Episode 37 (2349) WED, 1st August 2007
Karabo seems to have moved on with her life and glows when she talks about Sizwe. Grace nearly puts her foot in it when she admits to Anne that she knows the Mashabas. Ntombi’s perplexed when Ngamla won’t come clean to her about his sudden trip.
Episode 38 (2350) THURS, 2nd August 2007
Samuel’s over the moon when a shell-shocked Ntombi reveals to him that she’s pregnant. Dineo’s stunned when Kenneth does a sudden turnabout and refuses to go to therapy. Queen is chuffed when everybody’s impressed with her brilliant idea for PEP’s ad campaign.
Episode 39 (2351) FRI, 3rd August 2007
Busi becomes worried about Karabo’s state of mind when she seems to have developed an unhealthy attachment to Sizwe. Grace’s guilt drives her to finding another part time job, but will she hold this up, and for how long?
Ajax is not exactly elated when Zamani’s booked him for an out of town gig.
Episode 40 (2352) MON, 6th August 2007
Dineo’s hurt when Kenneth pushes her aside to have a nice conversation with Ace. Anne becomes increasingly worried when it seems that Karabo’s obsessing about Sizwe’s possible adoption. Queen starts alienating those around her when she becomes caught up in dreams of how famous she’s going to make Prince.
Episode 41(2353) TUE, 7th August 2007
Ajax seems clueless about his culture and Khaphela decides to do something about it. Kenneth blatantly refuses Dineo’s wish to have children of her own. News of Ntombi’s pregnancy does nothing to lift Karabo’s already low spirits.
Episode 42 (2354) WED, 8th August 2007
Grace is unimpressed when Queen admits that the auditions are just for the eyeblind. Ngamla’s concern for Ntombi touches Dineo, but just fuels Kenneth’s suspicions that there’s something going on with Dineo. Steve’s unimpressed when Prince acts like a little brat and Queen seems oblivious to his bad behaviour.
Episode 43 (2355)THURS, 9th August 2007
Steve’s upset when Prince throws a gift back in his face, but Queen can’t see what the fuss is about. Grace has to backtrack when Samuel teases her and she nearly takes his head off for it. Karabo lashes out at Ntombi who’s doing her best to make things right between them.
Episode 44 (2356) FRI, 10th August 2007
Dineo’s chuffed with Kenneth’s attitude change when he suddenly showers her with affection and attention. Anne’s sympathetic when it seems that all Karabo’s efforts to stop Sizwe’s adoption may have been in vain.
Ngamla and Ntombi joke about the high lobola he would have to pay for her, but this may just come back and haunt them.
Episode 45 (2357) MON, 13th August 2007
Kenneth gets a report back on Dineo’s movements and something doesn’t quite add up. Queen’s miffed when Grace refuses to help Queen any further with her charade in casting the PEP nunu. Zamani and Ajax are intrigued when Ace let’s slip about tension in the Mashaba home.
Episode 46 (2358) TUE, 14th August 2007
Jabulani’s eventually arrived to head up the lobola negotiations, but it’s clear that it won’t be a walk in the park for Ntombi and Ngamla. Anne and Karabo have to race against time to get important information to the court before Sizwe’s adoption is granted. Karen becomes worried about Grace who seems hell bent on being super woman.
Episode 47 (2359) WED, 15th August 2007
Dineo fumbles when an already suspicious Kenneth walks in on a telephone call with Thomas. Ajax loses his cool when he tries to come to Grace’s rescue and she tells him off. Queen coaches Prince for the photo shoot and has to cover when Busi enters unexpectedly.
Episode 48 (2360) THURS, 16th August 2007
Ntombi’s had enough of an egocentric Jabulani and is harsly reprimanded by Ngamla when she lashes out at him. Could Samuel be onto something, accusing Grace and Ajax of fighting like a couple who are in love?
Kenneth is stunned when his investigations spell out disaster for his marriage to Dineo.
Episode 49 (2361) FRI, 17th August 2007
Queen stubbornly refuses to accept that Steve has PEP’s best interests at heart when he won’t accept Prince as a candidate. Ajax is worried about Vukani, and Zamani must bite his lip not to tell his brother the good news and ruin his surprise. Ngamla’s dumbfounded when Jabulani manages to turn Busi around and actually make her like him after all the years of distrust.
Episode 50 (2362)Mon, 20th August 2007
Kenneth confronts Dineo about her secret agenda, but will her explanations satisfy his already bruised ego? Khaphela immediately has his suspicions about Jabulani and his motives for visiting Siqalo Court.
Karabo’s upset when Anne chides her about getting Sizwe’s hopes up.
Episode 51(2363) TUE, 21st August 2007
For once Zamani let’s loose and has some fun and the guys have a wonderful time ragging him about it. Grace is devastated when she gets a less than perfect score on her assignment, but Karen just welcomes her to the real world. This time it’s Karabo who extends a hand of friendship to Ntombi, will she be a bigger person than Karabo was in the same situation?
Episode 52 (2364) WED, 22nd August 2007
Dineo’s painted into a corner and Kenneth thoroughly enjoys the power he now has over her. Steve’s on tender hooks when Queen decides it’s time for her to make a decision between running the PEP campaign and a relationship with him. Ntombi has a hard time convincing her father that Ngamla’s the only man she’ll ever love.
Episode 53 (2365) THUR, 23rd August 2007
Dineo’s distraught when Kenneth gets rid of her sexy wardrobe. Queen’s miffed when Steve admits that Prince dampens his romantic spirit.
Samuel has to reprimand Grace for being rude to some customers.
Episode 54 (2366) Fri, 24th August 2007
Ngamla awkwardly looks on as Ntombi and Karabo carefully start mending fences. Busi’s oblivious to Jabulani’s plans to take Ngamla for a ride. Khaphela and Khethiwe are dismayed at the way that Dineo’s being treated but they can’t do anything about it.
Episode 55 (2367) MON, 27th August 2007
Steve and Prince seem to bond a bit better when Queen puts her foot down about Prince’s bad behaviour. Anne is troubled with both Karabo and Sizwe’s impatience with the adoption process. Grace’s secret causes underlying tension within the Ezweni management team.
Episode 56 (2368) TUE, 28th August 2007
Karabo has no sympathy and tells Busi to get Grace out of Ezweni. Jabulani goes all out to get as much money from Ngamla and Busi as he can. Samuel’s torn when Steve asks his advice on proposing to Queen.
Episode 57 (2369) 29th August 2007
Dineo’s highly offended when Kenneth doesn’t appreciate her efforts in the kitchen. Phakeme fumes when Jabulani suggests that Ngamla won’t be prepared to pay the lobola that Phakeme wants. Grace is devastated when she’s fired from Ezweni, and nothing Samuel can say can make her feel better.
Episode 58 (2370) THURS, 30th August 2007
Steve teases Queen and nearly ruins his own plans for a romantic weekend. Not even an impromptu fashion show can take Karabo’s mind off the slow adoption process. Zamani’s miffed when Ajax outshines him on a night out.
Episode 59 (2371) FRI, 31st August 2007
Dineo realises that Kenneth’s playing mind games with her but he won’t admit anything. Prince drops Queen’s dream and Steve’s money down the drain and has to cover when Busi walks in on him. Ntombi’s flattered when Karabo uses her as a reference for adopting Sizwe.
