Thursday 1 January 2009 Episode 814Tshepo is nervous about going to see the healer. The Ngaka throws the bones for Tshepo Lufuno and gets a note from Lucky. The Ngaka tells Tshepo that he has to collect all the scattered people of Bakoena and bring them back together.
Humbulani & Thandaza bond. Meiki wants to know why Pheko dumped her - is there another woman?
Dr Lefu is served a summons. Tshepo doesn't tell Mampho what the healer said.
Monday 5 January 2009 Episode 815Pheko tells Meiki that it's over between them for good. Pheko tries to convince Meiki to drop her lawsuit against Dr Lefu.
Meme tries to fish information about Pheko from Thandaza but to no avail, Thandaza doesn't budge. Gizara tries to convince Azwindini to ban Phusuphusu from Thate for his involvement with Mulalo in the chieftancy battle.
Mampho & Tshepo return from Lesotho and discuss the unification ceremony with Miriam. Agnes & Lufuno are at it again, Agnes's power is evident this time Lufuno has to face up to the consequences of her actions.
Alilali makes a few suggestions at a MM board meeting including making Qavile part of management, much to Pheko's annoyance. Pheko & Thandaza share a tender moment in the office Mapule, Lebo & Pelo try to convince Meiki to let go of Pheko, but she turns on them.
Tuesday 6 January 2009 Episode 816Mampho wants to know, why Pheko broke it off with Meiki. Tshepo is tired of Meiki's behavior. Azwindini is making his way towards Alilali and Phusuphusu. Lufuno apologizes for running away and promise not to do it again. Mapule is angry at Thandaza for being secretive. Susan is not going to give up the fight.
Wednesday 7 January 2009 Episode 817 On behalf of the Chief, Thandaza extends an invitation to Alilali for her official welcoming home party in Thathe. The bond between them grows. Pelo and Mapule argue how best to help Meiki. Meiki tells Miriam that she refuses to go to Lesotho with the rest of the family for the unification ceremony.
Vho-Makhadzi isn't convinced that Phusuphusu is back in Thate for the good of the family. Meme gossips about Thandaza to Qavile. Gizara asks vho-Mukondeleli to make sure she attends Alilali's welcoming party.
Miriam tells Tshepo about her fight with Meiki. Tshepo attempts to speak to Meiki. Alilali makes Pheko feel uneasy by asking too many questions about the mills. Thandaza & Pheko discuss a weekend away. Vho-Mukondeleli is plagued by her past and can't sleep.
Thursday 8 January 2009 Episode 818Thandaza asks James to make Qavile an offer. Pelo has it out with Meiki. Pheko tells Thandaza that he doesn't feel as part of the Mokoena family sometimes. Lufuno reaches out to Susan. Susan gets an idea while venting to Vho-Mukondeleli.
Thandaza wants to embrace the joy of her relationship with Pheko. Humbulani calls Azwindini but Agnes answers the call. Mampho tells Pheko that he should take responsibility for what's happened. She feels he should be married by now.
Susan asks Vho-Makhadzi to call a family meeting. Vho-Makhadzi reads her the riot act. Miriam refuses to lend Meiki money and Meiki sees Pheko going out.
Monday 12 January 2009 Episode 819Meiki fights with Anzani for refusing her access to go see Pheko. James & Fikile are officially over. They are starting to refer to the heir as Muvhango. Lebo realizes that Mapule might have feelings for James. Pfuluwani is offended when she hears her child being called Muvhango.
Vho-Mukondeleli tries to reconcile with Alilali. Humbulani suspects there is a man in Thandaza's life. The Mukwevhos come to ask for forgiveness from vho-Luthendo, Alilali's mom. Meiki tries to blackmail her mother into helping her get Pheko back.
Tuesday 13 January 2009 Episode 820Vusi tells Humbulani and Mankosi that his mother got a lift with "the man from the office". Tshepo & Miriam are greeted by Refilwe & Tumi in Lesotho. Thandaza has to tell a white lie when Humbulani asks after what Vusi said.
James tells Thandaza about Meme jumping the gun Meiki tells Mapule & Pelo that she will never give up on Pheko. Azwindini is not amused when Gizara jokingly calls the heir Muvhango.
Tumi asks Mampho about Bheki and Agnes. Humbulani reaches out to Alilali with an agenda. Thandaza confronts Meme. Susan feels validated by Mushasha.
Wednesday 14 January 2009 Episode 821 The Mokoena family engage in a unification ritual (Tjela madimo) and Pheko is made the new head of the family by the ancestors. Vho-Lutendo accepts the Mukwevho's token of peace and agrees to mend fences. Lufuno accuses Vho-Makhadzi of abandoning her and insists on a trial date from the elders.
Humbulani still suspects Thandaza of having a new man in her life. Phusuphusu is allowed to stay in Thathe and Gizara vows to keep his eye on him. Meiki brings Tshepo's brother to the Tjela Madimo. A ghost from Miriam's past!
Thursday 15 January 2009 Episode 822 Meme tells Alilali that Thandaza doesn't like Qavile. Tshepo tells Miriam that he thought that she had met Thabo before. Pheko & Thandaza arrange their weekend away. Pfuluwani confronts Susan about her attitude. Kukie discovers that Humbulani thinks that Thandaza &James are an item.
Thandaza asks Pheko to speak to Meme about her unprofessional behavior. Kukie warns Thandaza about the rumours concerning her and James. Dr Lefu asks Meiki to drop the case against him.
Humbulani is convinced that Thandaza & James are going away together on the weekend. Miriam asks Thabo why he came back. Tshepo walks in on their conversation.
Monday 19 January 2009 Episode 823Miriam is suspicious of Thabo's intensions and shares this with Tshepo. Alilali and Thandaza have a private talk. Humbulani is fishing about Thandaza's weekend away. Tshepo thanks Meiki for re-uniting him with his brother. Alilali and her mother are welcomed back to the family.
Vho-Mukondeleli cements a bond with Alilali. Tshepo invites Thabo to come and stay. Miriam is furious. Alilali seems to be on M's camp. Miriam tries to dissuade Tshepo from inviting Thabo to stay. A strong bond is confirmed between Azwindini and Thandaza. Pheko chastises Meme.
Tuesday 20 January 2009 Episode 824Humbulani finds James in Thandaza's office & is even more convinced of the affair. Miriam confronts Meiki about bringing Thabo to the family ceremony. Susan Tells Lufuno that she's reaping what she's sown.
The Mukwevhos are happy that they have found a supporter for the company & Gizara wonders if it's not time for Thandaza to take over from Pheko. Dr Lefu is advised to settle out of court.
Azwindini promises Pfuluwani that he will talk to Susan about her attitude, and decides on the final names of the heir. Susan apologizes to her husband.
Meiki's lawyer tells her to settle her account. Humbulani tells Qavile that James & Thandaza are dating. Tshepo offers to look for a job at MM for Thabo.
Wednesday 21 January 2009 Episode 825Qavile sees Busi and Vusi playing together and becomes even more suspicious about James and Thandaza. Qavile tells Mapule that James & Thandaza are an item. Miriam won't pay Meiki's lawyer fees but Meiki tries to blackmail her once more.
Susan and Pfuluwani make peace. Alilali doesn't listen to Precious and goes up to Pheko's office to wait for him. Lufuno has a secret meeting with Lucky. Alilali has a proposal to make and she wants the board to hear.
Meiki receives news that Dr Lefu will settle out of court. Pheko overhears Lebo talking about James and Thandaza and is amused because he knows it's not true. Agnes tells Bheki that it is over he needs to stop calling and sending gifts.
Thursday 22 January 2009 Episode 826Tshepo asks Thabo for his CV - he wants to find him. Qavile confronts Thandaza about James; Thandaza denies the rumours and instead offers a flabbergasted Qavile the management job.
Agnes is convinced that Lufuno is behind Bheki's visit on the previous night. Lufuno casts doubt about Agnes in Vho-Makhadzi's mind. Miriam offers Meiki money to settle with her lawyer. Tshepo takes Thabo to MM to show him the offices.
Agnes states that she is through with men. Tshepo asks Thandaza if there's a job for Thabo. Gizara finds Lucky lurking outside the Royal house and Vho-Makhadzi and Azwindini immediately suspect that Lufuno is up to no good. Vho-Makhadzi confronts Agnes about her whereabouts during her wedding day.
Qavile asks Mankosi to speak to Thandaza about her alleged affair with James. Gizara finds a haughty Lufuno alone at Vho-Makhadzi's. She totally falls apart when he tells her that he will see to it that the council disown her and strip her of her name and Royal privileges.
Monday 26 January 2009 Episode 827 Mankosi confronts Thandaza about her relationship with James; she's relieved to find out that there is no truth to it. Miriam tells Tshepo that it's not a good idea for Thabo to join the company. Tshepo doesn`t appreciate her point of view.
Meiki is worried when Thabo comes in to get help with his CV and reveals that his intentions are to get a job at MM. Vho-Makhadzi is worried about Lufuno's future in Thathe. Thandaza finds out who started the rumours about her and James.
Awelani & Qavile make peace. Qavile isn't sure she will take the management position. Meme almost seems jealous when she hears the rumours about James and Thandaza.
Pfuluwani inadvertently upsets Agnes when she pulls out her wedding dress. Qavile is finally satisfied that there's no affair between James and Thandaza. Pheko re affirms the Job offer to Qavile. Will she reconsider?
Vho-Makhadzi grills Lufuno about Bheki and Lucky's visits and says that she will only support Lufuno at the Royal council if she comes clean. Meiki tells Lebo that she misses Pheko.
Tuesday 27 January 2009 Episode 828Tshepo wants to go to Venda to support Agnes. Alilali tells Anzani how to do her job. Thandaza tells Humbulani that there's nothing going on between her and James. Agnes tells Lufuno that she won't be forgiving her for what she did anytime soon.
Thandaza invites Alilali to a dance class. Meme is jealous. Meme tells James how unimpressed she is by Thandaza's brown nosing to Alilali. Humbulani challenges Alilali's announcement.
The workers are disappointed with Qavile's decision to take the offer. James and Pheko share their misgivings about Alilali. James also tells Pheko about how jealous Meme was when she though James was interested in Thandaza. Lufuno asks Phusuphusu to protect her from being disowned. Pheko and Tshepo spend quality time together.
Meiki puts the screws on Miriam but Miriam tells her to be careful. Miriam will go to any length to protect her relationship with Tshepo.
Wednesday 28 January 2009Episode 829Ndalamo misses home & Mankosi is unsympathetic, but Thandaza feels sorry for him. Tshepo feels great about reuniting with Thabo but Miriam doesn't share his sentiments. Pheko wishes he could tell his father about his relationship with Thandaza.
Phusupusu tries to reason with Gizara about Lufuno. Dr Lefu writes out a cheque to Meiki. Meme keeps trying to get into Alilali's good books. Meiki is happy to receive Dr Lefu's cheque but is suspicious about why he settled so quickly.
Miriam confronts Thabo about his plans to get a Job at MM. Thandaza is beginning to agree with Pheko about his suspicions about Alilali. Agnes is happy to see her uncle in Venda.
Thursday 29 January 2009 Episode 830Meiki does some research into the medical council. Pelo wishes she could drop the issue. Nomusa brings Thandaza her final divorce decree. Qavile confronts Awelani about telling lies about her. Tshepo & Agnes talk like old times & vho-Makhadzi finds out about Lufuno having brought Bheki back.
Thabo tells Miriam that Meiki helped him with his CV. Miriam is livid. Thandaza tells Pheko that she is free to marry again. Lufuno gets no sympathy from Susan. Qavile turns down the Job of Production Manager. Azwindini makes a surprise visit to Etwatwa. Thandaza tells Nomusa about her relationship with Pheko.
