In this story Evan is now a congressman and moves his family to a nice new Washington suburb. But before he can put his political career in high gear, God (Morgan Freeman) shows up, instructing him to start building an ark.

Evan tries ignoring his Divine Instruction, but it’s a bit difficult when the animals start turning up - two-by-two…

Shaun, whose father died in the Falklands, must choose between staying with Woody and his friends or joining Combo on his violent quest to protect the homeland.

Meanwhile, Von Doom, who has acquired some superpowers of his own, is calling himself Dr Doom, and guess what? He wants to give the world an extreme makeover.
