In the mood to cringe yourself to death/get hysterical/cheer and generally give your take on the auditions for SA's Got Talent?
If so, the final leg of the reality search auditions move to Cape Town next week and the show has put out a call to Capetonians to join in as part of the audience.
Hosts
Anele Mdoda and
Rob van Vuuren will be in the thick of the action, the judges will be spooning their buzzers and all Cape Town contestants will show off whether or not they have the talent to move to the next phase of the competition.
The auditions are happening at the Cape Town Convention Centre (Auditorium 1), next Monday and Tuesday, 10 and 11 August 2009.
Filming starts at 08h00 and runs until 18h00. Two shows are recorded each day and there is an hour lunch break in between recordings.
The morning session runs from 08h00 until 12h00, and the afternoon session runs from 13h00 until 18h00.
If you'd like tickets, you can drop an e-mail to:
Michael@hammerlive.com, with the day you're keen on going and the number of seats you'd like to get.
Our fast-tips on things to remember if you go:
Your voice: it's very important to be vocal during the action - helpful when you're going out of your mind and can't believe what you're seeing.
Your tearducts: there's bound to be a need for these somewhere along the line - either because someone's SO bad or SO good or because whoever's performing freaks you out.
Your boo: for Randall.
Your hands: to clap. (A strange thing to do, yet always important.)
Your partner-in-crime: to roll eyes.
Your talent: if you're a contestant. (please, we're begging!)
