Monday 2 February 2009Episode 849 A confident Daniel gives Cairo permission to search his house for any clues related to Leticia's disappearance. Shakira realizes she's overstepped the mark by not telling Tino about her expose of Erin Davids.
Daniel just about manages to convince Alex that he had nothing to do with the disappearance of both Leticia and Phillips. The relationship between Nhlanhla and Lentswe is on the verge of moving to a new level.
Tuesday 3 February 2009Episode 850 Daniel finally gets what he wants when Cairo pays him a surprise visit. Tino has asked Erin out on a date, but Shakira finds out and plots to disrupt it.
It turns out Nhlanhla and Lentswe consummated their relationship the previous night, but Lentswe isn't too happy about it. Neither is Keke. Daniel forces his lawyer to divulge the contents of Leticia's will.
Wednesday 4 February 2009Episode 851Nhlanhla receives notification he's been awarded a scholarship to study drama at New York University. The allegations regarding Erin hits the papers and she pleads her innocence. A conflicted Tino isn't sure what to believe.
If Daniel has his way, Alex's future may very well change for the better. Nhlanhla doesn't have the courage to tell Lentswe about the scholarship and Lentswe lacks the courage to reveal he doesn't want a relationship.
Thursday 5 February 2009Episode 852 Erin continues to sleep over at Tino's apartment in an effort to avoid the paparazzi. Mmadika accuses Shakira of stealing her research. Nhlanhla tells Lentswe about his NYU scholarship, and Lentswe doesn't reveal he'd intended to end their relationship anyway.
Daniel presses Morongwe for her support of his merger proposal, aware that Mo's vote would sound a death knell for Abigail and Tino.
Monday 9 February 2009Episode 853 Daniel is furious at the invasion of the press to get to Erin, and orders Tino to do something about it. It's Nhlanhla's last day at NZH and he says an emotional good-bye to all his friends.
The sexual attraction between Tino and Erin continues to grow. Abigail is devastated when Morongwe votes in support of Daniel's proposal.
Tuesday 10 February 2009Episode 854 When Erin learns Tino and Shakira are half-siblings, she feels betrayed and gives a frustrated Tino a hard time about it. Abigail puts more pressure on Shakira to find proof that Daniel's responsible for Leticia's mysterious disappearance.
Lefa is set to be ordained as a pastor, and the reality of being a pastor's wife is beginning to hit home for Palesa. Tino challenges Erin to admit she's attracted to him, but she's too stubborn to verbalise it. Shakira comes up empty-handed, so Abigail starts formulating another plan to destroy Daniel.
Wednesday 11 February 2009Episode 855Abigail confronts Morongwe about her betrayal and insists she will never trust Morongwe again. Erin finally leaves Tino's penthouse and has to beat a hasty retreat out of the NZH building with the aid of her mother's personal bodyguards.
Palesa and Constance have different views on how best to perform the role of being a pastor's wife. Shakira realises Abigail plans to wreak her revenge on Daniel by harming Mangi in some way.
Thursday 12 February 2009Episode 856 Daniel's plans to develop NZH are in motion, but Abigail's plotting to bring him down. Alex has finished his investigation into Erin's situation and he's got bad news for Tino.
Palesa's doing her best to prove she can handle her duties as a pastor's wife, but Lefa cautions her not to try and take on too much too soon. Shakira is torn between her conscience and her loyalty to Abigail.
Monday 16 February 2009Episode 857 Shakira is frightened when a dangerous associate of Abigail appears at NZH, disguised as a cleaner, and befriends Mangi. Constance doesn't approve of the fact that Palesa is friends with Keke - a girl who runs a bar.
Alex's suspicion that Abigail's plotting something causes him to warn Daniel. A shocked Maletsatsi has gotten into debt. She puts Palesa in an awkward position by asking her for money.
Tuesday 17 February 2009Episode 858 Maletsatsi feels as though there's nowhere to run and nowhere to hide in her efforts to keep the truth about her financial predicament from Eddie. Abigail's shady associate threatens to harm Shakira if she doesn't tone down her behaviour around Mangi and let him do his job.
Keke confronts Palesa about allowing Constance to dictate to her, and Palesa feels increasingly strained by her duties as a new pastor's wife. Abigail lets her thug in on the first part of her plan.
Wednesday 18 February 2009Episode 859 Eddie finds the invoice for the furniture and confronts Maletsatsi. She lies to him again about how much they really owe. Maletsatsi also lies to the furniture store manager, claiming she has paid the account in full via the Internet. Shakira's devastated to discover the scary character is terrorizing her with the full knowledge of Abigail.
A supportive Keke urges Palesa to make time for herself over and above all the chores she's fulfilling to please Lefa and her mother-in-law. The brute hooligan is about to implement "phase two" of Abigail's plan to exact her revenge against Daniel: Mangi will be abducted.
Thursday 19 February 2009Episode 860 The application to oppose the merger isn't thrown out of court and Daniel braces himself for a legal battle with the Martins. The new furniture is repossessed, but Maletsatsi's still telling lies to a confused Eddie.
Palesa's feeling increasingly pressured by Lefa and his parents and grows tired of feeling like she can't put a foot wrong for fear of disappointing them. Abigail shifts gears and moves into the next phase of her plan to get revenge on Daniel through Mangi.
Monday 23 February 2009Episode 861 Daniel's devastated when a traumatized Keke tells him Mangi has been kidnapped. Lefa has to start his fast over again, after Palesa broke the 'rules' by drinking with Keke. But all these 'rules' are getting in the way of their relationship.
Maletsatsi's finally forced to confess to Eddie that she lied about the amount outstanding on the new furniture. Mangi wakes up and finds himself captive and in terrible danger.
Tuesday 24 February 2009Episode 862Alex pleads with Daniel to bring in the police to help find Mangi. Eddie's still angry with Maletsatsi for lying to him about the cost of the new furniture. Lefa doesn't understand why Palesa feels isolated and lonely during his fasting.
Abigail is pleased Keke cannot identify Mangi's kidnapper. Her plan is working beautifully. Abigail's current partner in crime continues to inject Mangi with heroin, refusing to explain why. A desperate Mangi begs to be set free, but his pleas are all in vain.
Wednesday 25 February 2009Episode 863 Mangi tries to escape his captors, with disastrous consequences. Eddie decides to help Maletsatsi, but she's still not happy. Constance puts even more pressure on Palesa to act the way a pastor's wife should, but Keke urges her friend to stand up for herself. Daniel's worry for his son forces him to behave rashly.
Thursday 26 February 2009Episode 864 Daniel causes trouble for Abigail when he tells Tino he believes Abigail's involved in Mangi's kidnapping. When Nadia confides in Mmadika about the abduction, Mmadika's shocked that Daniel refuses to involve the police in the investigation.
Although Lefa finally stands up for Palesa in front of Constance, there's still major tension between the young couple. Maletsatsi comes to an important realisation about her financial troubles.
