Monday 1 December 2008 Episode 795Pheko cannot face his father with Meiki's pregnancy. Meme investigates what the workers are unhappy about. Thandaza gets excited when she hears Pheko's intention to breakup with Meiki. The elders argue about Lufuno's punishment. Thandaza cannot contain her joy about Pheko to Mapule.
Fikile says goodbye. Meiki shocks her mom with news that she and Pheko are ready to start a family. James goes after Fikile. Tshepo & Pheko argue about Meiki's pregnancy. Thandaza tries to call Pheko to no avail. James misses Fikile's flight and cannot propose to her as planned.
Tuesday 2 December 2008 Episode 796There is great deal of tension between Miriam and Tshepo over Meiki's pregnancy; they know they must call in the elders. James is devastated about Fikile's departure. Alilali inspires Meme to grab back her life. Qavile's history with Thandaza over Doobsie is raised.
A shocked Pelo & Mapule find out about Meiki's pregnancy. Meme is relishing her growing self-image and irritates Thandaza. Meiki has a huge fight with her mom. Workers believe that Qavile may have what it takes to be their union representative.
Thandaza sees Pheko but feels hurt by his non-committal attitude. Agnes for the first time in a very long time has the upper hand over Lufuno.
Wednesday 3 December 2008Episode 797Thandaza has a dream that takes her back to the time after she had just had Vusi when Edward was still alive. Mankosi tells Thandaza to stop living in the past. Tshepo is shattered by his latest fight with Pheko. Lufuno tries to mend fences with Agnes.
There is tension when Thandaza runs into Meiki. Thandaza suggests that they use Kukie as their liaison officer at the mill. Meiki seems to be completely out of touch with reality which alarms Pelo.
Susan is very put out when she hears Gizara and Phalandwa talk about the future heir of Thathe. Meme complains to Pheko about Thandaza's attitude. Qavile and Busi bond. Mushasha has a vision about Lufuno and Agnes.
Thursday 4 December 2008 Episode 798Qavile addresses the workers. Thandaza is furious that James missed his meeting with Fundudzi Holdings, and warns him. Ntate Kgotso, Ntate Motsumi and the town elders arrive at Tshepo's house to start discussions on the Pheko/Meiki pregnancy situatiuon. Susan reveals her insecurities to Agnes.
Tshepo is stressed. Pelo tells Lebo that he is worried about Meiki's mental state. Lebo remembers what Meiki told her that life wouldn't be worth living without Pheko. Francis brings an old deaf man Mr Mabandla to meet Qavile. Qavile promises him that a sign language interpreter will be brought into future meetings.
Tshepo wants to mend what is broken between him and Pheko.
Kukie is excited by her new job as the company representative at the Mill for the workers and with Qavile request for a sign language interpreter. Mapule wants to chew the fat with Thandaza about Meiki's pregnancy but Thandaza doesn't want to know about it.
Vho- Mukondeleli moans to Mushasha about Vho-Makhadzi not wanting to defend Lufuno. She loses it and he warns her not to pit the Mukwevhos against each other she'll only end up in the middle.
Monday 8 December 2008 Episode 799Vho-Makhadzi is going to the Sinthumele's to see the heir. Pheko calls Thandaza to tell her that he won't be in at work. Meiki feels sick and Pelo insists on taking her to see Dr Lefu. The Sejake's arrive.
Management meets with the workers at the Mill. The Sejakes confront the Mokoenas about Meiki's pregnancy. Pheko admits to impregnating Meiki. Mushasha tells Agnes that the decision she makes will decide her destiny.
Tuesday 9 December 2008 Episode 800Tshepo has a revealing dream. Qavile is asked to be shop steward. Meme strengthens her friendship with James. Meme reaches out to Pheko. Mapule & Lebo are concerned about the Meiki/Pheko relationship.
The elders decide to do a spiritual ritual to appease abaphanse about the Pheko/Meiki situation. Awelani campaigns for the shop steward position.
Wednesday 10 December 2008 Episode 801Tshepo makes it clear that after go-Phasa Pheko is on his own. A fight explodes between Pheko and Tshepo over Meiki. Qavile is angry to learn that Awelani spoke ill of her and convened a meeting without telling her. Tshepo tells Miriam his dream. He thinks the dream is telling him that Meiki and Pheko cannot be together but Miriam thinks the opposite.
Azwindini is caught between the elders regarding how to handle Lufuno's issue. Vho-Makhadzi can't find Lufuno. The elders have a sombre meeting, Lufuno has run away again. Meiki tells Lebo about the cleansing ceremony.
Thursday 11 December 2008 Episode 802Mankosi tells Thandaza that she's not the type of person who sits around and waits for things to happen. Azwindini & Thandaza chat about Funduzi Holdings. Tshepo wants to repair his relationship with Pheko, but Pheko isn't interested. Susan is concerned about Lufuno.
Miriam asks Mampho for advice about Tshepo. Gizara is keen to map out the life of the new heir. Qavile reprimands Awelani for creating divisions. Mampho suggests Tshepo should go to Ngaka. Tshepo and Miriam have a big argument because concerning Meiki.
Monday 15 December 2008 Episode 803Ntate Kgotso talks to Pheko about his attitude towards his father, after all he needs his father's blessing to do the ceremony. Thandaza has a chance meeting with Qavile in a busy Etwatwa when Qavile ends up at her table.
Qavile tells her that she's lost her spark, that she's been swallowed up by the Mukwevho's and that she needs a Doobsie in her life to challenge her. Miriam & Tshepo make-up after the fight. Bheki keeps phoning Agnes but she doesn't take his calls.
Meiki is busy picking out wedding dresses in a magazine. Pelo confronts her with the reality that Pheko hasn't even asked her to marry him. Meiki retorts that people thought their relationship was history last time but look they are back together again.
Mampho has a chat to a distraught Miriam and tells her that she can save this crisis in the family by pulling them all together.
Gizara announces the birth of the heir to the jubilant Elders as is custom.
Tuesday 16 December 2008 Episode 804Pheko regrets his disagreement with Tshepo. Kukie comes up with a plan to put the happy back into Thandaza's life. Azwindini tells Agnes to attend the shareholder's meeting. It's down to an election. Qavile versus Awelani. Humbulani is humbled by Azwindini's will to lead his people.
Susan is frustrated by everyone's excitement about the heir. Precious won't allow Meiki to see Thandaza. Pheko watches as Thandaza takes her first joyful dance step towards putting the happy back in her life. Azwindini is too busy and cannot spend time with Mulondo. This disappoints Susan.
Awelani calls another meeting without Qavile and she accuses some of the workers of being sell outs. She accuses Qavile of slowing down the process for change and the appointment of a new shop steward. She revs up the workers Unseen by her all this is witnessed by Kukie and Phyllis.
Kukie passes this information on to Qavile in a meeting where she offers to teach the workers the basic skills of sign language. Thandaza takes her first steps back into a life of joy when she spends some special time with Vusi.
Wednesday 18 December 2008 Episode 805Qavile is uncomfortable when James asks her to look after Busi. Meiki wants reassurance from Pheko. Thandaza learns that Meiki came looking for her. The people of Thathe are excited about the arrival of the heir and send presents to the house of the chief.
Awelani censures Qavile for bringing a child to the mill. Pheko & Tshepo reconcile. Meme gives Pheko advice. Pheko wants to share with Thandaza something. Susan confides in Agnes about her feelings towards Pfuluwani's child. Meiki questions Meiki's motherly support. Thandaza grabs hold of her destiny.
Thursday 19 December 2008 Episode 806Qavile asks for James' support for the disciplinary hearing she has to face. Susan lets Azwindini know that his son feels neglected. Qavile blasts Meme & Thandaza at the disciplinary meeting.
Pheko & Thandaza finally profess their undying love for each other.
Monday 22 December 2008 Episode 807 Mankosi is pleased to find that the veil of sadness has seemed to have lifted from Thandaza and she looks happy again. Qavile insists that the workers are given an assurance that they will be voting for a new shop steward without delay.
Pheko is miles away wondering why DR Lefu had such a strange look on his face when Pheko was talking to him about Meiki's pregnancy. Susan gets a call from Pfuluwani, she is horrified and can't engage with her at all.
Dr Lefu confronts Meiki about her lies about being pregnant. Pheko overhears. Qavile has a coffee with James and tells him that she's not happy about how she was treated by the Mukwevhos, regarding taking Busi to the Mill. She doesn't trust them.
Susan asks Vho-Makhadzi for her help as she feels Mulondo is being sidelined by all the attention the new heir is getting. Meme solicits Lebo's help in trying to locate Alilali Meiki tries to explain herself to Pheko but he's heard enough lies for a life time. They are finished.
Thandaza has a dream. She wakes and phones Azwindini. He asks her about the dream and tells her that Nethathe links her to Thathe. But he's not sure who the girl is. He suggests they meet when he comes to Johannesburg for the shareholders meeting.
Vho-makhadzi arrives and he asks he if they can't bring Pfuluwani and the new heir home ahead of time. Pheko comes to Thandaza they know they should be together.
Tuesday 23 December 2008Episode 808Miriam is worried about Tshepo's health and MM is on the paper. Qavile announces that the workers will be voting for a shop steward. Susan & Azwindini fight over their JHB trip, and they are told by vho-makhadzi that Pfuluwani will arrive soon.
Meiki stops Pheko from telling Miriam about what has happened. She insists on telling her mother herself. Meiki threatens Dr Lefu. Mapule has caught Fundudzi Holding - the dark horse.
Susan lets her emotions show. Thandaza promises Pheko that they will spend time together soon, Pheko doesn't tell her about the cleansing ceremony. Lufuno has left and isn't coming back.
Wednesday 24 December 2008 Episode 809Pelo is horrified to find out that Meiki isn't pregnant Pheko is interrupted when he tries to tell Miriam that Meiki isn't pregnant. Lebo and Mapule are equally as shocked to find out that Meiki isn't pregnant. Agnes still refuses to forgive Lufuno. Dr Lefu warns Pheko to go easy on Meiki, Pheko must continue pretending that he is in love with Meiki.
Azwindini is frustrated when he can't come up with a name for their heir. Thandaza finds out the whole story about Meiki & Pheko. Mampho discovers that Meiki isn't pregnant. Thandaza confronts Pheko about Meiki's pregnancy. Vho-makhadzi & Agnes try to bring Susan back to order by reminding her the type of family she married into.
Thursday 25 December 2008 Episode 810Mampho tells Tshepo that Meiki isn't pregnant. Kukie witnessed the argument between Pheko and Thandaza, she wants to know if Thandaza is ok? Pheko tells Miriam all he knows - it is over between him and Meiki because she lied about being pregnant.
Susan confides in Vho-Mukondeleli about her frustrations and Vho-Mukondeleli plays on Susan's fears. Humbulani has a strange encounter with an old man at MM parking, which sets a tone for the rest of the day. Susan feels sad and alone.
Azwindini feels a cold grip hold his heart. Pheko finds his father waiting for him and all hell breaks loose destroying the fragile peace between father and son. Tshepo & Agnes affirm their family bond. She has arrived the royal heir.
Monday 29 December 2008 Episode 811Tshepo tells the family that the cleansing ceremony is off. Meme is thrilled by Alilali's arrival. Tshepo tells Pheko that he feels like the Mokoenas are falling apart while the Mukwevhos seem to be going from strength to strength. Vho-Makhadzi wants to know why Alilali made such a surprise entrance at the board meeting.
Humbulani wants Thandaza to accompany her to Venda but Thandaza has other plans. Azwindini warns Susan not to spoil Pfuluwani's return. Qavile is voted in as the new shop steward.
Susan gives Pfuluwani a cool reception on her return. Miriam confronts Meiki about her behaviour. Meiki warns Dr Lefu that he is going to pay for what he did.
Pheko tells Thandaza how relieved he is that Meiki's pregnancy was all just a lie. Otherwise he would've had to behave like his father and walk out on his unborn child. Tshepo tell Miriam that he has decided to go and consult with the Ngaka.
Tuesday 30 December 2008 Episode 812 Thandaza feels guilty that she deceived her mother, Humbulani and the Chief into thinking that she couldn't go to Venda for the weekend because she was working. Instead she stayed at home to be with Pheko.
Meme is dying to sit in on a meeting that Thandaza is having with Alilali but Pheko won't allow it. Pheko expresses his distrust for Alilali and the Mukwevhos.
Dr Lefu is fed up with Meiki's threatening messages on his phone. Alilali charms Thandaza. Meiki cries on Mampho's shoulder. Agnes is upset when she receives flowers and chocolates from Bheki. She gives the chocolates to the children and throws the flowers away.
On Azwindini's instruction, Vho-Makhadzi goes to Vho-Mukondeleli to see what she knows about Alilali. Pheko and Tshepo have a fall out. Tshepo feels that it's Pheko's negative attitude towards him that will destroy the unity of the family.
Wednesday 31 December 2009Episode 813Thandaza remains mum about the source of her happiness. Lebo is worried about Meiki and Dineo is fed up with it. Meme is angry at Thandaza for not informing her that Alilali was visiting the Mill. Susan is jealous over the intimate moment between Pfuluwani and Azwindini.
Tshepo has summoned for Meiki to come home. Qavile addresses the worker for the first time as a shop steward. Awelani vows to give Qavile hell. Lufuno is back with Phusuphusu. Meiki doesn't trust Tshepo's kindness. Alilali visits the mill. Phusuphusu has brought Lufuno back but Gizara wants them thrown out of Thathe.
