As you will have seen, SABC1, 2 and 3 changed to carry a feed of SABC News on Friday (6 December) to cover Madiba's death.
None of the soapies aired on any of the channels as a result. They'll be back this week with some changes and a double bill catch-up scheduled for tonight (9 December 2013).
Muvhango and 7de Laan
SABC2 will remain the SABC News channel up until Madiba's funeral on Sunday (15 December.)
This means that Muvhango and 7de Laan will move to SABC1 and SABC3 respectively until then.
Muvhango will air on SABC1 at 21h00 nightly and 7de Laan will air on SABC3 at 18h30 nightly.
Tonight SABC3 will air a double bill of 7de Laan to make up for Friday's episode so it'll start earlier. It'll air from 18h00 to 19h00, cutting the news short by half an hour.
It won't be airing on Wednesday (11 December) because of the cricket broadcast on SABC3. It'll be back on SABC3 on Thursday for a double bill, starting at 18h00 - to make up for the cricket interruption.
One episode airs on Friday at 18h30.
Isidingo
Isidingo will remain on SABC3 in it's usual timeslot at 19h30. A double episode will air tonight from 19h30 to 20h30 to make up for Friday.
There won't be an episode on Wednesday (11 December) because of the cricket broadcast on SABC3. There will be another double bill on Thursday from 19h30 to make up for it.
One episode will air on Friday in the usual timeslot.
Generations
Generations remains on SABC1 at 20h00, with a double episode tonight from 20h00 to 21h00 to make up for Friday.
Because of the catch-up episodes, the
teasers for the rest of the month remain the same as they were previously.
Bold and the Beautiful
Bold won't be airing for the full week. It's being replaced by various Madiba tribute shows and the cricket on Wednesday. We'll keep you posted on what's happening with it and update the teasers accordingly.
