Wednesday, 1 October 2008 Episode 779 Palesa struggles to understand why Maletsatsi refuses to deal with her past. Nhlanhla is worried that Mangi will be devastated that Lentswe got the first date with Keketso but it has just made him more aggressive in his pursuit.
Shakira's plan worked and Morongwe ends up in hospital again. Now all Shakira has to do is cover up her tracks.
Thursday, 2 October 2008 Episode 780Is Morongwe solely responsible for her suicide attempt? Or did she have a bad reaction to her medication that caused her to act irrationally? Mmadika and Eddie meet with a new source who is set to expose the inner workings of a notorious human trafficking/sex trading syndicate. Lentswe and Keketso come clean and tell Mangi and Nhlanhla that they're actually engaged. Mangi is totally gutted. Maletsatsi's horrified and humiliated to discover that Palesa has told Lefa about her sex-worker past. Alex tells Morongwe he wants full custody of the twins, but a wounded Morongwe vows to fight him till the bitter end.
Monday 6 October 2008Episode 781Maletsatsi's concerns are confirmed when it becomes clear that Lefa has issues with her past. Nadia comes into conflict with the rest of her Scandal team when she refuses to print compromising photos of a young starlet.
Mmadika is furious when Eddie insults her source for the human trafficking story, and drives her away. Palesa is appalled by Lefa's judgmental reaction to her mother's past, and walks out on him.
Tuesday 7 October 2008 Episode 782Lentswe unintentionally upsets Nhlanhla by revealing that Mangi plans to throw him a surprise birthday party. Eddie apologizes to Khanyi and secures her services as a source for Mmadika's articles.
Palesa and Lefa acknowledge that they've had their first real fight. Keketso hopes that, one day soon, Lefa will perform her marriage ceremony to Lentswe. Eddie offends Maletsatsi by asking her questions about her illicit past.
Wednesday 8 October 2008Episode 783 Things are going well for Maletsatsi until she meets someone from her long-forgotten days as a prostitute. Lentswe keeps finding an excuse to delay his wedding to Keketso, and Nhlanhla is starting to get suspicious. Shakira goes behind Nadia's back and tells Daniel about the scandalous pictures of Faith September.
Thursday 9 October 2008 Episode 784A concerned Mmadika is intent on finding out more about this "Sunny" person who Khanyi ran into at reception. Nhlanhla is increasingly convinced that Lentswe has cold feet when it comes to marrying Keketso, and Mangi couldn't be happier.
Eddie confesses to Mmadika that Sunny and Maletsatsi is the same person. Daniel and Nadia argue over the legal and moral rights to publish potentially damaging photos of an underage celebrity. Maletsatsi admits to Eddie and Palesa that she knows both Khanyi and Bishop from her past.
Monday 13 October 2008Episode 785Maletsatsi is determined to keep her past secret, but it's fast catching up with her. Nhlanhla's intervention gets Keketso and Lentswe to set a wedding date. But is it a solution to their problem or proof of their love? The decision to publish the photographs of Faith September is splitting the staff of Scandal!, but it's Nadia who has to make the call - or is it?
Tuesday 14 October 2008 Episode 786 Maletsatsi lies to her family in order to secretly meet with Khanyi; but Palesa finds out and is surprised and confused by her mother's duplicity. Lentswe is fighting a losing battle in trying to deny his growing attraction towards Nhlanhla.
Nadia continues to struggle with her conscience regarding whether to publish the photos of Faith September or not. Khanyi rejects Maletsatsi's attempt to get her to change her life.
Wednesday 15 October 2008 Episode 787Lentswe's put on the spot when he's asked how he feels about homosexuality, and he doesn't respond well under pressure. After receiving a warning letter for disregarding Daniel and Morongwe's instructions, Nadia asks for some time off work. Maletsatsi comes across Khanyi meeting with Palesa and she warns Khanyi to stay away from her daughter.
Thursday 16 October 2008 Episode 788 The notorious Bishop finds out that somebody's been talking to the press about him, and discovers it was Khanyi. Shaken by continued presence of Khanyi, and unwilling to talk to either Eddie or Palesa about it, Maletsatsi seeks out Lefa for some spiritual guidance.
Lentswe takes Nhlanhla to task for allowing people to tease him about being gay, and then the two of them bond while attending the opera. Nadia announces that she's taking two months off work, and that Shakira will be acting editor of Scandal! in her absence.
Monday 20 October 2008Episode 789The mystery over Khanyi's disappearance intensifies; and Bishop shows his ruthless and paranoid colours. Nhlanhla is able to persuade Lentswe to accept things Keketso's way, but is this enough to actually get Lentswe to walk down the aisle? Nadia faces leaving Scandal and Daniel; and finds that the feelings she has for both aren't enough to make her change her mind.
Tuesday 21 October 2008Episode 790 Eddie and Mmadika call the police to help them track down the missing Khanyi. It's Nhlanhla's birthday and Lentswe reveals the secret he's been hiding for so long. Daniel persuades Christy to help him decorate his new house. Maletsatsi receives a phone call from Khanyi, but is shocked to hear Bishop's voice on the other side of the line.
Wednesday 22 October 2008 Episode 791Maletsatsi receives a parcel from the notorious Bishop, but doesn't tell her family what the strange object found inside really symbolizes. Nhlanhla and Lentswe's relationship reaches boiling point when Lentswe insults Nhlanhla by calling him a degrading name. Christy agrees to move into Daniel's new house, but Tino's not very happy about it.
Thursday 23 October 2008 Episode 792Mangi turns down Daniel's invitation to move into the new house. Lentswe almost punches Nhlanhla when Nhlanhla urges Lentswe to come out of the closet and accept that he's gay. Maletsatsi sets off on a dangerous quest to save Khanyi from Bishop's clutches.
Monday 27 October 2008Episode 793Maletsatsi enters Bishop's lair to face the demons of her past and to try save Khanyi and her baby. Eddie rushes to help Maletsatsi and instructs Palesa and Lefa to stay at the flat. Khanyi confesses to Bishop that she's the one who fed information about him to the press, not Maletsatsi.
Palesa accuses a stung Lefa of exercising bad judgement when it comes to her mother. The police converge on Bishop's spot and Maletsatsi and Khanyi manage to escape Bishop's clutches, unharmed, but, when the cops rush in, Bishop is nowhere to be found...
Tuesday 28 October 2008 Episode 794Bishop's still on the loose and Eddie's determined to arrange police protection for Maletsatsi, to ensure her safety. Lentswe angrily confronts Nhlanhla for spreading rumours about him.
Mangi and Daniel's ego's won't allow either of them to back down. The result is, Mangi refuses to move in with his father, and Daniel refuses to beg him. Bishop has his eye on unsuspecting Eddie and Mmadika as they leave work.
Wednesday 29 October 2008 Episode 795Mangi's disagreement with Daniel spills over into Christy's life. Maletsatsi refuses police protection and insists on leading a normal life, even though Bishop is still on the loose. Lentswe's attraction to Nhlanhla keeps growing, and Keketso has no idea what's going on. Maletsatsi receives a surprising visitor at the flat ...
Thursday 30 October 2008 Episode 796Bishop suddenly arrives on Maletsatsi's doorstep, but will she be saved from his clutches? Nhlanhla tells Keketso that Lentswe is gay, but she doesn't believe him and accuses him of trying to cause trouble.
Christy encourages Daniel to try his hardest to mend his relationship with Mangi, and Mangi agrees to think about moving into the new house. Cairo drops a bombshell on Eddie it's highly possible that Bishop could be Palesa's father…
