Coming up on Days In July:Mon 2 July Phillip and Belle are in bed together and Belle gets up to leave. She gives him a kiss on the cheek before going. She heads to her dresser and looks at the four-leaf clover that Shawn gave back to her. She wonders why Shawn thinks she made love to Phillip at the lodge, and why was he even there. She then looks at a photo of her mom and says she wishes she could talk to her right now.
In the study, the chair sits with its back to all and smoke wafting upwards. Tony brings the captives into the study and John says he doesn’t believe it, Stefano is alive. Marlena and Abe soon show up, escorted by guards, and Marlena and John are reunited. Tony says Stefano wanted to bid them all a fond farewell before they’re sent to hell. Abe says this can’t be.
Tues 3 July Shawn is dozing on the couch and he has a dream about Phillip marrying Belle. He shows up and tells Phillip to get his fitly hands off of her, Belle belongs to him. Belle says it is too late, he chose Jan and now he is stuck with her. Shawn sees he has a ball and chain attached to his leg.
At the compound, Victor begins strangling Nicole in one of the cells and she screams for Brady. Victor says he warned her to stay away from his grandson, and she didn’t listen! Brady comes to Nicole’s rescue, and Victor says he will regret saving Nicole. Brady and Victor share a hug, and Victor says he’s so proud of Brady coming down here to their rescue.
Wed 4 July Brandon shows up at Sami’s place, tells Sami he knows she can’t live without him and kisses her. Sami wakes up from her latest fantasy nightmare. She tells herself that this can’t be happening, her future is with Lucas. Sami calls Miss Wendy the Psychic. Miss Wendy looks at her caller ID and says she knows this is Samantha J. Brady (blooper, should be G). Sami tells the psychic that she has to know if Brandon is coming back to Salem.
At the compound, we see a replay of Brady offering to bow out gracefully so Victor and Nicole could work things out, and Victor telling that is very selfless of him but his wife is a money grubbing whore. As Victor is about to reveal the truth to Brady about Nicole, another tremor hits. Nicole says they don’t have time for Victor’s little game of revenge; they have to get out of here.
Thurs 5 July At Shawn’s loft, Phillip confronts Shawn and accuses him of shredding his uniform to get back at him. Phillip says Shawn is in the wrong here; he is the one who made the mistake by leaving town and not fighting for Belle. Shawn says he did make a mistake; he made a mistake by getting involved with Belle! He says he doesn’t know how he could have loved a liar and a slut like her.
At the compound, Nicole wakes up and sees Victor is out cold. She remembers Brady telling her to give Victor mouth to mouth, and then another explosion hit. Nicole looks over and sees Brady is now knocked out as well. She goes to Brady and finds he has a pulse.
Fri 6 July
At Sami’s place, Sami burns her mementos of Brandon and says she loves Lucas now with all her heart. She says she has to move on and get passed their time together. Someone rings the doorbell, and she thinks it is trick-or-treaters. When she sees Brandon standing their in a cloak, she faints.
On the island, Bo and Hope are searching the jungle for Billie. Somewhere close Billie is out cold with a gash on her head. Hope says Tony has completely lost his mind, and they all may end up dead. Bo says they will get off this island, so she shouldn’t worry.
Mon 9 July
Trick-or-treaters show up at Sami’s place, and she tells them they all look great in their costumes. She asks to see their masks, and they hold up masks of Brandon. She slams the door on them, and we see they are wearing regular masks after all. Kate asks if she is okay, and Lucas says she looks pale. Sami says the costumes just creeped her out.
Brandon arrives at the party at Alice’s and Will sees him. Will says mom can’t know he is back in Salem because it will ruin everything between mom and dad. Will puts his mask back on, and it’s the wolf man. Brandon tells him cool costume, and Will just growls at him.
Tues 10 July At Sami’s place, Will tells his dad they should go to the party and get mom. Lucas tells Will that they can’t go to the party because he has an important job interview in the morning, and as soon as Sami realizes he isn’t there than she’ll come home. Will says he isn’t so sure, and Lucas says what was that?
Lexie shows up and talks to Kate about the volcano, and how her mom is getting more wacky premonitions about the island. She says her mom feels Abe and all the victims of Marlena are alive and on the island. Kate says its impossible, they can’t be alive. Lexie says as a doctor she knows, but she also knows their husband’s bodies weren’t in their graves.
Wed 11 July Mimi, who is in bed, recalls Jan blackmailing her about not saying anything to Shawn or else she will lose Rex. Mimi tries to figure out who could help her, and realizes she is her only hope. Later, Rex wakes up and finds a note from Mimi saying she went to see her mom, and he worries something must be wrong.
Back at Alice’s, Kate and Eugenia discuss using Brandon, which Eugenia feels bad about. Kate, however, says once Sami has jilted Lucas, Brandon will abandon her and she will be all alone. Lucas returns and tells his mom they are leaving, ands the man just turned out to be a friend from high school. Lucas leaves, and Kate wonders what happened to Brandon.
Thurs 12 July At Alice’s, Mimi keeps her mom from telling Rex about the abortion. Mimi feeds Rex a phony bologna answer and she says she is just being insecure about losing him because of what happened with Shawn and Belle. Later, Mimi warns her mother not to tell Rex about the abortion.
Out at sea, Everyone is on the rafts or in the speedboats trying to flee the island. Jack and Jen are in a speedboat with their baby. Jack jokes they have had worse vacations, for example the cruise of deception. Jen says aside from the boat blowing up, that was one of the best times of her lives. Jen talks about Abby who must think she has lost everything.
Fri 13 July At Sami’s place, Sami looks out the window and see Brandon walking on the side walk below. We hear a woman call out to Brandon to stop, and he thinks it is Sami, but it’s not. Brandon then heads to Lexie’s place. Meanwhile, Sami is now walking on the street wondering if Brandon still has feelings for her?.
Back at Alice’s, Julie tries to talk to Mickey about how he is making a mistake. Mickey says the girls were very supportive, they don’t like seeing him alone and miserable. Celeste approaches them and says she has just had a powerful sensation about Maggie!
Mon 16 July Sami shows up at Lexie’s house to see Brandon, and gets read the riot act by Lexie. Lexie demands to know if Sami has feelings for Brandon, and Sami says yes she does. Sami says she has strong feelings for him, which is why she wants Brandon out of town. She says if Celeste is telling the truth about Brandonthen her happiness could be ruined by his staying in Salem. Sami tells Lexie that Brandon has to leave town tonight.
On the coast guard’s ship, Abe meets up with the others. Abe says Tek saved his life, he really owes him. Hope says Tek saved Gran and Maggie too. Hope asks where Tek is, and Abe says they have him on oxygen down below. Abe asks for the bad news, and Bo tells Abe the list of those missing and presumed dead.
Tues 17 July Sami wakes up and finds Lucas and Will are gone. She finds a note from Lucas, who tells her last night was wonderful and he now knows she is over Brandon. He says they let her sleep in, and he dropped Will off at school on his way to his job interview. Sami remembers Celeste telling her about his premonition about Brandon staying in town, and Lexie insisting Brandon left town. Sami says Brandon is gone, and now she, Will and Lucas will be a family.
Bonnie can’t get Celeste’s premonition out of her head that Maggie is still alive. Bonnie is on the phone with the airlines, she and Mickey got bumped from their flight to Vegas the night before and she is trying to get a flight out today. The airlines tell them there are no seats on any flights, which upsets her. Mickey shows up and asks Bonnie who she is yelling at?
Wed 18 July On the Japanese trawler, Bo, Hope and Abe search for their friends. One of them men insists they only have fish onboard, but they are welcomed to search. Bart watches them from around a corner, and when Roman and Marlena scream for help, Bart orders them to shut up.
Belle is walking outside and remembers Shawn telling her that he was dropping out of school. Belle says she has to get over Shawn, if he wants to drop out of school and be with Jan then so be it. Belle heads to Bo and Hope’s house for her play date with Zack, and she’s stunned when Shawn answers the door.
Thurs 19 July At the justice of the peace, Mickey and Bonnie’s marriage ceremony continues. When the justice asks if anyone knows any reason why they shouldn’t be married, Julie shoots up out of her seat. She says it’s just a charlie horse and for them to continue. However, when they arrive at the “I do” part, Julie finally yells out stop.
At the Brady house, Bo and Hope are reunited with Shawn and Zack. He is stunned, and Hope sees his head bandage and asks if he is okay? He says he’ll tell her later. Hope tells Belle that her dad is okay and he’s at the hospital. Hope says don’t get alarmed, he’s okay. Belle asks where they have been?
Fri 20 July At Mickey’s house, Bonnie carries Mickey through the door and over the threshold. He says that he’s supposed to be the one carrying her. Bonnie says since he swept her off her feet that turnabout is fair play. They kiss, and Julie says God no he married her. Maggie cries “married her!”.
Abby and her new friend Chelsea show up outside. Abby complains about her stupid Aunt Julie always checking up on her. Chelsea thinks they should just go to the mall, and Abby says why not as it isn’t like anyone would miss her. Abby says she should drop her things off, and looks for her key.
Mon 23 July At Jack and Jen’s, Abby comes downstairs and asks where Dad is? Jen says he’s not here, and he might not be coming home. Jen says he’s missing again. Abby asks how did this happen? Why didn’t she stay with him? Jen says when that wave came crashing down they were all separated.
At the hospital, Belle is taking care of John. She tells him that she’s sure the doctors will have him up and moving before mom gets home. Belle says mom will come home. John says that is right, and that is the spirit. He says they always have to keep believing. Belle says just like when they believed she was innocent when it seemed impossible.
Tues 24 July
At Mickey and Maggie’s, Doug says this is an awkward and difficult situation. Julie says and it all could have been avoided if someone listened to her or Celeste. Julie says actually someone did listen, Bonnie listened and she hustled Mickey off to the justice of the peace before Maggie could come back from the dead.
In John’s room, Kate says Brady is on his way back, and he’s found something. Sami asks who they found? Kate says she never said they found someone, she said they found something. Sami thinks Brady is keeping mum because he wants to surprise them.
Wed 25 July Hope calls Jen up and tells her the news about the missing, that they are dead. Jen says she can’t believe this is true. Hope says she doesn’t want her to be alone so she’ll come over there. Jen says no, she should be with Bo. Jen says she’s not alone, Patrick is here.
Sami meets Brandon in the hallway, and Brandon tells her that he cares for her and is here for her. She breaks down in his arms, and Lucas catches them together. Sami pulls away, and he asks if she is okay. She says no. Lucas stays hidden and watches them. Brandon asks if she wants to talk about it? Sami says she couldn’t take it anymore, listening to John how he tried to save his parents.
Thurs 26 July
Julie and Doug are all dolled up for a romantic evening. Doug says he’s been planning this night since he landed on that stupid island without her. He says champagne and caviar at the Salem Inn, dinner at the Penthouse Grill, and dancing at the Blue Note. They are interrupted by a phone call from Maggie, who wants to know if Julie has told Alice about Mickey and Bonnie?.
At Mickey’s place, Maggie walks in on Bonnie and Mickey kissing. Maggie pulls Bonnie away from Mickey and tells her to get off of her husband, and she calls her a bitch! Mickey stops them from fighting. Maggie says Mickey is her husband, she married him first. Maggie says they took vows, and Bonnie says yes until death did they part!
Fri 27 July
Belle and Phillip arrive outside of Alice’s. Phillip says things will go better than the last time they were here, and they need this night out. He says they have been through a lot these past few days, and nobody understands their situation better than they do. They go to go inside, only to run into Shawn and Jan. Belle says here we go again.
Meanwhile, Brandon asks Eugenia if she and Kate are trying to break up Sami and Lucas? Just what is Kate planning? Eugenia asks how would she know what Kate is planning? Brandon tells Eugenia to tell Kate if she is going to use him to break them up, tell her forget it.
Mon 30 JulyAt the police station, two cops are looking at the hidden file. They say when Bo and Billie find out about this they will be blown away.
At Alice’s, Billie tells Bo and Hope that she is leaving Salem tonight. Celeste bumps into Billie, apologizes, and then gets a vibe. She tells Billie that she is making a big mistake! Billie says excuse me? Celeste says now is not the time for her to leave, the person she will love more than anyone in her life is right here in Salem. Billie says she knows what she is giving up, and she is making the right choice. Celeste says she hopes she doesn’t regret this because the one who will give her life renewed purpose is very near.
Tues 31 July Bo and Hope are stunned when they see the news about Billie that was found in the DiMera files. Bo attempts to call Billie on her cell phone, but Billie thinks it is her mom calling her to try and convince her to stay in Salem, so she doesn’t answer. Bo then calls the airport and learns Billie hasn’t checked in yet. Bo and Hope decide to split up to look for her, Hope deciding to head to Jen’s to see if she is there.
At Jen’s place, Jen is frantic because she cannot find Abby, and Abby isn’t answering her cell phone. Eventually Abby returns home, and Chelsea is with her. Jen is furious with Abby for being out past curfew. Abby tells her mom to chill out because she is home safe. Abby says if her mom had showed half of this concern for her dad than maybe he’d still be alive. Jen says she fought for her father, but Abby says not hard enough.
