Friday, 1 August 2008Austin takes a blindfolded Sami into a loft apartment. Nicole is with them. Austin says he is thinking this will be there new office space.
At Chez Rouge, Sophie and Lucas continue to dine as Dr. Schnitzel and Lulu show up. Sophie recognizes Lulu from the tabloids and wonders if Dr. Schnitzel knows who he is marrying. Lucas doubts it, he doesn't think Schnitzel reads the tabloids. Lucas comes up with a plan though.
Jack surprises Jen with a romantic dinner catered by Chez Rouge. She is shocked. She puts on a nice dress and they enjoy dinner and dancing. Later they head to the bedroom and make love.
At the penthouse, Marlena asks John why he has said ALex was a fraud.

Monday, 4 August 2008Mimi arrives home with some wine for her and Shawn. She says its getting nasty outside, is he home yet? She calls out but there is no answer. She lights some candles and pours the wine to set the mood.
At Jack and Jens, Billie shows up and finds Frankie outside. Billie is worried about Chelsea, who hasnt come home yet. She wanted to see if Abby was home. Frankie says not yet and they must still be out. Billie doesn't want to worry Jack and Jen with this, so she decides to hang out with Frankie.
Jen is asleep, and Jack looks at his bottles of pills. Jen, while getting juice, sees Billie and Frankie outside. She invites them in, and Jen learns about Chelsea and Abby not having come home yet.
Jack shows up, and everyone is worried about the girls. Billie and Frankie offer to go and look for her.
Meanwhile, Marlena talks to Alex about his reasons for not revealing himself to her. She says she wants to believe him.
Tuesday, 5 August 2008Frankie and Jen get stuck in the ice storm. The road is blocked and they have to sit and wait out the storm. Unfortunately their cells don't work so they can't call home. They listen to the radio, and one of their old songs comes on.
Sophie and Lucas return to Lucas' place. Sophie sees Will is gone. She says she was getting suspicious about him, this is the second time Will has been at a sleepover when he brought her back here. He says he asks her over when he knows Will won't be here.
Meanwhile, Nicole finds a small company ripe for the takeover and she thinks they need to go for it. She wants to beat Lucas and Titan.
Austin says Titan is a big corporation, and losing today was just bruised on their ego. Austin says it will be awhile before they can really compete with Titan. Nicole says yes but one day they will be bigger than Titan.
Wednesday, 6 August 2008At Sami's place, Nicole and Austin get the loans secured. Sami returns with groceries. Austin can't believe this is where she went out in the storm. She says Will is sick and she wanted to make him soup.
At Kate's place, John is pacing in his PJ's. Kate sees she wasn't the only one who couldn't sleep. She offers him a drink. John says sure, though he doubts it will help. John just cant believe Marlena is buying this story of Alex's. Kate says even Roman thinks the documents are authentic.
At the Penthouse, Alex asks if there is anything she wants to talk about. Marlena says she wants to talk about him. She wants to know about them, everything. Alex begins talking about seeing her that first day in med school and how he thought the sun rose and set on her.
Shawn carries Mimi into his bedroom where they make out on the bed.
Thursday, 7 August 2008At Jack and Jen's, Jack sleeps on the couch and Jen gets ready for Thanksgiving. She tells Jack to go rest. He jokes that this is going to be his last supper. She says it is Thanksgiving and they have so much to be thankful for. She says she isn't giving up on a cure for his illness and he shouldn't either.
At Kate's place, Kate continues her sexual, sensual massage on John. John can't believe his back is going out again. She asks if he wants a muscle relaxed, but he says no as they never worked.
From the penthouse, Marlena spies on John and Kate and thinks they are making love. She is a bit shocked and says she can't believe it. Alex says they are consenting adults. She says she is just a little confused, John was just saying he loved her and wanted her back.
Friday, 8 August 2008Hope is working on a website for Alice as a Christmas present. Bo comes home, he found Chelsea. She was at Bonnie's with Abby and they are waiting the storm out. Bo asks Hope: what is wrong? Julie and Doug are out driving in the storm.
At the hospital, Kate checks on John and how his back is doing. He says his back is okay, but his heart needs work. John goes to check on things, and Kate snoops into Claire's file. She sees something and says this can't be true. She copies the papers and shoves them in her purse. She says she has to protect her family anyways she can.
Jen gives Maggie a call - she's worried as Jack went out in the storm a while ago, he hasn't come home and she can't reach him. Maggie says Jack is fine and probably taking shelter somewhere.

Monday, 11 August 2008In LA, Lucas brings Carrie her favourite breakfast - coffee and a croissant. Lucas still can't believe she is the CEO of High Style. She says it still isn't for sale. Lucas says he knows and that he's only come to see an old friend.
Sami is at home stomping around. She looks at the photo of Austin and Carrie in Austin's day planner and reads his little note about how he never stopped loving her. Sami says she can't believeit but at least Carrie's still in Israel with Mike.
At the hospital, Belle screams that her baby is dying as Claire is rushed off. Phillip tells her not to say that. Lexie comes out to talk to them. She says Claire is stabilized, but she needs a transfusion. Phillip says: let's do it.
Lexie says they need to make sure their blood is a match, just because they are her parents doesn't guarantee a match.
Roman says the search has been called off, there has been no sign of Jack so there is really no hope for him.
Tuesday, 12 August 2008Victor stops by Lucas' place to congratulate him on a job well done, he knew he picked the right man for the job. Lucas says: even though he was just second choice? Victor says Lucas will never let him live that down. Lucas says "nope". Victor says he's proved his worth and beaten Austin.
At the hospital, Belle and Phillip remain with Claire. Belle begins to blame herself for Claire's sickness. She thinks she hid in her room too long, she didn't take care of her daughter and now she could lose her because of it. Phillip saysthis is not true and that Claire knows how much Belle loves her.
Kate realizes Claire is not Phillips' child. Alex walks up and tells Kate he has some bad news: it looks as if they've both lost John and Marlena. Alex thinks Kate must already know this by the look on her face.
Kate says John and Marlena are the last thing on her mind right now. Kate looks in on Phillip and his family.
Wednesday, 13 August 2008Shawn and Mimi are in the shower kissing and soaping each other up. Mimi wonders if the night can get any better. Shawn says: no. They end up back in bed together, and Mimi once again takes a trip down memory lane.
Belle walks in on her mother telling her father that she's leaving him for Alex. Belle is furious, she says that they can't break up. She says she can't deal with one more bad thing right now and that she needs them together.
Marlena says she wants to explain, but Belle says she's destroying their family and there's nothing she can say to change that.
Alex continues to book a flight out of town, no matter where it's going. He finally makes his reservation, and then sees John listening in on him. John thinks Alex made the right decision, the sooner he leaves the better for everyone.
Alex says he's not leaving until he says goodbye to Marlena.
Thursday, 14 August 2008Sami and Nicole continue to argue over Nicole's plan. Sami thinks Nicole just wants to get Austin in her bed. Nicole says she has no interest in getting Austin into bed, but Sami calls her a liar.
Nicole gloats to Sami about her plan for High Style. She says she'd show her the details, but she wouldn't understand them. Sami says she understands she's making a huge mistake.
In LA, Lucas heads to meet with the CEO of High Style. He walks into the office and says: "Oh My God, Its You!"
At the hospital, Kate listens in as Phillip tells Claire how much he loves her. Kate knows either Belle lied to Phillip about being a virgin or that she slept with Shawn while Phillip was overseas - either way Shawn is the father. Phillip asks his mom if she's all right.
At Jack and Jen's, Jen's given the news about Jack and says it can't be true. Abby says they don't have proof that he died, they didn't find his car or see him.
Friday, 15 August 2008In LA, Lucas walks into the CEO of High Style's office and is stunned to find out that the CEO is Carrie. He asks what she's doing here and she asks what he's doing here. She's the new CEO of the company. Lucas said he didn't know, with all the research he did he never heard she was the CEO.
At the hospital, Phillip remains with Claire. Mimi shows up with some food for him. He talks to Mimi about how much Claire means to him,and how he doesn't think he can go on if anything happens to her.
Kate overhears this and says she can't let anyone find out the truth. Victor shows up and says he sees that look in Kate's eyes, she's plotting destruction and he's going to tell her to stop.
At Bo and Hope's, Bo and Hope tuck Zack in. Hope can't believe what is happening to Jack. Bo says perhaps God had a plan. Hope says: "Yeah, or Jack did." Hope looks at Bo and says if he knows anything to tell her - now.

Monday, 18 August 2008At the hospital, Belle stays by Claire's side. Phillip thinks she needs to rest, she's been here all night and must be tired. She says she's not going anywhere.
Meanwhile, Shawn tells Mimi that the news isn't good.
Meanwhile, Belle and Phillip are still with the baby when suddenly the monitors begin to beep.
At Bo and Hope's, Bo and Hope are having breakfast with Zack and discussing Jack. Bo fears that the search and rescue mission will soon become just a recovery operation. Hope can't believe this is happening. Shawn soon shows up, and he tells his parents about Belle and the baby.
At Jen's, Abby meets up with Chelsea and Max outside. They searched all night for Jack. She thanks them both, but it is time she face the truth. Abby says there is still a chance for a miracle, but Abby says no, her father is gone and she has to accept that.

Wednesday, 20 August 2008Lucas, who is apparently already back in Salem, is walking around his apartment half naked. Eugenia shows up with coffee for him. He thanks her for coming so early.
Out in LA, Carrie's assistant Becky is helping Carrie with business. Becky gets something from Carrie's desk drawer for her and she finds an old photo of Carrie and Austin. Becky asks who the hunk is. Carrie says that was supposed to be put in storage.
At Sami's place, Austin is walking around shirtless. Sami comes in crying, she has the paper and is reading about Jack's death. Austin says he heard. Sami says he was her friend. She says she knew he was sick, but she can't believe this. She says: "Poor Abby, she's about Will's age."
Sami says she never got to say goodbye to Jack.
Belle remains with Claire, Phillip is by the crib sleeping. Belle yells at Phillip to wake up. Suddenly a nurse and Lexie run into the room. Belle is frantic, Claire is turning blue.

Friday, 22 August 2008Jen is holding Jack Jr and thinking about Jack taking care of the baby. Jack can't get the baby to sleep, and only Jack's bad singing can put him to sleep.
Abby comes down after hearing the baby crying. Jen says he must have had a bad dream.
Outside, Jen covers the rose bushes and talks about how she misses Jack so much. She doesn't know how she's going to do this without him. She wishes he was here. Jack shows up and says he is here. Jen turns around and sees Jack standing there.
Sami and Nicole are working. Nicole asks Sami to get her a cab to the airport. Sami tells her to get her own cab, shes not her secretary. Nicole says she is the receptionist. Nicole says she's going to LA on a fact finding mission, so get her a cab as she has to pack.
They argue over High Style again, Sami thinks they need to play it safe right now.

Monday, 25 August 2008Out in LA, at the offices of High Style, Becky questions Nicole. She says if her name is Mary Smith, is her boyfriend John Doe? Nicole says her parents weren't very imaginative. Becky says her brothers and sisters must be Jim and Susan. Nicole says: "How did you guess?"
Back in Salem at the hospital, Victor has been alerted by the guard. The guard worked for him and called him before Roman. Victor asks what in the hell is wrong with her, she could have killed Shawn by changing his records.
At Jen's, Frankie tells Hope that Jen wants her to leave. Hope asks if it is what she wants? He doesn't know. He says he can't stop thinking about his promise to Jack. He says he knows Jen thinks she has accepted Jack's death, but it's too soon for her to be on her own.
Outside, Jen is reunited with Jack. She hugs him and says she knew he was alive.
Tuesday, 26 August 2008At the hospital, Phillip sits with Claire. He tells her how she will be okay, and how her mom will be here soon as she just needed a rest. He says Claire is so lucky to have Belle as her mom, and she'll grow up to be just like her.
Meanwhile, Kate begs Victor not to make her do this, the last thing Phillip wants to hear right now is that Claire is the daughter of his best friend. He says she's already on thin ice with him so she musn't make matters worse.
At Jen's, Jen tells Hope and Frankie that she saw Jack in the rose garden, he is alive and he talked to her. She realizes they don't believe her. She yells that Jack's in her garden, so Frankie goes to look. Frankie heads outside looking for Jack.
In LA, Austin continues to talk to Mr. Giles (Salems Mayor, TC the crooked Salem PD jail guard). Mr. Giles agrees to give Austin the money he needs to buy this company. He wants to know what Austin's plans are for the company.
Wednesday, 27 August 2008At the restaurant in LA, Carrie's upset because Sami's with Austin. She wonders if it can get any worse for her. She doesn't want to have to explain to them why she's in town and not with Mike in Israel.
Meanwhile, Austin and Sami decide to share a dance.
At the hospital in Salem, John finds Kate out on the terrace. He tells her it's cold outside and she doesn't have a jacket. He comforts her as she's very upset. She goes on and on about the baby destroying Belle and Phillip's relationship.
Alex and Marlena head to Chez Rouge for dinner. Marlena feels guilty for being out, but Alex says she shouldn't get too wrapped up in Belle's problems as it isn't good for her. She says her daughters child is fighting for her life, shouldn't she be concerned about her family's problems? He says she should be concerned about them, but she has to take care of herself or she will be no good to her family.
Thursday, 28 August 2008Mimi the elf is helping Bonnie out at the tree lot. She wonders why she has to dress up in costume. Bonnie says it's because it's Christmas and Christmas is about selling. Mimi says she thought it was about the birth of Jesus.
At Bo and Hope's, Bo brings a tree home. Hope says that it's beautiful. They talk about everything they have to be grateful for this year. Hope and Bo vow to make this a Christmas to remember, the best one yet.
At the restaurant, Kate tells Alex that she can't think about John and Marlena right now, she has to think about her son and granddaughter. He says she would be wrong to let this opportunity slip by as John will need someone to help him pick up the pieces. Kate say's he's wrong, John and Marlena will get back together and will live happily ever after.
Lexie returns and says she has some bad news about the baby. Lexie says Claires liver is now failing, and it doesnt look good for Claire.
