Tuesday, 1 July 2008On the roof top, Mimi and Shawn are kissing up a storm. Belle sees this and heads back down the ladder, not slipping this time. She heads back up the ladder again to spy on Shawn and Mimi, who are still kissing. She finally heads back down to her loft for good.
At Alice's, Roman comes in and sees Lucas at the bar. He thinks this isn't exactly the best job for him. Lucas says save it, he's heard it from everyone tonight. Lucas explains he's just filling in for Shawn and he's soon to be working at Titan. Roman is glad, he thinks Lucas deserves to be happy and move on with his life.
Meanwhile, Nicole is playing pool with Austin and she distracts him with her "assets" by leaning over the table. Austin says she doesn't play fair.
At Chez Rouge, Alex warns John to let go of Marlena or he'll call the cops. Kate distracts Alex so John can have a word with Marlena. Kate tells Alex that he should watch himself.
Wednesday, 2 July 2008 Mimi and Shawn have just finished their movie. Shawn says it was a sad movie, and he doesnt like sad movies. Mimi is in tears because it was so good. Shawn asks why she's crying then?
At Phillip and Belles, Belle and Phillip are about to make love but Phillip stops and says he can't. Phillip says they have to wait as the doctor said but instead he'll hold her all night long. Belle thinks he doesn't want her anymore - she's had a baby so he doesn't want her.
Bonnie and Roman are eating ribs. Roman doesn't know if it was the ribs that were so good or the fact that it has been so long since he had them. Bonnie suggests it is the company, she can't see Kate or Maggie eating these with him. Unfortunately their evening is cut short when Kate calls Roman for help.
Over at the penthouse, Alex sneaks in through Marlena's window to get to her.

At the penthouse, John asks Alex what he was doing climbing in his wife's bedroom window. Alex plays innocent and acts insulted. John says he saw him but Alex says he's out of his mind. Alex says he doesnt appreciate being made out to be a sexual predicator.
At Alice's, Sophie and Lucas are cleaning up the place. Lucas tells Sophie he had fun working with her and she says likewise. She says she hopes his new job is awesome. He says it will be, even if he was second choice.
On the roof of the lofts, Belle is looking at Shawn's CD's when he shows up to get them. Belle wipes away her tears, and he asks what is wrong. Belle tells him not to go, she doesn't want Phillip - she wants him.
Friday, 4 July 2008Bo and Hope show up at Jack and Jens. Jen says Abby ran off and they can't find her. Bo says that doesnt sound like Abby, what happened. Jack says it was something he said, he told her that he was dying.
On the pier, Chelsea brings Abby some coffee, she says Josh made it just for her. Abby says this cant be happening. Chelsea says unfortunately it is happening. Chelsea says compared to what she went through, Abby should consider herself lucky.
At Kate's, John is still spying on Alex and Marlena. John is furious that he came so close to a breakthrough with Marlena, but then she did a 180. He knows North is controlling her mind somehow. Kate says he can't prove it and she doesn't want to leave Alex so he doesn't have very many options.
Meanwhile, Marlena heads to her room and continues to remember John giving her the clock. Marlena is now holding the clock. She also remembers kissing John.
Monday, 7 July 2008Jack and Jen are in bed sleeping when Abby comes in to check on her dad. Jen wakes up and sees Abby standing there. Jen tells Abby they can't stop praying for a miracle, they have to keep her dad alive long enough to find a cure.
A spying Jack walks in and tells them not to get their hopes up, he really doesnt think a cure will be found in time. Billie thanks Chelsea for making coffee and asks why shes up so early. Chelsea says she couldnt sleep, she kept thinking about Abby and her dad. Billie says she's sorry, it must make her think about losing her own parents.
At Bo and Hopes, Hope makes Zack go back in the kitchen and finish his cereal. Bo shows up and says if she's angry with him then don't take it out on Zack. Hope says she's not and the only person with an anger management problem in this family is him.
Kate calls Lucas, Sophie answers the phone and she is shocked to hear Sophie answer.
Tuesday, 8 July 2008 At Sami's place, Austin agrees to give Sami a job on a trial basis. She thanks him and says he won't be sorry. Austin says they have to set some ground rules down first.
At Mickey's office, Nicole shows up to meet with Mickey about her divorce. Mickey's secretary says Mr. Horton is expecting a VIP from New York. Suddenly, Donald Trump walks in. He apologizes for keeping Mr. Horton waiting as he was in an important business call. Nicole realizes he is the Donald.
At Jack and Jen's, Hope shows up to surprise Jen with a treat, a day at the Salem Spa. Jack shows up and says he does agree. He tells Jen to go have fun, besides he has some things he needs to do.
At Bo and Hope's, Chelsea shows up to see Bo. She hopes she's not interrupting, but he says no. Bo says Jen and Zack are both out. He asks Chelsea what is up. She says it is Abby. She says what is happening to her is so terrible.
Wednesday, 9 July 2008 At Sami's place, Lucas tells Austin that his business is doomed with Nicole and Sami working for him, he better file for bankrupcy right now. Austin says he knows this makes Lucas uncomfortable, he's working with his ex-wife and ex-fiancé. Lucas says Sami is his ex-wife too and Nicole is his ex-whatever.
At the spa, Hope sees Chelsea pay cash for a bunch of treatments. Jen thanks Hope for this treat and then asks what is wrong. Hope says she never thought she'd say this about Bo's daughter but she really doesn't like Chelsea.
At Jack and Jens, Billie tells Jack that he is insane. Jack says no, he's dying. He says he will die soon and he wants to go out like he wants to. Billie says he doesn't get to decide that, that is up to a higher power. Jack says a higher power has put his family through the ringer one too many times, so now he's in control. Jack says he'll decide when, how and where he dies and he wants Billie to help him.
Thursday, 10 July 2008Max shows Frankie his new investment, a garage in Salem. Frankie isn't sure about this, it is pretty quiet around here. Frankie asks if he has any customers? Bo shows up on his bike, and Max says he's the first customer. Max wants Bo to tell all his biker buddies to come in here, that should drum up a lot of business.
At the loft, Mimi is frustrated and Shawn asks what is wrong. She says everything. She says Rex used to help her manage what little money she had, and now that she's doing it herself things are doing really not well.
At Jack and Jens, Jack begs Billie not to tell Jen of his plan, but she refuses. She tells Jack she wont let him do this, his family loves him and will want to be with him in the end. Jack says yes, when he dies a slow, painful withering death. Jack doesn't want them to go through that, to have that be their final memory of them together.
Friday, 11 July 2008 At the garage, Chelsea asks Max why he'd invest his money in this, there are so many better things he could invest in. Max says he realizes this doesn't do it for her but for a race car driver this rocks.Chelsea takes off to get a soda and Shawn shows up. Max says he needs someone who isn't just a mechanic but is a business partner.
Shawn says he's a little low on cash to invest. Max says he has the money, he just needs the time and work from Shawn. He needs someone here everyday to keep business going. Shawn can do that.
At the penthouse, Marlena is sitting on her bed. Alex shows Marlena the book of photographs of the two of them. Marlena asks Alex why hes showing these to her, does he want her to remember her past. Alex says he is hoping that yes. She asks why she shouldnt look at the ones John brought, they are part of her past too and she is married to him.
Monday, 14 July 2008Lucas shows up at Titan and he promises Victor he will do whatever it takes to succeed. He says he doesn't mean to sound so competitive, but Victor says that is how he got where he is today.
At Sami's place, Austin and Sami are discussing setting up their PCs wirelessly. Sami admits to Austin that shes having a hard time working with Nicole, but Austin says it is his company. Sami knows, but he should have talked to her before offering to let Nicole move in to her apartment.
He says she was living at the Y, and he thought it was their apartment now.At Jack and Jens, Jack is researching assisted suicide on the net. He kills the PC when Jen shows up with a protein shake and vitamins.
Jen is determined to keep him alive and healthy as long as she can.At the penthouse, John argues with Alex as Marlena shows up. John says Alex has found a way to turn Marlena against him, that is something Stefano could never do.
Tuesday, 15 July 2008At Jack and Jen's, Jen answers the phone and the connection is poor. Jack panics as the call could be for him. Jen asks the person on the phone if they said something about suicide?
Inside Alices, Shawn and Mimi are dressed as Tarzan and Jane, and they are feeling really underdressed. Mimi says her mom says theyll make lots of tips dressed this way. Mimi says they really do need tips.
Marlena is spending time with John, and Alex shows up and says hes worked far too hard for John to get Marlena back now. He pulls out his pendant and says it looks like he still has work to do. John sees Alex has shown up, and he is upset.
John then gets a phone call, which he takes. It is Frankie calling to warn him about Alex. John says he already knows, and he can handle it from here. As John talks about Belle, Marlena remembers Belles birth. Belle approaches them and says it is good to see them together.
Wednesday, 16 July 2008At Belle and Phillips, Belle is upstairs staring out the window. Phillip is downstairs with the baby, who is crying. Phillip thinks Belle is asleep as she doesnt answer him when he calls.
Mimi and Shawn return home, and they hear the baby crying. Mimi wonders if he is colicky. They decide to check on Phillip and the baby.
At Alices, Alex regains his pendant as Marlena and John are dancing. Marlena says she is remembering, shes remembering dancing with the man she loves. John thinks it is all coming back to her.
Meanwhile, Jack and Jen are dancing, and when Jack picks Jen up to spin her, he falls over and passes out. John returns to Marlena and overhears Alex tell Marlena that he loves her. John can't believe what he's hearing. Alex refuses to hide it anymore, and he says he and Marlena are in love. John asks Marlena if this is true? Marlena says she has turned her life and future over to Alex.
Thursday, 17 July 2008At her place, Sami recalls Lucas confessing to her that he still loved her. Sami looks at a photo of her, Lucas and Will. She thinks they still have a chance at being a family. Nicole tells Sami to stop daydreaming and get to work.
Nicole needs Sami to input some names into the PC. As they argue, Austin, in a towel, comes out and asks what is going on? Nicole and Sami explain their little argument, and Austin says no more. He says he was afraid this wouldnt work out, so if they can't get along then they are both fired.
At her place, Belle is in tears and wondering what is wrong with her. She says she should be happy, she has a husband who loves her and a beautiful new baby. She wonders why she feels so horrible.
In the shadows, Phillip watches Belle. He comes out and she asks him what is wrong with her, why isnt she getting better.
Friday, 18 July 2008 At Lucas' place, Sami and Lucas kiss and Sami knows he still loves her - she could tell by the kiss. Lucas says she surprised him with that kiss, she caught him off guard. Sami tells him not to deny what is in his heart. He says he does love her but they can't be together.
Austin and Nicole go to Chez Rouge, and Nicole remembers dancing with Austin here before. She remembers Austin said he came back to Salem because he left his heart here.Nicole tries to get him to give her some hints, but he wont budge. She says he used to tell her everything. He says he's older and wiser now and has learned to keep his mouth shut until the time is right. He suggests they have some fun and asks Nicole to dance.
Hope is balancing their budget, they are way over because of Bo's generous gifts to Chelsea. She wants Bo to tell her that he wont make a habit out of this. He says he can't do that.
Monday, 21 July 2008At the bookstore, Jen asks Jack if he seriously wants to buy this book. Jack can't believe she followed him and that he can explain. Jen is glad he's taking her advice. The book Jen picked up is not about suicide but is one on healing, and she thinks Jack has come on board with her plan to try and buy him more time.
Meanwhile, Frankie tries to prepare Jen for the worst but Jen says Jack won't give up, he'll never give up on his family.
Back inside, Jack speaks with the clerk's son. The clerk's son doesn't agree with his fathers viewpoint on the death with dignity, and he tries to change Jacks mind. John talks with Kate about how he is convinced that North has somehow convinced Marlena to divorce him.
He says Marlena was remembering, she was making progress until Alex flipped a switched and made her leave with him. Kate thinks perhaps if she's remembering then Alex is losing his control over her. John says he hopes so too.
Tuesday, 22 July 2008At Chez Rouge, Maggie asks Sami what is wrong. Sami says she wanted to talk to Austin. Maggie sees Austin with Nicole and thinks they probably dont want to be disturbed. Sami interrupts anyways, and Austin asks if this is important as he and Nicole are having dinner. Sami asks if they are on a date?
Austin and Nicole end up in the park, and Nicole wants to know if Sami is the woman he came back to Salem for.
From Kate's place, John spies on Marlena and Alex over at the penthouse. He overhears Marlena telling Alex that she cant divorce John, she took sacred vows in a church and those last forever. Marlena says she may not remember him, but she owes him the benefit of the doubt. Marlena tells Alex that she's going to talk to John.
Out on the terrace, Marlnea tells John that she had a nice talk with Father Jansen. John says he wants to be honest, he put Father Jansen up to coming to talk to her.
Wednesday, 23 July 2008 At Shawns loft, Shawn is holding Claire and brings her out to Belle. He talks to Claire and tells her how she is the sweetest little thing, Belle says Shawn is so good with her, and she should have at least changed her. Shawn says he can handle it and hes had plenty of practice with his brother.
He talks about how she has the best mommy and daddy in the world, and if he ever has a baby daughter he hopes she is just like Claire.
At the church, Mimi cries as she prays. She says she doesn't think she can forgive herself. She thinks there is no forgiveness for her now or ever.
At the penthouse, Marlena talks with John on the terrace about how she is thankful that Father Jansen came to see her and speak to her about their vows.
Marlena remembers Stefano, she remembers he was called the Phoenix. Marlena asks if he thinks Alex could be working for the DiMeras?
Thursday, 24 July 2008Phillip wakes up at the loft and looks around - no Belle to be found. Belle eventually returns home, and Phillip says he was worried about her. She says why. He says it is his job to worry about her and Claire. Belle says she was over at Shawns.
Outside Jack and Jens, Frankie has a fire going and is warming himself in front of it. Jen shows up to sit with Frankie. Lexie says she's here to check on him, Jen asked her to come over. She wants him to promise him that he wont do anything stupid.
At the penthouse, Alex makes a call and asks for some information to be faxed to him. Alex then tells Kate once Marlena is his, John is hers for the taking. She says that wont happen.
He says if she works with him then they'll get everything they want. Alex says he has the proof that John has been lying to her. He has proof that he had Marlenas life insurance signed over to Kate. Alex asks John if he denies this. John says he doesnt.
Friday, 25 July 2008Austin and Billie run into one another outside Sami's place. They hug and talk about how great one another looks. Billie says she just ran into Maggie and got some bad news - that he's going into business with Nicole and Sami.
Austin says he's not going into business with them but they are working for him. Billie says she thought he was smarter than that. Austin says if either one becomes a problem then he'll handle them.
Belle heads over to Shawn's place and Phillip tells Belle to look at Shawn and Mimi. They are on the couch fawning over Claire. He says this is why they picked them to be Claires Godparents. Belle asks Mimi if she's okay around the baby? Mimi says yes, and she needs to talk with Belle.
Marlena says she really does need to be alone and she tells them all to leave. They all leave and Marlena looks at the photos on her desk and then at Alexs paper. She wonders if this can be true.
Monday, 28 July 2008Hope shows up at Jack and Jen's. Jen says she asked her to come over as she still wants to throw Jack a party. She says she wants to celebrate his life and show him how much he means to all of them.
Eugenia shows up at Lucas apartment with bagels. Lucas is shocked to learn Victor hired her as his new executive assistant. He can't believe Victor hired the woman who plotted with his mom against him and Sami.
At Kate's place, Alex, John and Kate sit around having breakfast. Alex says this is so cozy, who would have thought theyd be living together.
Roman shows up to deliver the divorce papers to Kate, he needs her signature.She invites him in, and he asks what in the hell is going on here? John explains to Roman they are doing what they can to keep Alex away from Marlena.
Tuesday, 29 July 2008Mimi shows up at Belle's place to see Belle. Phillip has just taken off to the hospital for a prosthesis adjustment. Mimi says she ran into Phillip as he was leaving and Phillip told her to come keep her and Claire company.
At the apartment, Nicole and Austin are getting ready to go pitch their campaign to Dr. Schnitzel. Nicole thinks they did a good job, they work well together.At Titan, Lucas and Eugenia are getting ready for their presentation.
Lucas is a bag of nerves. Lucas says this account could sent Titan sales through the roof, and he needs to prove himself to Victor. Eugenia says she knows he can win over Dr. Schnitzel. Lucas says he wants to prove to Victor hes worth hiring.
At the penthouse, Marlena speaks with John, Alex, Roman and Kate about resolving this situation. Marlena says shes made up her mind, she knows who shes spending her life with. Alex says they will abide by her decision.
Wednesday, 30 July 2008At the penthouse, John and Roman think the documents are fake and Marlena as never shared details of her life with Alex with them. Alex says it wouldn't have been in Marlena's best interest to tell them about her first husband. Alex says he is telling the truth, the man she married, her first and only husband in God's eyes is him.
At the loft, Mimi says Shawn is Claire's father? Belle says no, it was a slip probably because they were just talking about Shawn. Mimi says so she just wishes Shawn was the father. Belle says she knows Phillip is the father. Mimi asks if she's sure?
At Titan, Sami brings Lulu in to see Hans. He is surprised to see her and asks what she's doing here, he thought she was shopping. Lulu says she's making sure he's not snookered into choosing the wrong company for his product.
Lucas tells Sami she is too late. Sami says she doesn't see any signed papers. Nicole thinks they need to stop Sami.
Thursday, 31 July 2008At Chez Rouge, Maggie is behind the bar playing bartender as her normal one didn't show for work. Mickey shows up and doesn't like her being back there. He decides to be the bartender.
However later he makes a few mistakes and puts far too much vodka in someone's drink. Maggie says she told him that he needed to get glasses.Lucas sits at a table and stares at a drink. Maggie comes over and tells him to put that drink down. She says he doesn't need it.
Austin and Sami show up at Chez Rouge to celebrate. Austin is proud of her and says she really proved herself to be a true partner. Sami talks to Austin and says once upon a time she used to think that she needed a man to complete her life, as he well knows.
At Belle's loft, Phillip returns home to find Mimi yelling at Belle and demanding she tell her the truth about Shawn.
