes for the misunderstanding. They both realise how little they know about each other's lives these days.
