Countdown to the 2011 Metro FM Awards

The votes are in and the results have been revealed. Metro FM has announced the finalists for the 11th Metro FM Awards coming up on Saturday, 26 November.

They take place at the Mbombela Stadium in Nelspruit, Mpumalanga - as they did last year - and will be broadcast on SABC 1 on Friday, 9 December at 21h00.

Five nominees per category were announced in mid-October, the public voted and on Thursday (3 November) the station hosted an event at The Fairways Hotel to reveal the top three contenders in each category.

sobza, was thinking the same thing..re: Mi casa.. Shem Loliwe was promoted well. This gal has been to every radio station, every show on metro fm and nje her album selling 300K + copies is not a suprise!
