Monday, 1 February 2010Episode 1089 Thabisile confronts an upbeat KK, who is unapologetic about the sale.
The Mukwevho's are outraged, but Azwindini counsels patience and trust. Agnes can't reach Thandaza.
Thandaza is barricading herself into her bubble. Everyone wants to speak to her. Gizara and Meme decide to leave for jo'burg, to fight the battle there. Neither Gizara nor Agnes trust Meme.
Tumi drums up some support for Refiloe's cause.Agnes is pleased that Tumi is in Jozi for Refiloe. She shares her own problems.
James and Kukie struggle to come to terms with Thandaza's apparent betrayal. Agnes and Azwindini are tense and Azwindini goes to see what the excitement is outside.
Azwindini's destiny is foretold leaving Azwindini bouyed and Phusuphusu unhappy. Mampho and Miriam continue working on their reconciliation. Mampho understands Refiloe's anger.
Vho Nomboro's antics puzzle Azwindini.Refiloe wants to take some of Tshepo's things but Miriam stops her since there hasn't been a cleansing as yet.
James wants answers, but Thandaza won't see him.
Tuesday, 2 February 2010Episode 1090 Gizara and Meme must work together. Meme struggles to sleep.
Thandaza does some financial gymnastics. Miriam warns Tumi and Refiloe against abusing her hospitality. The bard turns fortuneteller.
Mampho and Thabo agree that the elders must step in to resolve the conflict between Refiloe and Miriam. The team meets at the office and KK turns them out.
Vhomukondeleli shares her concern over Phusuphuso's anxiety with Vhomasindi. James and Nomusa try to make sense of Thandaza's actions.
Thabo decides to call a family meeting in the Mokoena house.
Miriam's attempt at a peaceoffering is snubbed by Refiloe. Azwindini asks Agnes to focus on the court case as the position in the council of chiefs is very important to him.
Rensions flare at the meeting and Meme announces that Thandaza has taken all the money from the sale for herself.
Wednesday, 3 February 2010Episode 1091Thandaza arrives at the desolate offices of what was once MM. Thabo and Miriam clash under the strain.
KK agrees to set up another press conference for Thandaza to set the record straight with her family. Azwindini is outraged that Meme is making public accusations aboutThandaza and agnes tries to persuade him to tell her what he knows.
Meiki blames herself for her mother's unhappiness. James urges everyone not to paint thandaza black until there's real proof but in the meantime they must act.
Agnes and Tshianeo let their defences down for a moment and almost find their old friendship. Kukie is making progress on the case, James is still struggling to accept reality and they both recieve an sms.
Miriam receives a mysterious sms and she and Thabo argue over Tshepo's things - it becomes clear that Miriam is not ready to let go.
Miriam takes out her frustration on Thabo but he calmly reminds her that they on the same side. Agnes feels like the court case is distracting her and everyone from their duties and Vhomasindi's is almost complete.
Thandaza reveals her secret, and her victory is celebrated.
Thursday, 4 February 2010Episode 1092Mankosi celebrates her daughter's success. Thandaza's victory is celebrated by all in Thathe. Thandaza turns the tables on KK.
Vhomasindi argues that at death Mashudu didn't know that Agnes was not his daughter and had he known she would've been disowned and Catherine divorced.
Thandaza holds his golf club and waits for KK to pack up. Though Miriam is happy about Thandaza's triumph there's a cold war in the home and Thabo needs a reprieve desperately.
Mr Mosome cross examines: Vhomasindi sticks to her guns but can't present proof that Catherine hid part of Mashudu's estate.
Friends and colleagues toast Thandaza, as a miserable Meme looks on.
A delegation arrives with good news.
Meme is haunted by strange dreams, and reveals Mushasha's prediction to James. The family celebrates Thandaza's triumph and Azwindini's chance to get into council of chiefs but Susan worries about how Agnes' court case will jeopardize his chances.
Thandaza and James prepare themselves for the next onslaught.
Monday, 8 February 2010Episode 1093The team debates a new name for Tshedza Milling with the chief.
The elders will be arriving in the afternoon for the family meeting but Meiki has an appointment with Pastor Morake.
Thandaza and James are happy to see the back of KK but Kukie is clearly conflicted. Susan and Pfuluwani are very chuffed with Azwindini's appointment as vice president of the Council of Chiefs. They offer their support to agnes who is fedup with the court case.
Refiloe drops a bombshell when she claims that Tshepo left the house to her.
Meme congratulates Thandaza for her victory but Thandaza is not interested.
Phusuphusu testifies for Vhomasindi but his testimony is not credible. Borosi arrives and sits on Vhomasindi's side of the courtroom. Meiki is incensed by Refiloe's claims but thabo tells her to calm down.
Borosi testifies against Agnes and is a very believable witness. Mampho understand Miriam's frustration but insists that Refiloe's claims have to be investigated.
Meme seems to be losing it. Gizara offers words of encouragement to Agnes. Gizara tells Borosi that he needs to decide whose side he's on.
Tuesday, 9 February 2010Episode 1094Refiloe denies that she lied that Tshepo wanted the her to have the house. And she seems excited about something but won't tell Tumi about it.
The disaffected Mukwevho's will not give up on their fight for Phusuphusu to be put up for Vhavenda : Borosi's request for calm is arrogantly rebuffed. James tells Thandaza the news: Meme is in hospital.
Agnes learns from Mulalo that Ntshavheni, Phusuphusu and Borosi were in Zwa Etwatwa discussing some kind of conspiracy to replace Gizara. He thinks Azwindini should know.
James visits Meme, to discover that her mother has not bothered to come and see how she is. Dr Moloi says she'll be fine.
Vhomasindi appreciates Borosi's evidence in court discrediting Catherine but Phusuphusu warns her because Borosi might be a spy.
James shares his concern about Meme's mental health with Thandaza. Vhakotsimunenes watch as Agnes sways the chief's decision about a local land matter.
Thabo tells them they are all dishonoring Tshepo's memory by allowing Refiloe to insult him and Miriam by trying to take over Tshepo's home - he wants to call in Pastor Morake.
Agnes urges for action against Vhomasindi's faction but Azwindini wants to see their next move and counsels Patience. Mampho thinks Miriam is being unfair to Thabo by not being ready to part with Tshepo's things but she is clearly grieving and asks for time.
Vhomasindi is suddenly nervous about the repercussions of what she is doing, by going to the councils of chiefs to intervene in the Vhavenda matter but she is soon persuaded otherwise and she steels her nerve.
Wednesday, 10 February 2010Episode 1095Mushasha tells his wife to stay out of trouble. The elders agree not to entertain Refiloe's shenanigans any further - she's either in this family or not.
Meme is discharged, and James is her hero. Vhomasindi and Tshianeo consider what the new house means for her status & Vhomasindi tries to force the wives to turn against Agnes.
Pastor Morake has agreed to mediate and Thabo is determined to lay down the law: everyone will participate in the reconciliation.
The wives want Azwindini to celebrate his new status, but he is more impressed by Thandaza. Azwindini's good mood is spoilt when they tell him about his mother.
Kukie's heart is broken as she lip-reads the secret sadness in KK's heart.
Refiloe consults with Tshililo about fighting for Tshepo's estate. Tshililo wants evidence.
Azwindini and Agnes clash and her decision comes back to bite her.
Borosi tries to persuade Gizara to consider Vhomasindi's plan for the Khadziship.
Thandaza feels strangely empty after her victory. Azwindini gets through to Vhomasindi by reminding her of her need for self-preservation.
Thursday, 11 February 2010Episode 1096Azwindini and family depart for Joburg to honour Thandaza and Vhomasindi passes a gift to Thandaza. Thabo finds Refiloe snooping around the house but she refuses to tell him what she's looking for.
Thandaza is interviewed for a newspaper profile, but she's not keen on that.
Vhomasindi is relieved when the group reluctantly concedes defeat but everyone is surprised at her change of heart.
Refiloe refuses to participate in a meeting where Pastor Morake tries to reconcile her with her elders. Thandaza says she's tired of all the attention, but James sees that perhaps it's not from the right people.
Meme is turned away by her mother. Tshililo refuses to take Refiloe's case.
An exhausted Thandaza receives a visitation. Thandaza is celebrated through dance.
Meme is on the verge of giving up, but James gives her counsel and encouragement. A moment of great importance: Azwindini presents Thandaza with a Tshiala, a headdress.
Monday, 15 February 2010Episode 1097 Thandaza is rejuvenated. Vusi discovers the connection between Thandaza and the painting. James gives Meme the strength to face her family.
Thabo and Miriam receive an eviction notice. Borosi encourages Vhomasindi to settle all battles. Vhomasindi wants Tshianeo to be Khadzi. Meme's mother grants her request.
Miriam consults Nomusa over the eviction notice. Kukie still has feelings for KK. Agnes is not impressed by Mr Mosome's shortened witness list, but he strikes a blow to Vhomasindi's case none the less.
Thabo can't find Tumi and Refiloe and is angry that Miriam saw Nomusa without his consent. Gizara testifies that the matter of Catherine's estate was solved and that she acted in good faith even when she was fighting.
tumi and refiloe don't show up for the mediation.
Mr Mosome announces that he still has an ace to play and Agnes is hurt that Azwindini isn't there.
Tuesday, 16 February 2010Episode 1098Thandaza arrives at the office with her painting. She tells them about Azwindini's ceremony which gives James an idea. Miriam tries to reach Refiloe. Miriam gives Refiloe an earful.
Thandaza is back in the drivingseat and is rushed off her feet. Agnes flies off the handle when a patronising Tshianeo tries to advise her about the land issue.
James suggests that they do something for Thandaza. Kukie has an idea.
The wives are freaked out by Vhomasindi's attitude to Agnes. Agnes is worried about how the courtcase has affected her relationship with Azwindini.
Meme tells James her good news about the cleansing, and thanks him sincerely for all his support. Vhomasindi complains to Azwindini about Agnes. As far as she is concerned, Tshianeo is far more mature.
Kukie and KK reconnect. Azwindini is impressed that Agnes has been trying to fix her mistakes while Borosi thinks it is just an act. Kukie and James organise a surprise party for Thandaza and present her with a gift.
Miriam refuses to deal with Refiloe anymore. Pastor Morake gives Refiloe and Tumi a talking to.
Wednesday, 17 February 2010Episode 1099Meme and her mother arrive at her uncle's house to begin the cleansing. Meme is docile and seems unsure. Meme is welcomed by her family but with some reservation on the part of her uncle Katlego.
Thandaza struggles get into relax mode as she gets ready for her day trip to the spa. Meme is apprehensive as the cleansing ceremony begins, it's not just the ingredients in the bowl that will be smeared on her but her inner fear to change.
Thabo confronts Refiloe about stopping her nonsense but she's sticks to her guns. He tells her that the elders will be there to see her and that she better be there.
Meme is washed at the river, cleansing her of all bad luck. Her reserve crumbles in tears and she gives herself over to the cleansing. Thathe celebrates Azwindini's appointment to the council of chiefs as their vice president and Gizara's appointment as Vha Venda of Thathe.
Miriam makes herself scarce for the meeting with the elders, still refusing to be in the same room as Tumi and Refiloe.The elders give Tumi and Refiloe an ultimatum: they either drop their case or they will be ostracized by the company.
A cleansed and renewed meme is presented to her family but her uncle has doubts that she can really change.
Miriam doubts that the elders' ultimatum will work and thabo reminds her that he's in this with her. The elders ultimatum has made Refiloe even more determined to destroy miriam and thabo, but tumi is beginning to worry.
Gizara is hailed as Vhavenda but an accident sullies the celebrations when a branch falls on his head as predicted by Vhonamboro.
Thandaza's peaceful day at the spa is shattered by the unexpected arrival of her nephew Spha, who is moving in.
Thursday, 18 February 2010Episode 1100Spha tells his story, but is short on details. Gizara will be okay and Azwindini reads his mother the riot act. Thandaza has mixed feelings about Spha's arrival.
Tshianeo is shocked to discover that Vhomasindi is fighting for the Khadzi position on her behalf and she has a meeting in town.
Thabo sees right through Refiloe when she can't articulate her issues. Nomusa has submitted the papers to oppose Refiloe's eviction and Miriam is ready for court.
Borosi continues to insinuate that Agnes has way too much power. Refiloe finally hears about Miriam and Thabo's past and confronts Mampho.
Kukie is touched by KK's gesture of reconciliation. Mr Mosome tells Agnes that his ace is ready to play.
Agnes is impatient with her lawyer and Tshianeo says something confusing to Agnes. James catches a glimpse of a reborn Meme.
Spha has dipped into the petty cash to pay for supper, and Vusi is not happy with the new status quo.
Monday, 22 February 2010Episode 1101Spha acts like a gentleman and avoids Thandaza's probing questions.
Tshililo advises Refiloe to go to court and apply for a quick judgement to stop Miriam from contesting the eviction.
Thandaza decides to make Spha her pet project. Tshianeo shocks everyone when she tells the court that she doesn't want to be a Khadzi and that Vhomasindi is fighting a cause that neither of he children believe is right.
Vhosara nags and warns Gizara about the log's intent. Kukie hints that she and KK might be back on track. A rejuvenated Meme wants her old job back.
Refiloe shames Miriam and Thabo over their past and feels more justified with what she's doing.
Vhomasindi walks out on Tshianeo and Agnes is confused about why Tshianeo testified for her.
Pastor Morake's disappointment hits Tumi hard. Thandaza's plans for Spha's future don't seem to go well down with Spha. Tumi and Refiloe have a fierce argument and Tumi dumps Refiloe.
Tuesday, 23 February 2010 Episode 1102 Meme asks James to play messenger. The Mokoenas give up on mediation and Nomusa informs them that Refiloe is trying to get a quick judgment.
Kukie loses her bet with Phyllis. Thandaza awakes to find that Spha has trashed the lounge. Vhomasindi's case is dismissed but no one feels like they have won.
Mampho tells Refiloe that the elders want an answer soon. Borosi convinces Tshianeo that this Khadzi matter is bigger than her and Agnes, and Borosi calls a meeting of the uncles.
Refiloe is alone in this world but Agnes is there for her. Agnes is here for Refiloe and decides that she needs to be in Jozi. Thandaza is unnerved by Spha, and she and James talk about filling a key position.
Refiloe is in a state after a harsh call from Pheko and Tumi makes it clear that she's not supporting Refiloe anymore.
Thandaza discovers that Spha has not taken her offer of free education seriously. Agnes and Azwindini hope that they can begin to put the pieces back together neither of them aware that the war is not over.
Spha and Thandaza have their first fight.
Wednesday, 24 February 2010Episode 1103Agnes needs a break from Thathe and Tshianeo tells Agnes it's not over. Thandaza and Spha patch things up after their fight.
The elders are ready to throw in the towel and disown Refiloe and Tumi.
Borosi rallies the uncles for the fight to depose the current Khadzi.
Thandaza is on fire, as she makes her priorities clear.
Refiloe is representing herself but muddles two different matters contesting a will and getting an eviction order. The team workshop new names for the company, and Thandaza's on top of her game.
Refiloe's case is thrown out for lack of evidence. Mankosi loves Spha, Spha teases Vusi. Vusi hates Spha.
Agnes arrives suddenly and Miriam is shocked that Agnes is supporting Refiloe. Thandaza's great day comes to a sticky end when she returns home to Spha-induced chaos.
Agnes and Refiloe bond, despite their court losses and Refiloe wants to keep fighting.
Thursday, 25 February 2010Episode 1104 Spha is getting on Thandaza's nerves. Miriam wants to punish Refiloe, but Thabo doesn't approve. Thandaza shares her frustration over Spha and Nomusa advises her to get tough with him.
Tshianeo tries to reason with Vhomasindi but she is more cunning (manipulative) than ever. Thandaza calls Azwindini about renaming the company.
Azwindini is ecstatic about the Venda mill reopening. Gizara has his own ideas on naming the company.
A reformed Meme urges James to pass the message to Thandaza. The Mokoena family spontaneously confront Refiloe, and only Agnes comes to her defence.
Susan and Pfuluwani want to help Azwindini rekindle his relationship with Agnes. Borosi sells the Khadzi issue to the uncles, while Vhomasindi quietly looks on.
Vusi is struggling to cope with Spha's presence. The uncles approach Azwindini over removing Agnes as Khadzi to his great surprise.
Thandaza clashes with Spha over Tshidzimba - and Spha questions her roots.
