Dear I Want To Sing Gospel fanatics, unfortunately I could not do last night's recap for personal reasons and I sincerely apologise. Anyone who watched is welcomed to shed some light about what transpired in last night's episode.

From what I read kufacebook, Nqobile with his gold/silver tooth and the tswining girl Nonsikelelo  were sent packing....finally sanity prevailed as this was long overdue. So bloggers....what happened in last night's episode and who stood out above the rest?

Carino pls recap, am dying to comment. Unfortunately I am one of those no so good people in sharing. Abt Thabo's pants, last week I thought the pants were small but clearly there's more to this than what we see #hiding#

Kwaaaaa @ Nqobile being confused by the big lights. There was something very wrong about the way he sang this week...and he finished the song in real tent style, like he's Ps Ralekgolela's band. He also can't harmonize with the instruments coz he sings in that one keyboard style.

Check this out ...Lindelani's been appointed as executive producer at Universal Music -  just seen it on Media Update:

Lindelani Mkhize makes a come back to the record industry with his appointment as executive director at Universal Music South Africa; a post he assumed on 1 September.

fter being out of the formal recording industry for 10 years; Mkhize’s main task is to develop and further expand Universal’s A&R portfolio, specifically for the South African and Sub-Saharan Africa markets. He says: ‘Africa is fast becoming one big city; the gap is closing in fast so not only do I look forward to unearthing talent across the continent, I’m also excited about prospects of igniting a fusion of music that will appeal to us all as Africans, these are exciting times”.

About joining Universal Music and the impact he hopes to make, Mkhize adds: “Firstly, I want to go back to allowing artists to create the music and ensure that the record company will create the brand. Also, at the end of the day it’s all about market share so I intend to increase Universal’s footprint in South Africa and Africa.”

Mkhize added that he was thrilled to be appointed at a time when the South African music landscape is a colourful assortment of genres filled with great opportunities and true potential for artists to make their mark in international territories.

Harry Voerman, Universal Music Managing Director says; ‘Lindelani’s appointment will further rejuvenate our strategy of strengthening the core of our business - A&R. In addition, he will assist me in all aspects of our business as we continue to transform and reshape our company to reflect the dynamic and challenging environment in which we operate. Since we last worked together at PolyGram many years ago, Lindelani has gone on to achieve enormous success as an entrepreneur. I am thrilled that he has decided to bring his experience, knowledge and creative spirit into our company. ‘
