In the hood, the boys learn the truth about Stone's association with developer Johnny.
Friday 3 September 2010Episode 825Lu's day goes from bad to worse: the press lap up Sunay's version of the MIAs event and then a fuming Franco demands a meeting with the two stars.
Japhta puts Stone in an awkward position of having no choice but to reveal his sexuality to Johnny. Boboza is snatched from Miles. Thembi breaks S'bu's heart.
Monday 6 September 2010Episode 826 After Lucas leaves for KZN due to a family emergency, Thembi immediately seeks S'bu.
The community gathers to find out which company has won the housing project tender. Here's a clue: Johnny pays Sydney - head of the tender board - the second half of a bribe.
Under Franco's strict instructions, Lu and Sunay continue to pretend to be new BFF for the benefit of the press.
Tuesday 7 September 2010Episode 827 Thembi has a sudden, terrifying attack of guilt after sleeping with S'bu. Stone is the main man in the community and Fats has dollar signs in his eyes. Franco, irritated by the apparent truce between Sunay and Lu, does his best to fan the flames.
A completely unexpected event halts proceedings during Hustle's press conference to announce Boboza's signing.
Wednesday 8 September 2010Episode 828 After Boboza's arrest for theft, S'bu is left to do major damage control and once again turns to Franco. S'bu comes clean to Gail about sleeping with Thembi.
Stone is determined not to dish out favours to everyone who wants a piece of the project pie. There's drama when Sunay comes on to Miles during rehearsals for the music video shoot of No More!
Thursday 9 September 2010Episode 829 Fats talks Stone into hiring him as his personal assistant. Sunay, accused of stealing a designer dress, thinks Lu has set her up. When a guilty Thembi wants to tell Lucas about S'bu, Gail steers her away.
Boboza is released on bail. Sydney and Johnny conspire, and we discover the real reason Stone has been hired.
Friday 10 September 2010Episode 830Things come to a head between Lu and Sunay. When Ivan evicts him from his flat, Boboza arrives to spend the night at S'bu's flat. The rapper also decides to dedicate his first Hustle album to dissing his former producer.
Thembi, feeling increasing guilt about her growing feelings for S'bu, convinces Lucas it's time to return to KZN.
Monday 13 September 2010Episode 831 Boboza wants to stay with S'bu. Thembi is intent on proving to S'bu (and herself) that she remains committed to Lucas. Japhta approaches Fats for a job on the Extension 9 project but is turned away.
There are ulterior motives for Johnny bringing his former mates on board to help Stone. Lu tries to help Sunay out of a tight spot with a reporter.
Tuesday 14 September 2010 Episode 832Sunay accuses Lu of sabotaging her interview. Her rival responds by offering help. S'bu begs Ivan to drop the charges against Boboza if all equipment is returned, laptop excluded.
Lucas tells S'bu he respects his friendship with Thembi and suggests they drop the tension. Kop is wounded that his son offered Fats a job but not his out of work dad.
Wednesday 15 September 2010Episode 833Mamokete finally confronts Stone about hiring his dad. Fats hires Japhta with a small kickback for himself. Lu sorts out the mess between Sunay and her designer, with the starlet pledging undying gratitude.
When Gail finds out Thembi and S'bu have slept together again, she completely loses it. Boboza refuses resolutely to part with his laptop and starts to put increasing pressure on S'bu for material possessions, as befitting his celeb status.
Thursday 16 September 2010Episode 834 After Lucas's return from Hammanskraal, he senses trouble and asks Thembi direct if anything has happened between her and S'bu. S'bu approaches Franco to borrow money to pay for a fancy car for Boboza.
Mpumi and Puleng approach Fats about a catering concession. What happens next leads to Stone firing his childhood friend. Lu is dismayed to discover Sunay has bad-mouthed her and Miles in a newspaper.
Friday 17 September 2010Episode 835 Stone, already under pressure at home and in the community to produce the goods, uncovers evidence of wrong doing in the construction project. Lucas has a man-to-man chat with S'bu.
Suffocate and Fats decide to go on a road trip together to visit the former's foster son, Pule.
Monday 20 September 2010Episode 836 Boboza reveals he suffers from a pathological fear. Gail sees S'bu and his new love in an intimate moment. Stone learns Johnny plans to ignore the vital Environmental Impact Assessment report.
We learn that Sydney won't wait much longer before dealing with Stone's protests. Fats and Suffocate head for Founders' Day at Pule's KZN boarding school.
Tuesday 21 September 2010Episode 837After finding out about Thembi's infidelity, Lucas walks out. Thembi accuses S'bu of deliberately sabotaging her relationship.
Suffocate, who feels visiting Pule has been a waste of time, wants to return home ASAP. Thembi confronts Gail and Lucas confronts S'bu.
Wednesday 22 September 2010Episode 838S'bu confesses to Thembi how he feels about her - and then receives a slap in the face. Stone is faced with a hard choice: to betray his principles or allow the entire Extension 9 project to collapse. Close to the village where Suffocate's uncle lives, Fats insists they pay him a visit.
Thursday 23 September 2010Episode 839Suffocate is grumpy about having agreed to stay until his Uncle's birthday celebrations next week. Stone hands a bribe to a municipal official.
Before they depart for KZN, S'bu offers his congratulations to the newly engaged couple. Later that night … knock, knock, who's there?
Friday 24 September 2010 (Heritage Day)Episode 840S'bu is ecstatic that Thembi has returned to him. Stone is once again a hero in the hood when he announces to the community that the project goes ahead. Johnny and Sydney are satisfied now that Stone is implicated in corruption.
Suffo, Fats, and Uncle Mangaliso visit the Canopy Tours site. Hyperventilating Boboza collapses.
Monday 27 September 2010Episode 841It's VIP groundbreaking day for Stone and his project. We discover Johnny and Sydney have their reasons for setting him up as the public face of the building venture - and improving his lifestyle. Suffo, Fats, and Uncle go Bungee Jumping.
Tuesday 28 September 2010Episode 842 Boboza shows symptoms of another panic attack. Thembi has terms and conditions for her relationship with S'bu. Kop approaches Johnny about a job on the project. Suffo, Fats, and Uncle go quad biking.
Wednesday 29 September 2010Episode 843 Franco confronts S'bu about Boboza. Stone is shocked to hear about his dad's sudden appointment as transport manager of the project. Ivan threatens S'bu with a court interdict to prevent the rapper's new album release. Suffo meets his relatives.
Thursday 30 September 2010Episode 844 Stone is forced to tell his dad that he doesn't actually have a job. Her girls warn Tshidi she should pay more attention to her relationship with Dylan. Boboza, with bodyguard, moves into Franco Genaro's luxury home.
