4Play: Sex Tips For Girls

4Play is a new South African series that centres round four thirty-something women - Nox, Noma, Amira and Danny - from contemporary Johannesburg.

These ladies are different in character, social and economic status, but they are all after one thing: Love. Lots of it. Deep. Fulfilling. Love.

The four women embark on their own colourful journeys, never afraid to experiment or explore to impress the opposite sex.

The drama unfolds when the women encounter the treacherous and sometimes extreme paths of relationships in each episode.

i also watched it last nite, i enjoyed it, its reality, the scene where Nox was pole dancing and then her husband told her....."UR THE MOTHER OF MA CHILDREN< MY WIFE, AND NOT A WHORE" tjo that got me stunned shame.....will watch it again.

@CALAMITY, tjo i was also shocked by that, shame poor thing hey.....iyho!!!! i like what that white woman said, that SHe (amira) was hurt but the man was not even thinking about her right now coz he wants some1 else, damn, i think its time we differentiate between SEX and MAKING LOVE!!!!!!!

Im a little conflicted. I like it and it's well shot, with all the crap on SA tv it's a breath of fresh air but I thought the pace was a little slow.

The white girl should have been the narrator of the stories. I got a feel of Sex and the City in the show without the clever snooty lines. It's only first episode so maybe it will get better. Imma watch it just to see that white girl, she cracked me up.

Another thing, arent there any hot male actors in SA? Damn the guys were a bit drab. The girls were hot but eish lets be honest we like seeing hot people having sex not yr regular "Skhumbuzo & Maria" next door kinda couples. I wanted to see some hot bod, nice boobs pressed against six pec muscle clad brothas LOL

I like the way they portrayed those women there. It felt like i was seeing a real thing. Nox is a house wife married to a man who spends more time on his career, that woman is portrayed as a real house wife nyani. With rich whom i think speak their vernacular, staying in a Suburban are in Joburg. But one thing that's lacking is sex in bed because her husband comes back from the "meetings" tired, depriving her the benefits (sex). On the other side, we have got Amira who is constantly using her friends for money and other things, but she is so fun to hang around with. She does not have a job but her friends enjoy her company. This one does not have a man but she has got an eye on rich and handsome man, but she always gets disappointed because most of these man she's interested in are either married or gay. But she gets tips from friends to keep on looking and not get tired. Then there is Noma, who manages to keep the group together, she owns a hair salon and a mother to a teenage boy. Noma is also looking for a man but when approached by these men, she loses her interest thinking that they will soon dump her because she is fat, and therefore not good in bed. And lastly there's a white Danny who is an image consultant to stars. Because of her busy schedule, Danny does not have time for a serious relationship but she loooooves sex (Sometimes i think she even sleeps with her clients/ the stars). But in all that, this group is tight and intact, give advices to each other on sex. 4 play is one of the best series that South Africa has ever produced.
