Thursday 1 April 2010Episode 714 It's a fight to the death between Suffocate and Ding-Dong. An excited Miles breaks the news to a bewildered S'bu that there is going to be a new Vilakazi kid on the block.
In the dead of night there's a loud banging on the Khuses' door. It's Puleng. Her baby is very sick. Can Kop please rush them to the clinic?
Friday 2 April 2010 (Good Friday)Episode 715 Puleng's baby, Matric, has been diagnosed with diabetes. At David's memorial service, Miles revels in his triumph over his dead rival, and Lu is asked awkward questions. Suffocate gets very welcome news from the police.
Monday 5 April 2010 (Easter Monday/Family Day)Episode 716 The doctor declares Lu needs a Caesarian section. Tshinawa reveals Nkhensani is in fact alive, but warns Suffocate that his relationship with Ivan's daughter is over.
Puleng can't afford the specialised diet her toddler needs, she isn't earning money while The Kilowatt is closed, and she refuses to ask the father of the child, her ex-maths teacher, for help.
Tuesday 6 April 2010Episode 717 Tensions run high in the Vilakazi house as insecure S'bu and Naomi struggle to come to terms with the new arrival. Miles, however, is on Cloud Nine with the birth of his second son, and the possibility of buying back Redemption.
Suffocate's heart is broken when Nkhensani informs him she's going away. Mpumi decides to help sort Puleng's financial struggle.
Wednesday 7 April 2010Episode 718Lu and baby arrive at the Vilakazi home. Nkhensani gets Ivan to agree to stop dealing drugs. Suffocate decides it's time to finally reopen the club and get things back to normal.
When Mpumi decides to bring a constable to the yard to get things rolling in terms of child maintenance, Puleng is not happy at all.
Thursday 8 April 2010Episode 719 In a desperate attempt to win Miles' affections back, Naomi suggests they have a baby of their own. Connie has a nagging feeling Naomi may not be what she appears to be.
Miles is informed a mystery buyer has placed a huge bid for Redemption. Mpumi and Tshidi try to help a struggling Puleng by contacting Kotsi Masemola.
Friday 9 April 2010Episode 720 Mysterious scratches are found on Lu's baby. After Fats calls Mpumi on her reckless spending while unemployed, she makes some attempts to find a job. Tichere Masemola pays Puleng a visit.
The mystery bidder for Redemption Records is revealed to Miles. Lu and baby leave the Vilakazi home to Miles' misery and Naomi and S'bu's silent gratification.
Monday 12 April 2010Episode 721 During drinks with her ex-lover, Puleng agrees to let Kotsi Masemola meet his daughter. Nurse Constance manages to talk her way into a job looking after Lu's baby.
Zondi and Tshidi reconcile, and he mentions he's still looking for an adequate replacement for her. Miles comes up with a brilliant idea to regain Redemption.
Tuesday 13 April 2010Episode 722 Miles proposes to Ivan Tshinawa that he trade him his shares in Hustle in return for a stake of Redemption Records. Naomi shares her concerns around Lu's growing influence over Miles with S'bu.
Mpumi's financial situation worsens. With his 30th birthday around the corner, Fats makes a life-changing vow. Puleng introduces Kotsi Masemola to Matric for the first time.
Wednesday 14 April 2010Episode 723 Miles is having a romantic dinner with Naomi when he receives a call for help from Lu. Fats works on developing an exercise programme he believes will earn him a fortune. Mamokete gives him excellent marketing advice.
Tshidi tells a distracted Fats to give Mpumi an important message about a possible job. Puleng tells a surprised Tshidi that Kotsi seems to have changed his spots.
Thursday 15 April 2010Episode 724 Naomi feels left out and starts thinking irrationally due to the focus on Miles and Lu's sick baby. Mpumi lashes out at Fats for being too focused on his latest scheme.
Lu and Miles give the baby a new name and Tshinawa has news for Miles. Puleng's mom is livid when she finds out her daughter has been seeing Teacher Masemola behind her back.
Friday 16 April 2010Episode 725 Our new goal-orientated Fats turns 30 - and he's more interested in his new invention, the Fatsicisor, than his surprise party. Miles and Lu hold vigil at the hospital.
When an exhausted Lu can't handle all the supportive visitors, Miles asks them to leave which reinforces Naomi and S'bu's feelings of exclusion.
Monday 19 April 2010Episode 726 The baby is out of danger and Naomi finds out it has been renamed Buhle. She then comes up with an alternative surveillance plan when Nurse Constance lets her down.
Miles tells S'bu and Gail he has bought Redemption back. Mpumi decides she must try and be a better girlfriend to Fats. Her job interview with Zondi goes badly. Puleng defends Kotsi Masemola when her mother confronts him.
Tuesday 20 April 2010Episode 727 S'bu reels at the news of Miles having taken over Redemption Records. Fats, hell bent on world domination, realises the way forward with the Fatsicisor is through video.
Thula points out he might need a slightly fitter looking model than himself. Tshidi suggests she try again with Zondi when Mpumi spins a tale of lies about the disastrous job interview. Naomi is wrathful when she finds out Miles will publicly acknowledge the child as his own.
Wednesday 21 April 2010Episode 728 S'bu, upon learning Miles has swapped his shareholding in Hustle for the shares in Redemption, accuses his dad of the ultimate betrayal. S'bu and Naomi's mutual hurt over Miles propels them into having sex.
A determined Mpumi tries to force Zondi to accept her as his new office assistant. Puleng asks Mamokete whether a "friend" of hers can rent their back room.
Thursday 22 April 2010Episode 729 Miles' latest business move has caused a major rift in the Vilakazi home: S'bu refuses to allow Hustle to be absorbed into Redemption and jealous Naomi takes measures to ensure she is able to monitor Miles and Lu's every move.
Fats decides to take his Hula Fatsicisors to the next level by making a DVD. Mamokete warns Puleng about Masemola's motives, but she won't believe her.
Friday 23 April 2010Episode 730 Naomi attempts a truce between father and son while desperately trying to ensure S'bu keeps a lid on their indiscretion. As Fats gets closer to shooting his video, he discovers his costs are spinning out of control.
Mpumi continues to show up to work despite Zondi's increasing frustration because he hasn't actually hired her. When Puleng comes to see how Kotsi is settling into the back room, one thing leads to another.
Monday 26 April 2010Episode 731 Mpumi is appalled to find out Fats has lied to her about his financial status. Kotsi Masemola makes another play for Puleng's cash. Miles holds his first staff meeting as the new CEO of Redemption.
He later shares a celebratory drink with Lu and they wind up kissing. An enraged Naomi witnesses it via the hidden camera. Blinded by outrage and betrayal, she turns to S'bu.
Gail is stunned at the sight that greets her upstairs.
Tuesday 27 April 2010 (Freedom Day)Episode 732 Tshidi decides to take up Puleng's offer to help find her a boyfriend. Connie announces she's going back to Mafikeng. Miles struggles with a guilty conscience over his kiss with Lu while Naomi pretends not to know about it.
She and S'bu are more preoccupied with keeping an agonised Gail from revealing what she saw to Miles.
Wednesday 28 April 2010Episode 733 Gail tells S'bu she saw him and Naomi and that she's had enough and wants out. Naomi and S'bu are desperate that she doesn't spill the beans to Miles.
Fats realises he's haemorrhaging money due to his new project and the launch. Mpumi discusses her salary with Zondi. Tshidi feels left out when she accompanies Kotsi and Puleng to The Kilowatt.
Thursday 29 April 2010Episode 734 Miles and Lu are deeply aware of the electricity between them - while Naomi watches via the webcam link. Mpumi owes the Mashonisa money - then Zondi lends her a couple of hundred Rand to tide her over.
He knows she'll pay him back in some way, he jokes. No sooner has Tshidi bemoaned the fact that she can't seem to find a man who finds her attractive…then she does.
Friday 30 April 2010Episode 735 Scheming Naomi first intercepts upset and confused Miles before he has a heart-to-heart with Gail about her desire to leave…and then reveals to S'bu that Gail is still in love with him.
Jokey Zondi almost crosses the line with Mpumi. Fats is too busy to listen properly when Mpumi tries to tell him about her idea of singing at his DVD launch event. Naomi, furious that Miles has blocked her suggestion that she move with him to Redemption, makes a veiled threat to Lu.
