SABC1 and the Metro FM Music Awards are introducing a new aspect to the ceremony and coverage this year. The channel and the awards are searching for a presenter to co-host the Black Carpet on the night of the ceremony.
The award nominees were announced last week, the ceremony takes place in Durban on Saturday, 1 March and will air live on SABC1. The search for a Black Carpet presenter starts today (Monday, 3 February, 2014).
The search is looking for a presenter who lives in KZN who'll join Selimathunzi's Lunga Shabalala and Zizo Beda to cover the Who's Who on the carpet.
Who can enter?You need to be between 18 and 26 enter.
You need to live in KZN.
You need have a good knowledge of the South African music scene.

where you can fill in an entry form and upload an image or a video of yourself.
Online entries close on
Monday 10 February 2014 and successful candidates qualifying for the next round of the search will be notified via SMS on Thursday 13 February.
