well fo the first time i must say i found her show boring with a capital B, but in the past two weeks she has turned over a new leaf, i wonder wat happened. ooh maybe she is getting it all, or she hired a new producer, ooh she is having an affair you kno wat those do to people, or maybe she got a salary rise, maybe they threatened to fire her, oooo maybe she realised noone was watching. watever it is she is doing its done wonders for her show

That poor Eric guy, the soccer kings one, eish, i dont know what to make of his story shame.

i watched the one about Coconuts on sat....it was a repeat....and i'm not sure why is this still an issue in 2008....i thought people have moved on on those stereo-types.

I didn't see the show unfort. - any other goss? What did Eric have to say for himself?

Well, I felt sorry for Eric because he seemed so unsure as to what was supposed to happen after he won. He says there was a misunderstanding between the Ajax and Football stars as far as the contract was concerned, but he didn't elaborate much. He just looked like he got a raw deal, although he couldn't really justify that. Coz I was thinking maybe he just wasn't good enough to play for Ajax and was told as much, but he wouldn't admit that. ANyway, he says he left, and is studying something...hehe, i forgot what he said he was studying.

As for Anke, eish Tash, I felt sorry for her, coz Noeleen started off by comparing her to Zamajobe. Basically, here's what Noeleen was saying.
Zama was in the top 10, Anke was no 1, but Zama went on to enjoy much success, what with SAMA nominations, other nominations(she was nominated for some other award, an international one i think), plus generally good sales. Anke however, cant say the same.
Now, Noeleen, having said that, asks Anke what she thinks and if she considers it fair to be compared to Zama. Eish, I felt for Anke at that moment, I mean, what could she say. So she went on about them doing dif types of music wada wada, and how she's enjoyed success in other ways...hehe.
And no - she was dressed ok, jeans i think....lol. But i think they forgot to put make up on her, she looked so ....ordinary...i dont know.

Other goss-- hmm, the popstar girls were there, and Noeleen also wanted them to answer for their non success in the music industry, (except Thembisile), so Letang said we must watch this space coz she's releasing soon, and the other girl(the one who used to have blond dreads), said she left the music industry, and is now a "brand manager", but at the end, after i had lost some concentration, i heard her say that she'd also be releasing an album, I think she said that after pestering from Noeleen.

Eish, thats all I can remember...

Oh wait, the apprentice's Richard and Zanele were entertaining. Zanele blamed Richard's arrogance for his not winning, oh, and the fact that she's a better business person all round. She also had to correct Noeleen on using her maiden surname to address her, coz she's married now. Asked what they are doing now, Richard said he owns Easitel airtime company(or something like that), and is apparently having a lot of fun. Zanele runs an investment company and something else(geez, and i thought i was concentrating).

Anyway, i think that's more than a mouthful

Thanks Rene! Yummm - the showdown between Noeleen and Anke sounds hectically cringeworthy.

Re- Eric - I reckon a lot of reality contestants get made promises that aren't kept or they turn out to be different from what they were sold when they were on the show.

Last I heard Lundiwe - who won Project Fame - never got her recording contract with Sony.

Noeleen should have asked Richard if he feels ditched with Zanele marrying someone else - remember they had mega vibes between them in the show.

It was! I couldn't understand how she expected Anke to give a believable (cause i didn't blv that story abt her being successful in her own way-she didn't LOOK it) response after that!

Didn't watch after this question cause i was starting to see the "blonde" most people see in Noeleen.

OMG Thembisile is so beautiful and well spoken too. I liked what she said about pop stars giving you the platform tand exposure for career but its not a guaranteed thing. So she basically took the chance and opportunity and made it work...and look at ther today!

Karabo said she got lazy, and didnt really pursue the music thing..clearly it was not a passion for her. She wanted to prove that she could make it, which she did...she's a cutie though

Letang is releasing with Bonsai, i think thats the label that Kelly Khumalo was working under. And she'll be singing afro -pop YAWN!!!

Anke was B.O.R.I.N.G

Yes actually, and I thought Ferdinand( The BB1guy) was so funny, but she looked like she was having a hard time laughing...lol!!!
