Wednesday 1 October 2008Kate tells Belle and Phillip how glad she is that Mimi and Shawn are together. That Shawn has matured since he and Mimi have been together. Phillip agrees that they are a good couple and asks Belle if she agrees.
Alex tries to save Marlena from Lois. He struggles with Lois after she pushes Marlena off the roof. Abby tells Chelsea that she has to tell the truth for herself, for Bo and Hope, and for Zack. Chelsea says maybe she’s right, she can't go to the police just yet though. She says that first she wants to talk to Bo and Hope in private.
Hope thinks Bo is trying to protect Chelsea from finding out about Billie. Chelsea then runs off and says she cant say anything that she’s afraid. The cops then walk Billie out and Billie tells her not to be afraid just to know that she loves her.
Thursday 2 October 2008Austin talks with Sami about how this is the part he loves about business. Sami thinks that it's terrible that all the employees of High Style have been let go. Austin says yes, but this is business. Still, Sami thinks it's pretty ruthless.
At the hospital, Kate tells Shawn how sorry she is about Zack, he was a special boy. Shawn thanks her. He knows about her offer to pay for his and Mimi's honeymoon, and he wonders why she'd do that.
Roman shows up at the hospital. He says he's sorry it took them so long to get here. He knows about the accident and that Billie confessed. Hope wants Billie thrown away forever, but Roman says unfortunately she is saying she didn't know what she hit, and that it was an accident.
Up on the roof, John shows up and thinks Alex is attacking Marlena. He goes to throw him off the roof, but Marlena says Alex saved her from Lois. Lois says Marlena is confused.
Friday 3 October 2008Jennifer is about to leave to go see Frankie when she opens the door and he is standing there. Frankie comes to give her back her keys but she says to keep them for the next time he's in town.
Carrie is confronting Austin about how he could take over her company. Nicole comes in to tell Austin about how everyone at High Style has been fired and the stock has been reassigned and they got out of the lease in LA. He is trying to get her to stop talking about it and when she finally shuts up she is told that the company they took over was Carrie's.
Chelsea is talking to herself, saying how sorry she is but she can't go to jail. Patrick comes in and says he was looking for her and that she better have a good explanation for what she has done.
Bo and Hope are standing outside Zack’s room, she says that is all they have left of him and they go in the room and Hope breaks down.
Monday 6 October 2008At Austin's place, Austin works feverishly to try to reverse the takeover but Nicole tells him that it's pointless as it's all a done deal. Sami says she hates to say I told you so, but she told them it was a bad idea. Nicole says it was Sami's job to get the name of the CEO, and she finds it hard to believe Sami didn't see Carrie's business card when she gave it to her.
At the station, Patrick and Kate arrive as Billie is being booked. Patrick explains what he knows to Kate about the accident, and she doesn't understand why Billie would confess. She says she doesn't believe Billie is guilty. Patrick doesn't either.
Hope asks how Billie could do this to them, and how she hopes she rots. Bo tells Hope there is something he has to tell her, but before he says anything Hope finds a drawing Zack made of the two of them and breaks down. Bo tells Hope not to do this to herself.
Tuesday 7 October 2008Kate tells John that Billie was the one driving the car and John says that Billie isn't that reckless. Kate asks John about Marlena and he says that thanks to him her and Alex are closer than ever and that Marlena blames him for what happened.
Patrick asks Max if he knows where Bo's SUV was taken after the accident and he says that it was taken to his garage and that he obviously knew. Chelsea then stops Patrick and asks him why he's doing this since Billie already confessed. He tells her that he knows Billie’s innocent, that she’s just protecting someone and doesn’t want her to throw her life away.
Chelsea is alone with Abby and is determined to not tell the truth so she decides to burn her temporary license so that there will be no evidence.
Marlena tells Alex that the other men she has loved, have always wanted something from her and that it was exhausting and that all that Alex wanted was for her to be happy.
Wednesday 8 October 2008Austin begs Carrie not to throw their future away over what's happened. He swears he didn’t know she was the CEO of High Style and he never would have gone after her company if he knew it was hers. He begs her forgiveness.
Suddenly Lucas shows up and Sami asks what's wrong - she can see something is wrong. Lucas says he has horrible news.
Max tells Chelsea that her guilt is eating away at her, she needs to confess. Chelsea refuses and tells Max that Billie will get a lighter sentence, and he can’t tell Patrick anything.
At the station, Hope asks Bo what the hell is he doing, how can he look at Billie much less touch her. Bo tells Hope that she doesn’t know what is going on here. Bo says it was an accident, but Hope says she left Zack in the street. She says if he called 911 right away then Zack could be alive. Patrick arrives at the station to talk to the two cops about Billie's statement.
Thursday 9 October 2008Bonnie comes in as the nurse turns off the life support machine and thinks Claire didn’t make it. Mimi explains that Claire is off life support because she doesn’t need it anymore. Bonnie says if it weren’t for Zack’s matching liver, they’d be burying 2 babies instead of 1.
Marlena and Alex arrive at the hospital to see baby Claire. Marlena says she needs to be there for her family and Alex wants to know if that includes John. Since they share a child and grandchild, Marlena says John will always be a part of her life. The life she wants now is with her first love, her first husband. She wants to be Mrs. Alex North.
Hope hugs Chelsea and tells her that she won’t hold Billie’s actions against Chelsea. Chelsea says (as Bo enters) that she would never hurt anyone like Billie has. Bo tells Chelsea that Hope deserves to know how Chelsea is involved.
Friday 10 October 2008Back in Claire’s room Shawn and Phillip are still talking and Shawn says it's not like he won't miss Zack for the rest of his life but at least now Claire has a good shot at having life, and that is what he needs to focus on. Then they talk about Kate’s offer and Phillip says they don’t need to take her up on it, it’s their wedding.
Bonnie confronts Kate about Shawn being Claire’s father. Kate pretends to not know what she is talking about and tries to leave but Bonnie tells her to come back and again states she knows Shawn is Claire’s father. Kate tells Bonnie that she is crazy but Bonnie tells her how she figured it out.
Lois and Alex are kissing and talking about how much they missed each other. She starts to massage him but he stops her saying the police are watching his treatment. He tells her what a great job she did playing a demented psycho.
Monday 13 October 2008At a stop-n-shop type mart, Patrick comes in and asks the clerk to look at his security tapes. The clerk flirts with Patrick and basically blackmails him, Patrick has a Martini with him at Alice's and he'll give Patrick the tapes. Patrick agrees. Patrick reviews the tapes and finds what he needs, an image of Chelsea in Bo's car and on the cell phone.
Austin and Kate talk with Billie; they've hired Frankie as her attorney. She refuses at first, but relents to let Frankie represent her. Caroline talks with Chelsea. She can see Chelsea is really upset. She thinks it is about Billie. Chelsea says she is upset and she just hopes the judge realizes it was an accident. Caroline says unfortunately Billie has a record. Chelsea is shocked to learn about her mom spending time in jail in the past.
Suddenly Hope's cell phone alarm goes off. It's Zack's voice telling her that it's time to pick him up from school. She breaks down.
Tuesday 14 October 2008At the hospital, Mimi and Shawn arrive at Claire's room. Belle is with Claire, she's okay to go home. Belle asks Shawn and Mimi for a ride, Phillip is at Billie's arraignment hearing. They say they'd be happy to take her. As Shawn holds Claire, Bonnie shows up and rolls her eyes. Alex goes to visit Lois in the psych ward. She is furious, she thinks Alex is playing her and planning to leave her here. He says he's not, but she knows he's remarrying Marlena. She thinks he's going to live the cushy life while she rots in here. Alex says that won't happen and to trust him, she will get everything she deserves. Marlena visits with Belle and Claire as they prepare to leave. Meanwhile, Mimi and Shawn discuss the wedding. Mimi says Belle is going to be her matron of honor, and Shawn says Phillip is going to be his best man. They both can't wait to marry, but they agree to wait as now isn't the time for a big celebration.
Wednesday 15 October 2008Shawn is holding Claire as Belle watches. Belle tells Shawn that he'll make a great dad some day. Shawn hopes so, he and Mimi can’t wait to have a family. Shawn says they plan on adopting, but not right away of course.
At the courthouse, Hope finds Billie arguing with Patrick about lying. Hope demands to know what is going on. She asks who is lying and about what. She wants to know what is going on.
Bo tells Hope not to worry but Hope wants to know what is going on. She realizes Bo is keeping something from her too. Chelsea ends up running off. Hope demands to know what Bo isn't telling her and what Patrick says Billie is lying about.
Outside the loft, Mimi is stunned when Bonnie blurts out that Shawn is the father of Claire. Bonnie says no one was supposed to know, but maybe its best she knows. Austin looks at the headline and can’t believe Billie plead guilty.
Thursday 16 October 2008Lucas welcomes Carrie to the Titan family. She says it’s still tough for her ego to handle. He says he knows, but they will be great together. Lucas says they’ll go after Austin and his two little leeches. Sami tells Austin they can’t give Carrie her company back and she’s made it clear that she wont forgive him.
At the loft, Shawn agrees with Bonnie, all baby’s look alike at this age and you see what you want to see. Shawn says when JT and Zack were switched no one had a clue.
At the courthouse, Bo tells Patrick this is none of his business. Patrick thought Bo would be grateful to know the truth, but then he realizes he already did know. Bo says he did know, he was trying to protect both Hope and Chelsea.
He says he is the one who gave Chelsea permission to drive, this is all his fault. is worried as Abe is in surgery having a cornea transplant. She asks the nurses to tell her if they learn anything about the surgery.
Friday 17 October 2008At the hospital, Mimi tells Shawn that he needs to know the truth. Suddenly Bonnie calls out for Mimi (from her bed/cubicle) and her heart monitors go erratic. Caroline is stunned that Belle wishes Shawn was Claire’s father.
Belle knows its wrong, but it is what she wishes. Belle says they spent their whole lives planning their future, and she can’t stop wishing they were together. Caroline says but she’s married to Phillip.
At the courthouse, Chelsea swears it was an accident, but Hope says an accident that wouldn’t have happened if she didn’t steal Bo’s car and go joy riding without a license. Chelsea says she had a license and permission, dad handed her the keys.
Hope thinks Chelsea is lying. Bo tells Hope they need to talk, but she says there is nothing to talk about. She wants Bo to call Chelsea out on being a liar. . Hope tells Bo that he knew all along and let her think Billie was responsible.
Monday 20 October 2008Lexie is in a room looking at some charts when Tek shows up and calls her "baby." He says he’s been looking all over for her. He pulls her into a kiss. He then pulls her into the bathroom and she says "Tek No!"
Bonnie is pacing around her room talking about how she has to do what she's doing to keep Mimi from losing Shawn. Bonnie looks at her charts and says she really stumped the doctors. She hates to worry Mimi, but her wanting to be ethical and moral is really raising her blood pressure.
Later, Bo finds Billie and Patrick arguing. Bo tells Patrick to leave Billie alone. Patrick says this doesn’t concern him. Bo then gets a call from the station. He tells Billie that she’s free to go, the charges have been dropped.
Billie says now Chelsea will be charged. Bo says he’s afraid so. Chelsea is hiding in the corner and listening to this. Bo tells them that the Assistant DA is being sent over to file charges against Chelsea for Zack’s death.
Tuesday 21 October 2008At the hospital, Tek tells Abe that he’s here to see Lexie. Abe says she’s not here, but he’d like to talk to Tek about his relationship with Lexie. Lexie walks into the room as Abe says this, but Abe doesn't realize she's there.
Abe tells Tek that he’s been pretty rough on him lately, and he’d like to fix that. He says before he lost his eyesight they worked well together. He says then he got paranoid, he thought Tek was after his wife.
In court, Bo talks with Billie, he still can’t find Hope. Billie tells him to go find Hope, but Bo says she doesn’t want to be found right now. He says the assistant DA is on his way and Chelsea will need them.
Billie says she knew this would happen, she knew that when they found out about Chelsea that shed come between him and Hope. She says this is why she confessed, so he could be there for Hope and Chelsea. At Jens, Hope comes downstairs and finds Alice and Maggie have joined Jen.
Wednesday 22 October 2008At the loft, Belle is tucking Claire in with the blanket that Zack gave her. Phillip shows up, he’s putting on a suit. He says it has to help Hope to know that Claire has a part of Zack living on in her. They prepare to attend Zack's funeral. Hope, Doug and Julie arrive for the funeral.
Doug tells Hope that she doesn’t have to do this, but Hope says she does. Hope asks to be alone with Zack. Hope looks around, she looks at Zack’s coffin, the flowers set up for him, and his photograph. Hope ends up breaking down.
Doug goes to Hope to support her. He tells her that she needs to realize God has a plan, even one we don’t understand. Kate meets up with Victor. Kate doesn’t know what to say.
Victor says Zack never had time to grow up, and to know their granddaughter was responsible makes it worse. Kate says it was an accident, and they do need to be there for Chelsea.
Thursday 23 October 2008John meets up with Abe at the hospital. John tells Abe how happy he is for him that he has his sight back. Abe says he’s so grateful for this second chance and it is all because of Zack.
Lois is in the psych ward crossing out a photo of Marlena. Lois talks about how they need to finish their plan so the two of them can be together forever.
Bo tells Hope that Chelsea came to repay her respects. Hope can’t believe Bo is defending her after Chelsea killed their son. Shawn hears this and is furious. He can’t believe when he learns the truth. Shawn looks at her and says “You killed my brother?” Chelsea says she didn’t mean it. Shawn tells her to get out before he throws her out.
Marlena and Alex return to the penthouse. Alex feels terrible that they had to leave the funeral; he thought he was well enough. Marlena tells Alex the only one to blame for this is John. Marlena tells Alex how grateful she is to him for risking his life to save her.
Friday 24 October 2008Alex tells Marlena that he really does have to go run his errand. Marlena tells him absolutely not, he’s not going anywhere. She demands to know what is really going on here.
At the hospital, Lexie goes into Abe’s room but he’s not there. She looks around for him and then Tek comes in to see her. She says he shouldn't be here. He tells her that it isn’t that easy to let her go. Abe returns to his room and finds Tek with Lexie. He says they look serious, is there something they want to tell him?
In Lois room, Lois wakes up as John is about to inject her with truth serum. She says they are going to kill Marlena and then be together forever. John says he will stop Alex before he lays a hand on Marlena. At the funeral, we see a replay of Bo attacking Patrick and pushing him into Zack’s coffin. Hope is furious with Bo and tells him to stay away from her, just go.
Monday 27 October 2008John is still talking with Lois in her room. Lois is beginning to fall asleep; she says this is a side effect to his truth serum.
At the loft, Bonnie is thrilled that Shawn and Mimi are going to be married. Shawn decides to break out the champagne and toast. Mimi is still feeling guilty about this, but Bonnie says they will have a great future as long as she keeps her mouth shut.
Belle and Phillip go out to dinner at Chez Rouge. They toast to Zack for giving them back their daughter. Kate is watching Claire, and Belle is feeling a little uneasy about leaving her so soon. Phillip knows, but he says they have to get out and spend time together just the two of them.
At the station, Bo has brought Chelsea downtown. Billie is with them. Chelsea thinks this is the end for her. Bo says hell do what he can to keep her out of jail. Chelsea says what about Hope? Billie says Bo will talk to Hope and convince her that this was an accident.
Tuesday 28 October 2008At Chez Rouge, Phillip is dancing with Mimi and Shawn dances with Belle. Phillip tells Mimi how great this wedding is and how she and Shawn are made for each other. Mimi says she hopes so. Phillip asks if she’s having second thoughts?
John and Marlena find Lois hanging. John gets her down and Marlena yells for help. John is sure that Alex killed Lois and he thinks he'll go after Marlena next.
At the station, Billie tells Chelsea that she knows her life has been turned upside down, but that is no reason to break up Bo and Hope. Chelsea says she’s trying to save her life. She says it was all a terrible accident, but Hope doesn’t see that Billie says Hope just lost a child. Chelsea says once she did too and Hope didn’t care.
Bo returns home and finds Patrick comforting Hope. He blows up, bursts in and tells Patrick to get away from his wife and get out of his house.
Wednesday 29 October 2008Mimi wakes up when Phillip walks in. He says Belle is gone and he doesn't know where she is. Mimi says probably on the roof, which is where Shawn is. Shawn and Belle then come in through the window and ask what is going on here?
At the bar, Billie arrives to break up the fight between Bo and the two biker boys. She flashes her ISA badge and threatens to take them down to jail if they don't back off. Billie sits with Bo and talks to him.
At the hospital, in Lois room John is positive Alex is the one who attacked Lois. Lexie takes Abe to his room; she doesn't want him running around as he could tear the stitches in his corneas.
She closes the blinds and has an idea of how they can pass the time. He says no they can't, she just told him he couldn't exert himself. She says okay, perhaps they could go up to Green Mountain Lodge this weekend? He says he can't, he's taking Theo to a ball game.
Thursday 30 October 2008At Sami’s place, Austin is once again running around in a towel. The phone is ringing and he answers it. It’s an old friend from New York. As he talks to the guy about Carrie, Sami listens in the background. Carrie and Lucas head to the Java Caf.
Lucas goes to get her coffee. She thanks him for being such a good friend and for being here for her. Kate is at the Java Caf and sees them come in. She says Austin and Carrie belong together. Carrie hears her say this and says that will never happen.
At the hospital, Alex tells Marlena that he wants her to know he didn’t try and kill Lois. Marlena says she does know that. Alex thanks her for believing in him. Marlena says Lois is disturbed. Alex says he knows and she will say or do anything to come between them, and so will John. Marlena says it doesn’t matter what they say or do, he is her husband and she loves him.
