Monday, 4 May 2009 Episode 324 Following Antonio's advice, Ricardo confesses to Carmen that Gabi is the woman who pressed charges against him for raping her. Carmen tells him to stop seeing Gabi. Gabi overhears Carmen telling Ricardo that he shouldn't date her.
Bette and Meg talk about her wedding plans, and Bette asks her about her sister Sara who is an intern for a Californian congressman. Bette receives a package from Eddie containing the letter in which Eddie wrote about Derek and his crimes. They kiss, and Eddie wants Bette to come with him.
Derek thinks that Meg found out about him when he sees her holding an envelope, but it turns out to be a love letter from her to him. Vanessa decides to tell Michael the truth.
Virginia finds out that Jimmy spilled the potion that he found in her purse on himself, and realises that Jimmy is the most important thing in the whole world for her. Derek writes a substitute letter.
Tuesday, 5 May 2009 Episode 325 Annie is trying to confirm her suspicions about Cole and Olivia, so she tries to trick Antonio into telling her the truth, but she doesn't get anything from him. Then she decides to find out the truth from Bette with truth serum.
Meg's sister Sara arrives in Sunset Beach. Bette invites her, Joan and Sara to a party at the Deep, because she lost a bet with the May 2009or, and now she has to sing a solo at the Deep.
Gabi tells Ricardo that they can't be together, until she gets over the trauma from her childhood. Annie suspects that Bette and Eddie are more than friends.
Wednesday, 6 May 2009 Episode 326 After Sean told him about Gregory's secrets inside a Chinese puzzle box, Cole opens it and finds an old love letter from Olivia and the death certificate of Olivia's dead baby. He also finds a hidden compartment with a secret letter addressed to the police.
Meg and Derek find out from Joan and Sara that they are taking the cast off of Tim's hands. Joan overhears Sara talking on the phone with someone, telling him that no one suspects.
Annie tries to put the truth serum in Bette's drink, but Bette wants hot tea. Then Annie puts the serum in her tea, but Bette switches the cups. Then, Bette questions Annie about why she put the truth serum in the cup, if she is jealous over Meg and other questions.
Thursday, 7 May 2009 Episode 327 Virginia sprays Mrs Moreau's potion on Vanessa's dress in Ben's house. Casey offers to help Sara but she refuses his offer. Later, Sara receives a tip-off that she is the lead story in a news report.
Tyus gives Tim pen and paper and he writes, "Ben pushed me. Save me." Derek presents the pearls to Meg and lays her down on the bed.
Monday, 11 May 2009 Episode 328 Taking the advice of his brother, Antonio, Ricardo confesses to his mother, Carmen that Gabi accused him of raping her. Gabi overhears Carmen telling Ricardo to stop seeing her.
While discussing wedding plans with Meg, Bette inquires about her sister, Sara who works for a Californian Congressman. Bette receives the letter that Eddie wrote detailing Derek's crimes. Eddie and Bette kiss.
Derek is suspicious when he discovers Meg holding an envelope. Vanessa decides to tell Michael the truth. Virginia discovers that Jimmy spilt Mrs Moreau's potion on himself.
Tuesday, 12 May 2009 Episode 329 Annie digs deeper to discover the truth about Cole and Olivia's affair but her plan backfires. She then concocts to give her aunt, Bette a drop of truth serum. Meg's sister Sara arrives in Sunset Beach.
Bette invites Meg, Joan and Sara to the Deep where as the loser of a bet she has to sing. Gabi ends her relationship with Ricardo due to the childhood abuse she suffered. Annie suspects that Bette and Eddie are more than just friends.
Wednesday, 13 May 2009 Episode 330 Following Sean's revelation about Gregory, Cole opens the Chinese puzzle box and finds an old love letter from Olivia and a baby's death certificate. He also finds a hidden compartment in the box with a secret letter addressed to the police.
Joan and Sara let Meg and Derek know that Tim's cast is coming off. Joan overhears Sara telling someone no one suspects a thing over the telephone. Annie plans backfires when Bette tricks her into drinking the truth serum and questions her.
Thursday, 14 May 2009 Episode 331 Gabi helps Cole steal a police file. Vanessa is determined to leave town straight away. Ben tries unsuccessfully to attract Meg and Sara's attention in the warehouse. Bette tells Annie that she knows what she is up to. Derek confronts Eddie.
Monday, 18 May 2009 Episode 332 Derek kills Eddie and takes the pictures before leaving. Sara and Meg come close to discovering Ben at the warehouse. Cole reads the police file he stole on Gregory.
Gabi is determined to get over her past. Olivia decides to jump overboard whilst on a cruise. Derek stops Sara and Meg from discovering Ben and later tells Ben that he has killed Eddie.
Tuesday, 19 May 2009 Episode 333 Cole discusses with Caitlin what he read in the police file. Bette hears the tape about what Annie has been up to and decides to sever all ties to her. A man stops Olivia from jumping. Gregory comforts an upset Annie.
Wednesday, 20 May 2009 Episode 334 The man who stopped Olivia from jumping encourages her to discover what really happened to her baby. Olivia realises that the man is a face from her past. Michael finds Vanessa's goodbye letter and rushes to the airport to stop her from leaving.
Thursday, 21 May 2009 Episode 335 Olivia recognizes the mans who saved her as AJ Deschannel. Meg comes close to discovering a picture of Ben and Derek together. Tyus stops Vanessa from leaving town and gives her a place to hide out at his apartment.
Monday, 25 May 2009 Episode 336 Cole decides to find out more about his father's past crimes. Olivia agrees not tell anybody that she has seen AJ until he has had a chance to speak to Cole. Annie is taunted by her father in a vision.
Tuesday, 26 May 2009 Episode 337 Cole meets his father for the first time. Olivia catches Gregory in bed with Annie. Sara finds the picture of Ben and Derek together and realises that Ben has a twin brother. Bette discovers Eddie's body.
Wednesday, 27 May 2009 Episode 338 Cole discusses the past with his father. AJ explains that he never knew Elaine was pregnant when he left. Olivia argues with Annie. AJ vows to make sure that Cole is in his life.
Bette gives Ricardo the letter Derek switched from Eddie. Ben realises that he has a psychic link to his brother and that he can use it for his benefit.
Thursday, 28 May 2009 Episode 339 Tyus wants Vanessa to stay at his apartment so that he can find a cure for her there rather than at the hospital. Derek and Meg make love but it feels odd for Meg. The press don't believe Sara when she says that she never slept with Congressman Blythe.
