Following on from season two, the series continues to follow the characters' lives in the wealty community of Newport Beach, Orange County, California, with the main characters entering their final year of high school.

New episodes air weekly at the same time.


As the new season kicks off, Nate, a reformed alcoholic, tries and fails to restart his insurance career and become a law-abiding citizen, but becomes embroiled in the attempted murder of a bank whistleblower and his daughter.

Reluctantly agreeing to reassemble his team of career criminals for a final con, they set out once again to bring to justice those operating above the law, while managing to have a lot of illegal fun in the process.

Soon the team is back in full swing with a raft of further cons including staging the outbreak of a deadly virus at a hospital, exposing a heartless tabloid newscaster and taking down an unscrupulous diamond merchant.

The Amazing Race Asia 2 (on Sundays at 19h45) reaches the series finale at the end of the month, with a showdown that takes place in Cape Town.

The penultimate episode is on Sunday, 28 March and sees the remaining four teams jet in to the Mother City from Hungary.

They need to race to the summit of Signal Hill to retrieve their next clue, complete laps at the Killarney Motor Racing Circuit and do some DIY at the Intyatyambo Community Centre in Khayelitsha, before finishing up in the cheetah enclosure at the Aquila Park game reserve.

Then, in the finale on Sunday 4 April, the top three teams head to the District Six Museum in search of a password, to the V&A Waterfront craft market to assemble a wire radio and to the main venue of the 2010 FIFA World Cup in Greenpoint, where they attempt to score three goals.

Their final clue sends them to the top of Cape Point where they are given the last destination on their 50,000 km journey.
