Yo Trip takes kids to places in South Africa where they've never been by allowing viewers to decide the route of the trip. The first destination chosen is always obscure and the crew spends a week on location, reporting back via live links to the studio. Each week viewers will be given three possible routes/destinations for the next leg of the trip and vote for where they want to go. The route with the most votes is announced at the end of the show and the team head off to it the next week.
